Reviewed Aug 26, 2026The bedroom was comfortable and AC was working well.
On our last night there were pipe issues we had no cold water and the toilet was not flushing which made this night extremely uncomfortable, I had let the hotel staff know and they checked it and nothing was done about it. I would have appreciated a room change or a small compensation. Instead we had to stay with this issue for another day before we checked out.

其他房客非常誇張，半夜1點再次在走廊奔跑嬉戲，櫃檯電話根本打不通，我出去溝通只有安靜半小時，就持續吵鬧到早上4-5點，根本沒辦法休息，早上跟工作人員反應也只有會在反饋這樣，我只好在付了600元延遲退房，整晚沒睡真的太累了

浴室未做乾濕分離，只要洗完澡，整間浴室地板非常濕滑，建議在淋浴與洗手台中間增加加長型排水設施，建議更換較止滑的地磚，而且這間還是無障礙房間，發生滑倒意外機率很高…謝謝🙏

208號房的馬桶座有不注意無法發現的兩道裂痕，坐上去裂痕被撐開會夾到大腿肉，原本退房時想跟櫃檯人員說一聲，但退房時櫃檯沒人。
