Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist wirklich toll und besonders die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge haben uns sehr gefallen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Auswahl war groß, sodass für jeden etwas dabei war. Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen direkt am Hotel zur Verfügung. Diese sind allerdings etwas staubig, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Am Strand konnten Liegen und Sonnenschirme kostenlos genutzt werden. Auch Strandhandtücher wurden vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellt, was sehr praktisch war. Der Poolbereich ist ebenfalls sehr schön und lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Etwas abgelegen

Das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich sehr gut. Es gab eine große Auswahl und besonders die Waffelstation hat uns gefallen. Auch das Personal beim Frühstück war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam.

Normalerweise schreibe ich keine schlechten Rezensionen, aber nach unserem sechstägigen Aufenthalt war ich leider ziemlich enttäuscht. Von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In den Fugen im Badezimmer befand sich Schimmel und an verschiedenen Stellen war eine deutliche Verkalkung zu sehen. Zudem hatten wir bereits am zweiten Tag ein Problem mit dem Strom. Wir haben dies gemeldet und uns wurde gesagt, dass man sich darum kümmern werde. Zwei Tage später fiel in der Nacht auch noch die Klimaanlage aus. Bei einer Außentemperatur von 33 Grad stieg die Temperatur in unserem Zimmer auf 26,7 Grad. Wir mussten unter diesen Bedingungen schlafen. Leider wurde uns weder ein Ventilator noch eine andere Alternative angeboten. Gerade in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel hätte ich hier deutlich mehr Service und Entgegenkommen erwartet. Auch die Zimmerreinigung war leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Es wurde hauptsächlich dort gereinigt, wo man unmittelbar durchläuft. An den Seiten und in den Ecken lag weiterhin Sand. Shampoo und Conditioner wurden während unseres Aufenthalts zudem nicht aufgefüllt. Im Badezimmer kam außerdem ein unangenehmer Kanalisationsgeruch aus der Dusche. Beim Auschecken kam dann leider noch eine weitere Enttäuschung hinzu: Für unseren Hund wurden uns 20 Euro pro Tag inklusive Taxen berechnet. Angesichts der verschiedenen Probleme während unseres Aufenthalts wurde leider keinerlei Kulanz oder Entgegenkommen angeboten. Das empfand ich persönlich als wenig kundenfreundlich.

Super Unterkunft direkt am Strand

Struttura in posizione davvero comoda, con una vista spettacolare, ideale per godersi il tramonto. Nel soggiorno sono inclusi ombrellone e lettini tutti i giorni, oltre agli asciugamani da spiaggia, che vengono cambiati ogni volta che serve — un servizio davvero apprezzabile. Colazione a buffet abbondante e parcheggio incluso.

La pulizia non è all'altezza di una struttura 4 stelle: le camere non vengono pulite in modo approfondito, ad esempio abbiamo trovato ancora sabbia per terra, come se non fosse stata rimossa. Nella doccia lo scarico era rotto e si spostava, e nel minibar mancava l'apribottiglie. La palestra è molto piccola, poco pulita, con attrezzi datati e priva di macchine cardio basilari come tapis roulant o cyclette. Il prezzo a notte è in linea con un 4 stelle, ma alcuni servizi non lo sono altrettanto.

Attesa un po lunga per l'assegnazione della camera. Aria condizionata non regolabile. Credo sia stata messa in sesto per un funzionamento essenziale.

The beach is excellent, with very clear and beautiful water. We also really enjoyed the restaurants and the food, especially dinner. The rooms themselves are comfortable and nicely designed.

Unfortunately, our arrival experience was quite stressful. When we arrived at the hotel, none of the three nearby restaurants were serving food. Breakfast service had already finished, and the next meal service was only at lunchtime. We understand that this is quite common in Europe, but after travelling with a child, it was still inconvenient not to have any food option available. The bigger issue was our room. The air conditioning was not working, and the hotel was unable to repair it. At first, we were told that another room could only be provided the following day. Since we were travelling with a child and the windows had no mosquito screens, sleeping with the windows open was not really an option. We eventually had to contact Booking.com Support to help resolve the situation. Surprisingly, shortly afterwards, another room became available for us to spend the night in. The next day, as the A/C problem still had not been fixed, we were moved to a completely different room. As a result, during a four-day stay, we ended up staying in three different rooms, which was obviously inconvenient. Another detail that was not clear to us before arrival is that the hotel beach is divided into different categories. The beach closest to the hotel is the “Superior” area and is only available to guests staying in Superior-category rooms. Other guests have to use another hotel beach located further away, past another beach. We simply were not aware of this arrangement when booking. Finally, if you do not have your own car, getting from this area to nearby towns can be quite difficult. Taxis often need to be booked about a day in advance. Uber is available, but there is no guarantee that a driver will be nearby when you need one.

Posizione, letti super comodi, terrazzo ampio vista mare, piscina, spiaggia, colazione e ristorante sulla spiaggia con tramonti da sogno. Location ideale se si vuole visitare la Sardegna del Nord.

Manca la spa/area wellness, peccato perché la location è super rilassante e sarebbe stato davvero perfetto concedersi qualche coccola in più. Non ci sono escursioni direttamente dalla spiaggia, né attività acquatiche. Basterebbe qualche sup/canoa da poter noleggiare direttamente in spiaggia. Sarebbe utile anche una doccia di acqua dolce direttamente sulla spiaggia.

Ampia struttura immersa nel verde e sul mare. Disponibilità anche di una piscina. Ottima colazione e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

La ubicación. El resto dejó mucho que desear.

Reservamos con meses de anterioridad y nos dieron las habitaciones más alejadas. El camino de acceso defectuoso. No tuvimos agua cliente en la mayor parte de la estancia. El desayuno buffet repetitivo y de escasa calidad. Instalaciones algo faltas de mantenimiento. No digno de cuatro estrellas ni del precio que pagamos.

Bella struttura, in un angolo molto tranquillo della Sardegna. Il personale è stato molto gentile, La colazione a buffet è molto abbondante e varia ed il cibo del ristorante in generale è buono. Disponibile il parcheggio in struttura.

Gli asciugamani spesso venivano consegnati sporchi ed andavano sostituiti.

climatisation qui fonctionnait très mal (ne va pas en dessous de 24 alors qu’il fait 35 degrés dehors, chambre poussiéreuse et ménage insuffisant, serviettes qui n’avaient pas été correctement remplacées, personnel/service peu réactif, mauvaise expérience au restaurant avec des serveurs désagréables et environ 30 minutes d’attente simplement avoir une table et finir par payer 80€ pour un buffet médiocre, repas après lequel vous avez été malades, et globalement un service très décevant par rapport au prix et au standing annoncé de l’hôtel.

Dieser Resort lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Die einzelnen Häuser sind gut über die weitläufige Anlage verteilt,aber fußläufig war dennoch alles in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war mega. Die Zimmer sind toll und haben einen kleinen Kühlschrank. In der Dusche gab es neben Duschbad und Haarwäsche sogar Haarpflege. Am Strand erhielt man beim Rettungsschwimmer täglich ein frisches Strandhandtuch und auch Flipflops waren auf dem Zimmer. Das Buffet am Abend war sehr sehr gut und zudem täglich wechselnd und für die Vielfalt und das Angebot der Speisen preislich völlig im Rahmen. Der Pool war toll und es fab genügend Schattenplätze. Mir gefiel auch die Mischung der Gäste. Da war von der jungen Familie, über kleine Mädelsgruppen, Pärchen und Rentner alles dabei. Alle waren sehr entspannt. Das Personal war sehr bemüht, dass man einen schönen Aufenthalt hat. Bei einem Problem wurde gleich eine Lösung angeboten.

Die Holzbretter auf dem Weg am Strand waren stellenweise ( wirklich nicht viel) eine kleine Verletzungsgefahr, wenn man da barfuß entlang geht. Wir hatten am Haus ein KLEINES Ameisenproblem, weil sie über die Außenwände bis in das 1. Geschoss liefen. Es schränkte aber nicht die Qualität des Urlaubs ein. Die Hausmeister waren sehr bemüht, das in den Griff zu kriegen.

J’ai tout aimé ,la chambre vue directe sur la mer ,le petit déjeuner et le dîner exceptionnel,le personnel du petit déjeuner super gentils et accueillant surtout le cuistot qui fait les omelettes super souriant . Le service avec accès à une immense plage magnifique,les transats et parasols avec matelas .j’y reviendrai avec plaisir c’est à côté de Castelsardo pour la virée shopping sinon si besoin de détente ,piscine ,plage pas besoin de sortir de l’hôtel .Le dîner et le petit déjeuner d’une qualité exceptionnelle

Obiekt nie spełnia kryteriów 4*,absolutnie nie zasługuje na tyle gwiazdek.Ręczniki bez poproszenia nie są zmieniane codziennie,rezerwuje się pobyt w hotelu,a ląduje się w budynku pobocznym 300m dalej,przy drodze którą jeżdżą meleksy i chodzą ciągle ludzie .Sniadania nie są na złym poziomie,ale codziennie to samo.Jedyne co na plus to to,że ręczniki plażowe są bez dodatkowej opłaty .Plaża bardzo słaba,żwirkowa.Basen ok.Miejsca na kolację bez rezerwacji trudno zastać wolne.Stosunke jakości do ceny nieadekwatny.

Very good private beach, breakfast is great also. Rooms are good size. There is a beach bar, restaurant and pool area. You can use showers and changing rooms after check out if your flight is late.

I’m pregnant and requested a quiet room and was given a quiet room but veeeery fat away from both the restaurant for breakfast and the beach. No toilet at the beach, you have to go to restaurants. Hotel is located far away from the nice beaches in Costa Smeralda so be prepared to drive.

We had a great stay at the hotel! Everything was perfect and we are very thankful that we chose that hotel. Recommending with both hands!

L’emplacement est formidable. La vue exceptionnelle. Le personnel à l’écoute et sympathique. La plage à deux pas de notre lit et notre lit à deux pas de la plage 😃 Le bruit des vagues qui vous berce le soir. Nous avons pu nous reposer et passer un agréable séjour. Merci.

Le bâtiment , bien que récent, subit les affronts de l’eau et du sel. Il n’est pas entretenu comme il se devrait. Les finitions de menuiseries et d’équipements électriques ne sont pas géniales du tout. Le personnel de la plage contraste avec celui de l’hôtel ; nous avons eu a faire à des gens assez désinvoltes , procéduriers et longs à la détente… Mais peut être ont ils des plages horaires importantes…

Unfortunately almost nothing. It was totally misleading what we saw on Booking and what we experienced in real time.

The location is awful, very distant from the top pick areas. The rooms are very small, uncomfortable and not so clean. The AC was not working properly, the buttons were sticky and not easy to press (we needed my hair clip to push them on). We bought a sea view (so called) room and we were only able to see the sea if we dangle out of the balcony from one side. The sea and the beach were not as shown on Booking, very dirty and windy. We were also not allowed to use the front rows on the beach as we were not in “superior rooms” and this was never ever disclosed on the Booking site. The breakfast was also a disaster. It ended at 10:00 am and if you happen to grab anything at 10:01, you are attended as an offender. They were rude and not helpful including the lady at the reception (from Madrid) and excluding the beach staff. Last but not least, we were getting wet at nights when we were back in the room, because they were watering the grass regardless that it is on the no pedestrian way.

Localização, praia mesmo em frente ao hotel.. bar da praia top top top. Piscina incrível, pequeno almoço muito bom e variável.. funcionários dos bares/pequeno almoço suuuuuper prestáveis. Estávamos com uma criança pequena e os senhores no pequeno almoço sempre foram muito atenciosos connosco tanto para aquecer a sopa como a providenciar loiça. Estimei a atenção e simpatia.

Tivemos de mudar de quarto porque o primeiro tinha uma infestação de formigas e baratas. Infelizmente a forma como a situação foi encarada pela recepcionista deixou-me muito a ponderar a qualidade do hotel. A senhora teceu um comentário que eu não achei aceitável quando eu reclamei da situação e pedi para mudar de quarto: 'já tivemos hóspedes antes lá e nunca ninguém reclamou' ... como se estivesse a dizer que era normal ter formigas ali. Se é normal para as outras pessoas, tudo bem!! Mas para mim não. eu até posso perceber que haja infestações mas considerado inadmissível este tipo de comentário especialmente tendo fotos dos ditos cujos e estando com uma criança pequena. Para além de que este quarto deveria estar inoperacional até a situação estar controlada porque claramente já era um problema anterior pois à chegada ao quarto, a primeira coisa que eu vi foi remédio para as formigas no Lumiar da porta de entrada.. Infelizmente só nos puderam mudar de quarto na segunda noite por alegarem 'estar cheios'. Compreendo e está tudo certo, não estando tudo certo não terem uma alternativa senão encolher os ombros. Felizmente mudaram-nós de quarto e resolveram o problema na manhã seguinte. No entanto a primeira noite foi de autêntico sobressalto, não sendo o propósito ideal para umas férias em família. O serviço de quartos também não é o forte deste grupo. Ora não mudavam as toalha quando tínhamos claramente usado o sinal para as mudar, ora nao deixaram as toalhas maiores, ora não deixaram as toalhas maiores.. enfim! 😂

Schönes Hotel, direkt am Meer. Schöner Sandstrand. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer mit Liegen am Strand. Tücher zum wechseln und alles immer vorhanden. Hutes Frühstücksbüffet.

Bellissima location moderna a due passi dal mare, molto calmo e tranquillo. Camere spaziose, dotate di tutto il necessario e pulite. La struttura offre anche ottimi servizi e la cucina del ristorante va assolutamente provata.

Hotelul necesita imbunatatiri, mobilierul este vechi, nu exista lift, terasa murdara. Nu se poate spune ca este un hotel de 4 stele.

A fantastic stay at this resort it has everything you could need whilst giving you the peace to navigate in your own time and pace. It has a perfect sea view with sunset right in front of our balcony. The breakfast spread was full of options and a highlight in the mornings. The pool was relaxing and we enjoyed using the shaded beds. Having a beach bar on site and option to utilise the restaurant on site for additional cost if needed although we didn’t use this was nice to know we could. Room was huge, full of storage options, amazing aircon and shower. Parking was plentiful although we do think we came at the right time of year for this. There is a supermarket in Valledoria but in the heat a car would be beneficial. We would definitely recommend others staying here it gave us a perfect resort style holiday in Sardinia.

Something was added to our room number bill we hadn’t used/had but this was quickly resolved by the reception team. I would recommend an enhanced checking process of room number/name to ensure it doesn’t happen again although we don’t know what the current process is as we didn’t use it.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa struttura. La location è semplicemente perfetta per staccare la spina e godersi la bellezza del posto, trovandosi proprio sul mare! Tutto è stato impeccabile: la pulizia delle camere, il comfort e l'attenzione al cliente. Lo staff è straordinario, sempre disponibile e sorridente. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio, super consigliato!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con la mia famiglia e siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti. Il posto è incantevole e curato in ogni dettaglio. Il personale è estremamente cordiale, gentile e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta. La colazione è ricca, varia e davvero deliziosa. La spiaggia privata è comodissima, soprattutto per chi viaggia con la famiglia. Consiglio vivamente questo bellissimo angolo di paradiso. Torneremo sicuramente!

Ho apprezzato moltissimo l’intero soggiorno. La camera era estremamente confortevole, pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio. La posizione è fantastica, con una spiaggia vicina caratterizzata da un mare cristallino davvero incantevole. Anche l’offerta gastronomica nei dintorni è stata un'ottima sorpresa, con ristoranti eccellenti che hanno reso l'esperienza ancora più speciale!

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage mit direktem Strandzugang und phantastischem Meeresblick. Sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück und abwechslungsreiches Abendessen. Schöner, weitläufiger Sandstrand mit Liegen, Sonnenschirm und Badetüchern inklusive.

Von unserer Terrasse aus gewöhnungsbedürftige, unsere Abendruhe doch störende Musik aus nicht näher identifizierbarer Quelle außerhalb der Hotelanlage von Sonnenuntergang bis gegen Mitternacht, und das jeden Tag unseres Aufenthalts.

Next to the beach.

It is not an adult only resort . There are plenty of families with children both in restaurants and on the beaches. So if you a looking for a quiet spot - find one. Also the beach and water was full with algae - nobody was there to clean it.

Praticamente in riva allo splendido mare della Spiaggia di San Pietro. Tutto vista mare, dalla camera al ristorante alla piscina! Perfetto.

Bagno della mia camera (superior vista mare) strutturato male. Bidet inutilizzabile in quanto attaccato alla parete doccia. Per il resto la struttura è molto bella ed accogliente.

Le lieu , magnifique et sauvage. Les gens de la réception est d'une gentillesse remarquable.

La salle de bain , à rafraîchir car la douche est très vieille contrairement à l'ensemble de l'hôtel.

Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen und ist besonders für Hundebesitzer sehr zu empfehlen. Hunde sind nahezu überall auf der Anlage willkommen – sogar am Pool und am Strand, was wir als großen Pluspunkt empfunden haben. Die Zimmer sind allerdings eher klein, insbesondere wenn man mit Hund reist. Die Anlage macht im vorderen Bereich einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck, während die Bereiche bei den Zimmern stellenweise etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Pflege vertragen könnten. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets bemüht. Das Abendessen war abwechslungsreich und qualitativ gut. Bei gebuchter Halbpension sollte man jedoch beachten, dass die Getränke beim Abendessen nicht inklusive sind. Beim Frühstück hätten wir uns etwas mehr Abwechslung gewünscht, da das Angebot insbesondere bei einem längeren Aufenthalt täglich sehr ähnlich ausfällt. Der Ort selbst ist nett und bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Lage des Hotels ist jedoch nicht ideal, wenn man Ausflüge unternehmen oder die bekannten und besonders schönen Strände Sardiniens besuchen möchte. Wir waren Anfang Juni vor Ort. Der hoteleigene Strand ist über mehrere Treppen sowie einen Steg erreichbar. Leider war dieser während unseres Aufenthalts vollständig mit Seegras bedeckt, wodurch er nicht besonders einladend wirkte. Sardinien hat hier deutlich schönere Strände zu bieten. Aus diesen Gründen empfinden wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht ganz als stimmig. Dennoch hatten wir insgesamt einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und einen schönen Urlaub. Trotz einiger Kritikpunkte können wir das Hotel grundsätzlich weiterempfehlen.

Bardzo dobre śniadanie, duży wybór produktów. każdy na pewno znajdzie coś dla siebie

Piacevolissimo soggiorno, camera familiare ampia con vista mare, spiaggia privata ben servita, personale gentilissimo e colazione e cena a buffet abbondante con cibo ottimo grazie al super Chef Simone che ci ha viziati a dovere. Tutto super davvero!

Das gesamte Personal war extrem freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Hatte am Anfang ein Geruchsproblem im Zimmer, wurde anstandslos gegen ein anderes (besseres) getauscht.

Das Frühstück hatte eine unglaubliche Auswahl. Wir sind (leider) echt picky mit Essen. Verschiedene Brotsorten mit getr. Tomaten und/oder Pilzen, Körnerbrote, Weißbrote, verschiedene Brötchen, Cerealien in allen Sorten, Cashews, Walnüsse, Erdnüsse, verschieden Aufstriche, mehrere Platten mit Wurst, Käse, Lachs, eine Waffelautomat mit Nutella, gehackten Pistazien und Ahornsirup, Pancakes, Eine Eier- und Omelette-Station (hier wird auf Wunsch zubereitet), Alle Milchalternativen, die man haben möchte, Joghurt und sooo leckeres frisches Obst, geschnitten und ganz. Und abends dann ein 4-Gänge-Menü. Hier gibt es auch immer vegetarische/vegane Alternativen. Sehr, sehr lecker. Und der Nachtisch abends ..... das waren kleine Kunstwerke. Der Service war ausgesprochen nett. Der Strand ist sehr schön, mit kostenlosen Liegen, Sonnenschirmen und Handtüchern. Der Pool ist übersichtlich und bietet etliche schattige Orte und man schaut direkt auf das Meer. Die Lage ist sehr schön und man kann auch noch viele Kite-Surfer bewundern.

Unsere Matratze war leider echt nicht gut. Wir hatten mit dem Wetter Pech, es war 1 Woche plötzlich kalt. Die Leute vom Service hatten morgens Polo-Shirts mit kurzen Ärmel an. Sogar die Männer hatten Gänsehaut, hier wären lange Ärmel oder Jacken für die Mitarbeiter schön. Ich habe mich als Kundin wirklich unwohl gefühlt in meinem warmen Pulli...

Der Strand war sehr schön u nahe. Es gab Handtücher, Liegestühle u Schatten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig. Auch Abends konnten wir im Restaurant das reichhaltige abwechslungsreiche Buffet mit Sonnenuntergang genießen.
