The bed was totally worn out. Took me a while to find the one place on the bed that was comfortable enough to sleep.

It was spacious, comfortable and accommodating for the amount of people which was 5.

I didn't like that I had so many issues with the key cards to the doors like the office area and my own room. I had to constantly get new key cards or have them reset which was annoying for only staying there for 2-3 nights.

The property was in a great location. The front desk representative was a great person, with great customer service. He made the place flow with a friendly and open vibe. The room was great and the bed very comfortable.

Breakfast options could use a lot of love especially when I paid for a holiday stay. Also the water pressure even at 11pm was poor nor was the water hot enough.

The facility was very clean and well kept, and the location was in close proximity to where I needed to be as well as quiet, they try to keep the guests without children on the top two floors 🙂

I had to move from my room after extending my stay.

The facility's location to our event was close but the manager Mr. Clark and the receptionist made sure we were well taken care of. We appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms. However the breakfast area was not so much. The tables and floor were not cleaned. Otherwise we had a nice stay!

I love where the property was located. The staff was nice.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the hotel. Maybe I’m used to certain standard. In the south if pay that much for a hotel, you have quality. The room looked old, the shower looked like my great grandmother may have used it when she was in college. Completely outdated. I wouldn’t stay there ever again. Besides the location, that hotel shouldn’t be more than $80 a night.

The room was clean and smelled fresh. The hotel was quiet and well managed. Check in and out was quick and easy. The staff was kind and helpful. I give this establishment a 10/10! Keep up the great work!

If I had to pick something, it would only be that the coffee ups were a little on the small side. No big deal because I could fill up as much as I wanted.

never allowed me to stay at the hotel. Because I didn't arrive at 4 pm, they gave my room away to someone who booked on line.

It was a nice location.

I paid for a non smoking room. It had very clearly been smoked in. I have awful asthma and it triggered me to cough for the entire 5 hours we were there. Super disappointed in that. Plus it was a joining room, kids beating on the walls at 6 am and screaming.

I would like omelette made to order at least one or two days.

When the kitchen close the sitting area shouldn’t have to close too.

It was convenient to the doctor office that we needed to be at for a follow-up

Our room was a handicapped room which we did not need and there was a bug in the bed and one on the ceiling. No other rooms and since we had traveled in late for the early appointment finding another property was not an option for us.

Convenience to PHF airport with a shuttle.

First floor hallways were loud and noisy, even late at night.

I liked the personal decor touches and nod to the aircraft industry. Beds were comfortable, rooms large. Rooms quite clean

Stains on couch in room. The breakfast was such poor quality- really inedible. Perhaps not offer breakfast at all.

The room was spacious. There were three beds, including the sofa bed, so everyone had plenty of space to sleep on. The breakfast was nutritious and adequate - enough to choose from. I liked that there were real boiled eggs, in addition to yogurt, breads and fruit. I wanted to give credit to the hotel staff for calling us about the wallet that was left in the room. My son didn't realize he left his wallet there until the phone call from the hotel. My family want to thank the staff and Conform Suites for its best service and care for its guests! We will choose Comfort Suites again in the future.

The room was very clean, although there was a slight smell that may have been due to dampness.
