Il bagno in casa era pulito, come il resto, ma un po' scomodo e non ha il doccino per il bidet.

Magnifique expérience, une fois de plus, à la Villa Mouloud. Tout était impeccable : le cadre avec la piscine et la vue panoramique, la qualité des repas (petit-déjeuner généreux et excellente cuisine locale), et surtout l'incroyable gentillesse de l'hôte et de la propriétaire. Ils sont extrêmement serviables : si vous avez le moindre besoin ou une question, n'hésitez surtout pas à leur demander, ils feront tout pour vous aider avec le sourire ! L'emplacement est toujours aussi idéal pour explorer la région à pied (source, parc Arougou) comme en voiture (Aguelmam Azegza, Tiguelmamin...). Un grand merci pour ce séjour !

Eigenlijk niets. .

De meerdere goede reviews komen natuurlijk ergens vandaan. Maar totaal niet wat wij aantroffen. Er werd een zwembad aangelegd. Daardoor is van een mooie tuin of fijne zit buiten geen sprake meer. Wij troffen een bouwput aan met de rommel die daarbij hoort. De mooie fotos zijn vooral van de ruimte met 2 slaapkamers. Die wij hadden rook ontzettend naar de openhaard en daardoor benauwd. 2 matrassen op de grond en een twee persoonsbed. Mag de naam villa echt niet dragen. Door het lage plafond en weinig daglicht besloten elders te gaan overnachten. Uiteraard aangegeven dat het betaalde behouden mocht worden door eigenaar

L'accueil, les repas, la tranquillité des lieux.

Franchement, cet endroit est une vraie pépite. L’ambiance est chaleureuse, le cadre est soigné et on s’y sent bien dès les premières minutes. On voit que tout est pensé avec goût et attention. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter !

Il n y a pas de restaurant, pas de « chef talentueux » comme annoncé, pas de jardin, tout est en chantier, 2 équipements enfants rouillés, déchirés dangereux, extérieurs sales ++++ Il pleuvait nous avons dû sortir notre table de pic bic pour diner. La dame sur place nous a apporté 5 côtelettes pour deux et la salade tenait dans une sous tasse à café, pas de verres, pas de serviette papier, pas d eau UNE BLAGUE !!!😡😡 notre mécontentement exprimé le patron nous a fait porter 5 brochettes de dindes. . Nous avons annoncé le soir même que nous ne prendrions pas le petit déjeuner du lendemain prevu et le patron nous a dit au tel qu’il nous facturait pas les 5 brochettes livrés dans la chambre …patron même pas sur place, informations par tel et pourtant un site très bien fait qui peut être sera conforme à la réalité dans 2 ans … peut être . Une autre cliente arrivee nous a demandé si tout ça etait une plaisanterie.

Beh, che dire: autentica casa di campagna con tanto di caminetto nel salone ed ampie camere da letto; piscina esterna in realizzazione. All'accoglienza troviamo i proprietari della casa (davvero belle persone) che ci accolgono e ci mostrano la casa; molto pulita e con tutto il necessario, sia in bagno che in camera. Ma la parte migliore è stata la cena preparata dalla proprietaria: pollo nostrano e sapori autentici, piatti abbondanti e servizio nel salone che ha reso il tutto più "sentirsi a casa" che mai.

I absolutely loved this property. Having traveled to many places over the years, it’s rare for somewhere to genuinely exceed my expectations—but this one truly did. The setting is surrounded by beautiful nature, offering a sense of calm and serenity that’s hard to find. It felt like a perfect escape from the noise of everyday life. The host and staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made the entire experience even more special. The food was also delicious, adding another layer of enjoyment to the stay. What really stood out to me is that this is the kind of place where, the moment you arrive, you already start thinking about when you can come back. For me, that’s the true sign of somewhere wonderful. I will definitely be returning.

I would easily give a 15/10 for this property so nothing to say here

Casa estilo marroquí con el suelo cubierto de alfombras, la habitación tenía un gran tamaño, en una parte estaban las dos camas y en la otra parte un salón con mesa baja y cojines. Pedimos para cenar cuscus de pollo que estaba delicioso y por la mañana el desayuno también estuvo muy rico. Las personas que nos dieron las llaves y nos trajeron la cena y el desayuno fueron muy amables.

El colchón era demasiado duro, me resultó muy incómodo para dormir.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr autentisch. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und wir empfanden das Raumklima sehr angenehm, was sicher an der besonderen Bauweise liegt. Das Essen war lecker und die Frau, die uns versorgt hat, war zauberhaft, auch wenn wir keine Sprache teilten. Im Garten wird gebaut aber direkt an der Wohnung ist ein hübscher kleiner Garten, in dem man sich gut aufhalten kann. Es war ein besonderes Erlebnis, dort gewesen zu sein.

Sehr authentisches Landhaus mit extrem gutem Essen am Abend! Auf das Grundstück sollte man nie versuchen zu fahren, strasse nicht vorhanden. Wir durften auf dem nachbargrundstück parken. Wir kamen in einem Sturm und die Strasse war der Fluss 😉

Es war sehr einfach. Der Pool ist weiterhin nivht in Betrieb. Es sieht ein wenig marrokkanisch wild aus.

Een hartelijke ontvangst! Van een zeer behulpzame mevrouw, die er alles aan doet om haar gasten het naar de zin te maken. Het appartement was brandschoon en heerlijk authentiek ingericht. Een goed diner en een fijn zeer compleet ontbijt maakten de ervaring erg leuk

De toerit verdient wat verbetering, maar met een beetje stuurmanskunst lukt het wel. Op dit moment wordt het zwembad gebouwd daardoor is het iets rommelig... maar het wordt echt mooi

Nice quiet place outside Khenifra. The drive up into the hills to the Cedar forests and the lake was lovely. Fantastic food cooked by the staff there. Communication with the (I presume) owner easy. Secure parking on site. Free laundry service. I liked seeing the chickens fossicking about.....

Not quite what I was expecting. I thought I was getting a self contained apartment with cooker, etc, what I got was a room and bathroom with a fireplace (not used). There are two places to stay. One is a more or less self contained apartment, the other is a very basic room with four single beds, a bathroom and small dining area with the fireplace. The latter is what I got. The "garden' is a bit of a building site at the moment, but there was no noise.

Property is beautifully presented and incredibly easy to find — visible right from the road — which got the stay off to a great start. The welcome was genuinely warm, and the staff couldn't have been more friendly, flexible, and forthcoming. Arriving to a nicely heated room was a lovely touch that immediately made the place feel like home. The interior is beautifully authentic Amazigh — the décor, the atmosphere, and the whole experience reflect a rich cultural identity that makes the stay truly memorable and unlike anywhere else. That family vibe runs throughout — it's spacious, super cozy, and has a real heart to it. The food deserves a special mention: filling, delicious, and clearly made with care. It's the kind of meal that makes you want to linger at the table rather than rush off. The facilities throughout are wonderful and well-maintained, adding to the overall sense that this place takes real pride in the guest experience. Communication was excellent too — the hosts were very responsive and went out of their way to accommodate a very late check-in after we were caught in a roadblock due to a landslide in the mountains. It's rare to find accommodation where every detail, from the practicalities to the personal touches, is so thoughtfully handled. I'd highly recommend this place — and would happily return.

Eigentlich eine schöne Unterkunft, sehr authentisch. Frühstück und Abendessen waren traditionell und reichlich.

Leider war es bei der Ankunft sehr kalt und die Heizung braucht für die Raumgröße sehr lange um etwas Wärme zu erzeugen. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns aber der Kamin angefeuert. Allerdings war durch den Dauerregen das Holz nass.

Excellent emplacement, proche des beaux sites d’Aguelmim et d’Ajdir. Accueil familial et chaleureux de Moussa et de sa petite famille: aux petits soins dans les repas, le Maintien du feu de la cheminée, les conseils sur les visites et même m accompagner dans la découverte de paysages extraordinaires. Et contact très humain avec eux et avec le propriétaire Karim. Un endroit où je peux me sentir entouré en confiance par une chaleur familiale.

Die Bewertung und der Name Villa finde ich übertrieben. Ansonsten aber in Ordnung

L'accueil de la gardienne même si elle ne parle pas. Bon couscous sans plus. Parking pour garer deux véhicules.

Le jardin de la villa en travaux. Le patron absent avec qui nous avons communiqué uniquement par téléphone. Aucune communication possible avec la gardienne. Maison pas très fonctionnelle. Une seule salle de bain dans une des deux chambres. Les deux lits simples de la petite chambre sont vraiment petits (personne de plus 1.80m s'abstenir). Problème de remplissage de la cuvette des toilettes. Pas très pratique pour manger sur une table ronde avec des banquettes autour. Installation électrique à revoir dans la salle de bain ( une prise de courant pour, la climatisation, le ballon d'eau chaude, le sèche-cheveux ).

Un beau gîte au milieu d'un jardin. Possibilité de garer son véhicule. Possibilité de manger le soir. petit-déjeuner compris.

La dame qui m'a accueillie est agréable et souriante malheureusement ne parle pas un mot de français j'ai dû communiquer avec un membre de sa famille via WhatsApp.

Rien tout était parfait

This is a peaceful, shady and quiet family compound, well worth the ten minute drive from Khenifra. When we arrived, the gate was opened for us immediately, and by the time we had our luggage from the car, a lovely lady had brought us a large tea tray with snacks. It was so pleasant and much cooler in the walnut tree shade than elsewhere we had been that day. Our large private double room had a lounge, coffee table and cupboard, and very unique local finishes. The ensuite is roomy and modern, with a great shower. They serve the best breakfast in Morrocco. Breads, porridge, eggs, spreads, tea, coffee, juice, everything fresh and tasty. The owner was very helpful and considerate through whatsapp and in person at all times, making our stay ideal

Un'oasi di pace fra le colline. Dopo tre giorni piuttosto stressanti di medine e strade polverose abbiamo trovato la serenità e il riposo di cui avevamo bisogno, circondati da alberi da frutta, gattini e altri animali chiacchieroni. L'alloggio offre i servizi essenziali in un'atmosfera affascinante e il cibo è ottimo. Non credevo che avremmo potuto mangiare tutto quello che ci hanno portato per colazione, ma il mio compagno ha usato i suoi superpoteri e ce l'ha fatta! Abbiamo comunicato per whatsapp con il proprietario in inglese e francese e con la signora Moussa grazie alla sua gentilezza e dolcezza. Una sosta perfetta sulla strada per le Gole!

Есть кондиционеры в комнатах, самый главный плюс! Очень приветливый персонал. Удобно расположен от города, не слышно утром мулу. Можно спокойно поспать. Есть бесплатная парковка. Огромный номер. Огромные порции еды за небольшую цену. Завтрак на природе.

Стульчак в туалете весь затёрый, с царапинами, поменяйте, это не дорого) Нет гигиенического душа, нужно наливать в ведро и так мыться. Засор в душе. Очень плохой интернет, можно сказать, его нет вообще. Швабры, тряпки, моющие средства, вёдра, всё это раскидано по дому, уберите в одно место.

Wonderful location, very close to Khenifra, Arrougou and Aguelmam. Great place to stay if you want to visit all 3 and sleep under clear skies and away from the noise. The staff and owner are incredibly nice and accommodating and the food is local and delicious. Highly recommend.

Be careful come out. There are two villages with it exactly the same name. Be sure that you picked the right one. We went first to the wrong village. One hour away.!!!!

Spacious villa in the garden on the outskirts of the village which provided us with all the facilities we needed. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, making us feel at home.

Food was a bit pricey compared to other places we stayed

We have enjoyed some nice days at Villa Mouloud. The garden is thriving and filled with lemon-, orange, -avocado and walnut trees. The vines and figtrees are beautiful. And while enjoying the nature you can see the rabbits and hens. The family living here are so hospitable. They did everything to mane us feel welcome and at home. Our kids enjoyed playing with the kittens and in the garden. We got delicious homemade beldi breakfast in the mornings and tasteful tagines in the evenings. We will return soon.
