Great place to stay

A lovely home in the heart of Westport. It was clean, tidy and had everything you needed!

Not much. If I was going to pick something, the beds were a little soft but still fine for the 2 days we were there

Very charming and centralized.

There were a lot let’s hair on the sofa. So I had to vacuum them before we sat down.

The host answer my questions fast. Very cosy bed. Well appointed kitchen. Quiet.

On the advert it said there’s a twin bed in one of the room. It’s actually one single bed.

Location

It was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. It was extra special being able to have our dog with the back yard so well fenced. The location was great for us too.

Can’t think of anything

Quiet location, plenty of space, cosy living area with woodfire, beds very comfy.

Only downside was the thin walls, could hear TV from bedroom.

Very tidy, well equipped for a weekend visit, even a lovely sunny winter’s weekend.

Only issue was the oven heats up very very slowly.

Delightful home in good location. Very warm, extremely comfortable beds and lounge furniture , clean, tidy and quiet. Well equipped kitchen, great shower, and appreciated being able to do washing. Loved the log burner!

Fresh and with great big deck lovely space outside hosts had all information possible sent through before arrival very friendly to talk with fire was used at night was lovely

Was all good

Lovely comfortable house. Tastefully decorated and had everything we needed- dishwasher, great heating including a wood burner fireplace, television with all the options. Kitchen was spotless, lots of plates and mugs etc, my favourite coffee was a bonus. Fully fenced so safe for our dog. This is a really lovely house and I would highly recommend it.

Super comfy beds and couches. Was so nice to have a space to take our dogs. Had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. It was clean, well furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There were lots of thoughtful touches that really made it feel welcoming. We’d definitely recommend it to others and would love to come back again!

Nothing really, but if it’s helpful, a window or two with mosquito netting so we could open up for fresh air without the bugs would be great. A toasted sandwich maker would also be handy but not essential. It really is well set up.

Lovely space

Spent 3 nights in this charming house. Plenty of room, also well equipped kitchen. Rained most of our stay, but couldn't have had better place to stay curled up with good book on comfy recliners. Large laundry with washer & dryer. Large bathroom, shower good size. Beds comfy and selection of blankets, always good, block out curtains also nice. Great price, couldnt have asked for more. Definitely recommended.

Very nice home with all mod cons. Really comfortable beds, modern kitchen and great lounge. We were very impressed and will definitely be back.

We enjoyed staying at this lovely spacious house. It had everything we needed. The fully fenced yard was perfect for our dog traveling with us and the close proximity to the Kawatiri Beach made for a lovely walk.

The lock box for key was difficult to open especially for someone not familiar with such things. Therewas no clue to fact that there were two buttons to press including the invisible one.

This property was a real gem. The quality of the furnishings, appliances and fittings were excellent. The outdoor decking was a bonus. All in all you would find it hard to find a better accommodation. The property was a very short drive to the town of Westport and beach walks. There were good amenities in the town. We had free washing and drying facilities. It was very good value for money.

The house had everything we needed and more. Beautiful grounds, and super comfy beds. Excellent communication with the hosts, thank you so much for your hospitality!

Great facilities

Nothing to dislike

Spacious, warm, comfortable and well equipped house for 4, in quiet location near the small port. Good lighting in all rooms.

The lock box was almost impossible to open unless you knew the particular model. It needs to be moved to a more open location or to have clearer instructions. The mattress on one of the double beds was much too soft and bouncy, I would say unsuitable for two people. Fortunately there was a single bed available, so we both slept well after the first night.

House was much bigger than I thought it was going too bed, super easy to find, beds and couches were comfortable, was lovely nice house, so nice and warm, easy to use washing machine, had everything you needed in the kitchen which was great, would recommend bringing your own plastic cups and plates for your toddlers or Younger kids if you are worried about them using glass ones

Beds were so comfortable shower was great.

Comfy beds, milk on the fridge! Great communication from the owners. Wonderful hot water in the shower.

The deck was very slippery in the morning. My husband actually slipped and fell. The fire wouldn't stay lit. I think maybe the burner needs servicing.

We loved the wood burner! The property had all we needed for a home away from home stay. Super comfortable and cosy, great for children and families. We were really impressed with the home.
