В комнате чисто, кондиционер работает. Виды из окна неплохие. Общее пространство хорошее. Расположение хорошее, все в шаговой доступности.

Не советую связываться с менеджером Шахином (Mr Shahin или Mr Shaun в whatsapp сейчас себя именует, спустя месяц). Он предложил нам обменять наличные доллары, только не упомянул о том, что в Мальдивах два курса обмена долларов. Мы дважды поменяли по 100 долларов на мальдивские руфии, и получили по 1540 руфий за 100 долларов. Курс обмена в обменниках 2040 руфий за 100 долларов. То есть мы заплатили около 1000 руфий(около 50$) комиссии за его услуги, о которых он не говорил. Будьте внимательны и везите с собой наличные доллары, только меняйте эти доллары в обменниках в Мале или через доверенных лиц по правильному курсу, курс нужно узнавать на ваши даты. По поводу жилья. Много чего разваливается по мелочи. Все ручки на окнах сломаны или распались. Стиральная машина есть в общем пространстве, но когда я поставил в ней функцию дополнительного полоскания - белье в ней оказалось просто мокрым и не отжатым. В душе детали разваливаются. КОМАРЫ. Первый день их было не очень много, второй день их было АДСКИ много. Сына(2 года 8 месяцев) сильно покусали. Сетки от комаров на окнах нет.

The bed was very uncomfortable specially the pillows. Also the staffs were very hard to reach and no help from them was given.

Location is good and the guy was so friendly .

Alle Räume waren sauber und aufgeräumt, es war gut klimatisiert und man hat sich wohlgefühlt. Die Aussicht war wunderbar.

Location and Seaview was excellent Comfortable environment and excellent staff behaviour along with facilities

It was close to the airport, good location for after late flights. The caretaker is very nice and helpful. The bed super comfortable.

I was not aware that it’s a sharing. You share a house with 2 other people. The white bedding wasn’t clean.hot water runs out very fast.

L'endroit etait parfait pour 1 nuit avant de prendre l'avion. Quelqu'un m'attendait devant l'immeuble pour mon check in. L'endroit est propre, tout le nécessaire est là. C'est un appartement partagé

L'appartement est un tout petit peu loin et les restaurant autour ne sont pas top. Je suis revenue en zone 1, juste de l'autre côté du pont pour diner (5-10 minutes)

The host was very kind .....It was generally clean There was a restaurant in the ground floor making it easier . Generally it was great as later i rested as i waited for my flight the following day.

I waited for 2 hours for my room to get ready despite coming from a long flight and wanted to rest ..I had specified in the booking that i could have paid extra for early check in .... The bed wasnt so stable and felt uncormfortable ....

For improvement, bed is hard and no wifi in the rooms.

The staff are unprofessional. They left me and my wife standing in front of a takeout restaurant waiting for almost 30 minutes for someone to take us to our room. The ad is not detailed enough. It is a shared apartment and that was not expressed. There was a big pile of dirty clothes in the kitchen as soon as you come into the room. The hospitality was so bad that we canceled immediately and booked a hotel called the Season Holiday. The season Holiday is a great choice for budget friendly accommodations.

Сдаются комнаты в многоквартирном доме, вывески нет, Не рекомендую (с детьми тем более), тараканы огромные в душевой, кровать маленькая, полотенца серо-черные с пятнами. Всю ночь что то кусало, благо была ночь перед отлетом. Впечатление, что там девушек приводят местные на пару часов. Мы приехали с комнат местные ребята с девушками стали выходить. Спрашиваем кто нибудь есть. Сказали да спят, а время 19.00. Потом молодые пары через полчаса выходят после нашего приезда то с одной комнаты то с другой. Там 3 комнаты и общий зал. Просто ужасное место, кто оставляет положительные отзывы Вы вводите в заблуждение людей.

Тараканы, кажется и Клопы есть, размещение, еле попали в об’ект, до магазинов через мост идти надо пару километров. Отвратительное Место.

The room was excellent for a short night stay and close by to the airport as well. room was in excellent condition. Recommend for solo travelers and budget travelers. If you are focusing shopping this is not the ideal place since its placed away from the Male city.

Comfortable, calm, clean and safe…

Since the majority of the city consists of new buildings, there are very few grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

Vi sov här en natt innan vi skulle åka till flygplatsen och det var perfekt. Finns lite restauranger och mataffär i närheten

Остановилась на одну ночь после прилета. Не обязательно брать такси из аэропорта, можно доехать на автобусе, автобусная остановка прям у гостиницы. Чистый и уютный номер. Горячая вода есть, напор хороший. Вай фай отличный. Есть стиральная машинка, что очень удобно. Питьевая вода в номере была. Фен и утюг также были в номере. Кондиционер работал хорошо. Вид на море. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. В общем рекомендую.

The place was good for the price. The man that host us was very kind. They helped me for booking a taxi to reach the airport. The bed is very comfortable, the aircon very cold and the fan very strong.

The window in the front is broken and almost failed.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, um hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber mit einem Meeresblick.

The description was about an apartment with one bedroom, but actually it is one bedroom in a shared apartment! This is not mentioned at all and it has been quite uncomfortable. Not because I haven’t been in shared accomodation in the past, but because it wasn’t reflecting what I thought I booked.

The reception was good, the room clean, though small. Shared lining room with 2 other rooms (not so private for family). Restaurant downstairs had very friendly staff and good breakfast.

The bedroom was small for family of 3.

Atencion, el anuncio de este apartamneto induce a error. No es un apartamento entero lo que proponen, son habitaciones en un apartamento compartido. Hay tres habitaciones, con un espacio a compartir reducido. Solo 2 sillas rotas, pocos cubiertos, esta prohibido utilizar la cocina y el refrigarador esta sucio. La maquina de lavar ropa con agua podrida y ropa sucia .....

Las unicas 2 sillas rotas, la maquina de lavar ropa con agua podrida adentro, los muebles del salon rotos, el refrigerador sucio y la poca amabilidad del chico que nos abrio la puerta.

Вітаю. Нам все сподобалось. В номерах було прибрано, заселення пройшло дуже швидко. Нас зустріли, усе нам показали, відповіли на всі наші запитання. Допомогли підняти нащі валізи.

Мало було посуду. Нам на 4-х невистачало склянок щоб випити чаю. Тому пили по черзі. Також ми не бачили ножів, і це було не зручно.

Mi è piaciuto l’appartamento pulito e luminoso , fornito di cucina. Lo staff molto gentile e reperibile .

Nos quedamos la última noche allí para por la mañana coger el vuelo a España. Le dijimos que por favor nos pidiera un taxi para la mañana siguiente y el taxi no apareció en ningún momento, lo tuvimos que coger por nuestra cuenta para llegar bien al aeropuerto. Nos cobró el taxi en efectivo por adelantado el día del check in y todavía no me han devuelto el dinero después de estar pidiéndolo un mes. Recomiendo coger el taxi por tu cuenta porque encima lo que ellos te cobran es mucho más caro. Suele costar unos 9 dólares y nos cobró 15 y encima no dan buen servicio.

Niestety wynajety przez nas pokoj współdzielil kuchnię z dwoma odrębnie wynajmowanymi pokojami. Tego nie uwzględnił opis na stronie booking.Pokój mały ,czysty ,ale z wypadającym oknem.

Good location, clean rooms, helpful staff, this is the place I’d recommend to all of my friends who come to the Maldives and need to stay at the city for transfer.

Il personale è stato molto carino e disponibile. Rispondevano subito e ci hanno organizzato il transfer dall’aeroporto all’hotel e viceversa. Pulizia così e così, c’erano un po’ di insetti.

Prezzo un po’ alto per la struttura.

Proche de l’aéroport

Vraiment avoir une cuisine et il n’y a pas de case. Le propriétaire était au courant et c’est normal je n’ai pas pu cuisiner lit, je dormais t’es pas confortable, il y avait un trou de mon côté. Et l’accueil qui a été fait par la personne en charge a été une froideur et surtout autant. Je lui dis que je n’avais pas de dollars payer, j’avais uniquement des roufiya pour payer la taxe

Tout près de la mer. Laveuse à linge.

Le matelas du lit 🛌 un peu mou. Manque un peu d’équipement dans la cuisine.

Guys, don’t be cheap — just pay an extra $20 and book a proper hotel. This place is just an apartment in a residential building, there’s no reception, and I had trouble even getting inside. After that, when you need something, the staff doesn’t respond at all. The smell is terrible — the hallway stinks and it’s really unpleasant. Cafés are far away, so it’s better to stay closer to the beach. There’s also construction nearby, so it’s very noisy, and there’s no repellent provided.
