They have cut corners in maintenance of cottage. Vanity mirror had sharp corners which hurt the thumb of my 1 year old daughter.

Stay away ! They can cancel your booking anytime for the want of cash . Mine was cancelled while I was only 2 hours away from the property after 5 hours of travel .

A small boutique property. Very pretty surroundings. Modern amenities. Excellent staff. Away from the madding crowd.

All rooms do not have an AC. No lift for the upper 2 floor’s: can be an issue for senior citizens.

There were everything in the kitchen but the gas was not working.

The villa was nice and clean. Good for a family of 5/6 or may be even more as they have rooms on upper deck also.

It was good budget property. It was home stay so don't expect hotel stuff but good enough to relax.

The front desk guy mr. Vinod bhatt is very friendly and probably the best front desk guy I have ever met in my whole life till now visiting all types of 5 star and 4 star hotels but mr. Vinod bhatt is super helpful super polite and friendly guy helping with our stay and making it comfortable for us through our one day stay..

During our stay, I found that the staff were very polite and helpful. When we raised our concerns, they worked hard to try and fix the problem, which I appreciated. The trees surrounding the property were very nice and peaceful. I do appreciate that the staff were kind and nice. Meals in room were nice.

If you are considering a stay here, it is best to enquire if they have renovated. The photos make the hotel look amazing, but in reality, it is very sad and run down. The room was very dirty on arrival, I had to personally clean the floors which were filthy, and the property felt very forgotten and unpleasant. The carpets in the room and the carpets in the shared area were black with dirt. I wanted to leave after the first night but we stayed, but it was stressful as things were broken, handles of the bathroom door fell off, breakfast area felt unclean and the breakfast was disappointing. Considering the price, it was a very disappointing experience which felt disrespectful considering the price paid. I would not recommend the hotel, or ever go back.

It's a serene place and has nice walks around. The breakfast was good too.

1. Photographs of the property are way better than what it is in real. 2. Room size is small. 3. Bathroom and Toilet have the same floor elevation. When you take bath, the whole area of the bathroom/toilet fills with water. 4. In this hotel- Blue means Hot water and Red means Cold water. My child and me got slightly burnt. 5. The cook is good. But the food is not hot, the serving staff does not serve or clean well. 6. This property is not at all fairly priced!

If you're booking a getaway in the hills hoping for scenic views and serenity, this might not be the right fit. The property is nestled in a residential neighborhood, and unfortunately, during my stay, there was a loud wedding celebration right next door. Think non-stop Bollywood music from early morning till 11 PM—both nights. So much for mountain peace. Another letdown was the so-called “forest view” room. In reality, what you get is a wall of trees just a few feet from your balcony, completely obstructing any distant view. There’s no panoramic landscape, no sweeping mountain vistas—just foliage up close. The photos on the booking site certainly oversell this aspect, which felt quite misleading. Also, worth mentioning: the approach road to the hotel is in poor condition. It’s not a deal-breaker for everyone, but something to keep in mind if you're arriving by car or expecting a scenic entrance. For me, the value for money simply wasn’t there. The lack of a proper view and the constant noise really dampened the overall experience. While the hotel does some things right, I wouldn’t consider returning or recommending it to those looking for a classic Himalayan retreat.

I cannot express my experience of staying with Moustache Bhimtal in just words. It was so great and that I have fallen in love with this group and wherever I go , I always search for Moustache Hotels.

Service was excellent. It was around 15 mins away from the crowded bhimtal so you get to enjoy the quiet nature sound.

Had an amazing experience at Moustache Bhimtal Luxuria. The rooms were comfortable, and the service was great-super quick to respond and always made sure we had everything we needed. The staff was really respectful and made us feel safe, which was especially reassuring as women travelers. The whole place had such a peaceful vibe, especially in the mornings. One of the best parts was this artist who plays the flute during breakfast-it was honestly such a treat to listen to. The food was delicious, with generous portions, and they even check in on you in the evenings to make sure you've had a meal, which felt really thoughtful. The rooms also have smart TVs, so you can log in and watch whatever you like. Overall, it was a great stay-totally worth the money and a wonderful experience.

Excellent Stay at Moustache Bhimtal Luxuria, Nainital! Everything about this hotel was amazing! The staff was extremely cooperative, especially Tarun and Vinod, who were exceptionally well-mannered and quick in service. The food was delicious, and the daily complimentary tea was a delightful surprise, which was not even mentioned as free! The bonfire added to the cozy ambiance, and the rooms were neat and clean. The view from the room was simply breathtaking. While the bathroom was slightly small, it was spotless, and hot water was available at all times. The bed was comfortable, and I really appreciated the heater and the smart TV with YouTube and Netflix. The location is perfect, especially for couples, and I had a fantastic time. I will definitely book this hotel again in the future. Parking is available, and a musician played in the morning during breakfast, which added a wonderful touch to the experience. The staff was also kind enough to take great pictures for us. Overall, I am fully satisfied with my stay and everything about this hotel. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The bathroom was small but clean, with hot water available anytime. However, I didn't prefer the tap system, as the lower tap required manual touch to flow, while the face tap was moveable and we didn't want to use it.

I told him that ill make the payment in sometime after consulting my husband. Bhagwan called me again after 1 hour.. and he kept on calling me again and again so i had to cancel my booking. And i didnt go to this hotel.

The rooms were very cosy. The food was quite good and the staff was very helpful. Infact we had an emergency and Mr.Bhagwan at the reception went all out and helped us promptly :)

We had dinner and all the dishes were very tasty and satisfying. Everyone enjoyed the stay and everything was fabulous.

I always stay in 5star properties of big brands but surprisingly Booking.com has been promoting this small unrated boutique hotel under 5 star category misleading the guests. Off late booking.com is showing many shabby unrated hotels in 5 star category and promoting them which is very bad for their standard.

The location was good and the room was comfortable. Staff were friendly.

There was a peculiar smell coming from our bathroom. But there is a chance that it was a one off case just with our room. The bathroom was clean though.

The management was pretty cooperative. Everything was at par with my expectations. The. food was delicious. The location of the hotel was very convenient. The staff also helped me set a surprise birthday party for my mother.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, pleasant weather outside. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, the food was awesome and great value for money. Room itself well equipped and comfortable. I hope to be back for a longer stay in future.

Not at all good value for money.I think five star business hotels charge less than this .No AC which they haven't mentioned anywhere. Whole night no electricity.cant keep the balcony door open as there are no wire mash doors . Monkeys can enter your room if kept open .Three floors but no lift .Basic amenities are not available.Food options are very limited. Overall a very avg experience .Only the location was good and the interior was of a different concept.
