Passion Village Apartments by Antigua Living

Everything

No complaints

The environment and the cleanliness .

Had no issues

The location was ideal. We could walk to Ffryes Beach or Valley Church Beach, and although the "highway " is indeed a little precarious... about 20 min to Jolly Harbour for the shopping. There are hopes that a new shopping area for groceries will be under construction around the corner " relatively soon"... which in Antiguan time...means don't hold your breath... The pool was perfect for us. Quiet and pleasant for a quick dip... not like the raucous resort pools... Generally we had it all to ourselves. We had the one - bedroom/2 bathroom unit... at ground level... which was ideal for a couple of seniors! Only 4 wide stairs and big patio/deck area in front where we had our morning coffees. The apartment itself was exceptional! Although I would like to suggest sturdier chairs... we had to be cautious.... Thankyou Tiziano, and Tom! For all your assistance with the minor adjustments. We really enjoyed our time at Passion Village.

The location is currently undergoing expansion and improvements... unavoidable really... communication between the project manager/staff management and guests needed attention. But all was immediately rectified!

The apartment exceeded my expectations. It has a full kitchen, separate bedroom, washing machine, two big patios. It was newbuilt and very clean. The pool is nearby. The host/owner was very helpful and friendly. The only downside was that there was not yet a restaurant on site -- this is under construction and should open within a few months according to the owner.

The location is a bit outside jolly harbour. The walk along the road is 15 min but there can be traffic that makes it dangerous at night. The beaches are nearby but beware that they are only accessible via certain roads, some are private. Overall, these things weren't a problem for me but don't expect it to be right on the beach or in town.

Location good….glad we had a car

Nothing it was great

Beautiful apartment spotless with great kitchen and even a washing machine which I used . Powerful hot shower . Great aircon .Lovely towels including ones for the pool . Even a bidet .lovely bougainvillea and tropical plants able to watch the hummingbirds from the porch . 8 min and 20 min walk to beautiful beaches . A bottle of water in the fridge was much appreciated as no local shop .

Lovely swimming pool but because of ongoing building of the property lots of noise from machinery whilst I was swimming . Because the supermarket is a 20 min walk , a welcome pack of essentials that could be preordered would be great . No facilities for drinking / eating at nearest beach or toilets apart from when the cruise ships come in… would have been good to know in advance , but it meant that the beach was virtually deserted . Extortionate priced mediocre over salted grisly chicken curry at the nearest restaurant The Foxhouse - avoid . Miracles restaurant was great . Having to take taxis at night to return to property after eating jolly harbour as dark unlit road for single female .

Location was good close to two restaurants within walking distance.

Cleanliness and location

Everything worked for us.

Lovely spacious, clean apartment with a great view.

the accommodation was fantastic - we were not expecting such a big villa and particularly as we had to book something last minute as our flight was cancelled.

Would be good to have some basic provisions included in each room - adding more value: milk, coffee tea/ sugar bottle of wine / beer / water fruit basket.

Well appointed self catering apartment located about a mile from Jolly Harbour or 5 minutes by car. Great access to Valley Church and Fryyes Beach - the former more visited by cruise passengers. Good restaurant (Fox’s) within easy walking distance. Comfortable bed, shower, good amenities to self catering in the apartment and TVs etc.

Unfortunate that some new development is taking place on and next to, site which isn’t visible in the photos of the accommodation. Didn’t disturb us as we only stayed one night but suspect it could have affected anyone staying longer or wanting to relax the pool.

Very nice modern apartments. The pool was clean and never busy. Check-in and -out was easy. The host was very friendly and helped arrange a taxi to the airport after my stay. There is a very nice restaurant (Fox House) close by that will give you 10% discount if you stay at Passion Village.

It is somewhat far from stores, restaurants, and things to do. If you want to go further then Valley Church Beach you need a car or transportation.

Very modern, spacious and tasteful designed .

Location was lovely, Apartment was superb, Tiziana was great, really helpful and a lovely person. We did have a complaint re the construction noise but Tiziano immediately contacted the owners and we had compensation - we could not have asked for more Excellent response all resolved

The construction noise and view! but once we complained we got compensated so can not complain - perhaps might have been nice to have known about it before we arrived - but all good - Great response from owners and Tiziano - would stay again - and look forward to eating at the new Pool side restaurant one completed:)

The host was very friendly! He gave me a charger too. Very accommodative! The place is clean, comfortable and spacious.

Please for future add a hairdryer if you can, might be useful for some people.

Great location , discos , nice pool , great service from Tizano

A few things missing from the property , kettle , not enough glasses , plates etc

the silence and green area in the surroundings.

nothing to say

Well-designed, modern apartments with clean and comfortable rooms. The location is decent, but I would strongly recommend renting a car. The beach is quite far and not really reachable on foot. There is no on-site dining in the complex, so you will need to visit nearby restaurants. The closest grocery store is about 1 km away. Overall, a good option if you are mobile and plan to explore the island by car.

The Wi-Fi internet speed is extremely poor and practically unusable. There is no housekeeping service during the stay, and bed linen and towels are not changed.

We used it for a one night stay before getting on a boat at Jolly Harbour Marina. It was a long walk on a dangerous road (not their fault, of course). It was clean enough and easy to get the key and check-in check-out. The pool looked nice enough and the kitchen seemed properly stocked for European travelers. It's clear they're targeting Italians/French because the bathrooms had bidets.

There was only one towel among all 3 bathrooms - and we arrived too late to get a second one without significant effort. The cleaners had failed to remove other people's razors from the shower - suggesting the cleaning wasn't terribly thorough.

Very good accommodation. Excellent location and the Manager was extremely helpful and attentive.

Nothing!

You definitely need reliable transportation — as taxi’s will certainly add up: other than that, a nice walk to a beach; and there is a sizable pool in the court yard.

The door curtains can be updated. They snag a bit when you are leaving out. Hard to close, and it gives off the he impression that you are not there in my opinion. However very safe — so it wasn’t a matter. Door technique is a bit tricky but it’s a good mechanism. Just get a walk through on your arrival on how to open and lock accordingly. Some smell good Scents are needed to tighten up the home away experience.

The apartments were absolutely perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The landscaping was beautifully maintained, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The service was exceptional; the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!

Employees were very helpful and pleasant. Room was spacious, clean, contemporary and had everything we needed. The pool was very nice as were the grounds. Short walk to Valley Church Beach. Close to SunFusion restaurant which had good Chicken Wings. Short drive to Miracles restaurant which is nice, casual sit down restaurant. There is also a fancier restaurant, the Foxhouse, which we didn't visit.

It's not a resort with activities but it is very clean, nice pool, modern, peaceful and as advertised. We would definitely stay there again if we were sailing out of Jolly Harbor (which we were).

Self catering, excellent cooperation from manager, very clean complex, very relaxing holiday with excellent restaurant and a nice cafe bar close by, 500 yards to a fantastic beach ! Super market 1 mile away with good public transport!

Nothing!

Our host, Tiziano, was very accomodating to our check-in/out times and keeping our luggage. The area is super safe and there is a really nice restaurant nearby, in addition to the Jolly beach a walking distance from it.

Clean and modern property with a very friendly and helpful host. Couldn’t recommend a better bnb to stay at in Antigua 10/10!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Antigua! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the WiFi was strong, which was a big plus. The location was perfect—close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, and local attractions, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. Waking up to the stunning views was a highlight of my trip. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, providing great recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Antigua and would definitely stay here again!

They were reaily friendly

The rooms were spacious, facilities were great and the Manager was so helpful.

Apart from the local beach which is 5 minutes walk you would need a car to get around otherwise it's a 20 minute walk to the supermarket and Jolly Harbour facilities.

Perfect location for best beaches in Antigua within walking distance in Jolly harbour

Internet service is really worst than terrible. No fault of the hosts but it seems to be a islandwide thing. Definitely not for Digital Nomads. Just make sure you have data on your phone. My wife was working from home, and there was 4 bars but no internet. She had to hotspot her phone to her computer. We made multiple complaint to host but realized it was not their fault.

Excellent facilities in our kitchen and bedroom spacious

It’s nicely designed and decorated apartment complex. The manager of the property is very friendly and courteous.

The location is in a nice but a bit secluded area. Walk to the beach is possible but not pleasant. You cannot stay there without the car!

Tucked away behind the Jolly Harbour area on a quite side street, Passion Village offers the perfect location to set up as a base whilst in Antigua. The property is beautiful and super clean. The pool is lovely and the host Tiziano is very open and welcoming. Due to its location, you really do need a car to get around the island. There are good restaurants in the area but more options are available in other parts (Dockyard Drive, St Johns's) and you really need a car to get around as public transport is limited. The grocery store and the lovely Ffryes beach are 5 mins drive. And don't forget to get the fresh fruit from the lady opposite the grocery store in Jolly Harbour (the mangoes and avacados were delicious) Overall a great place to stay. Highly recommended.

Everything was great. The internet was a bit patchy and is not super fast so bear that in mind if you want to work remotely (aka need to do video calls).

There were no curtains on the bedroom window.

No curtains on the bedroom window

Tiziano, our concierge was in his office and ready to make sure our first night was perfect. Throughout our stay he was available for all our needs and very helpful.

There was nothing to dislike

New, modern, clean and spacious. Tiziano is welcoming, friendly and super helpful.

The apartment was clean and we'll appointed. Tiziano, was a great help. Short walk to the beautiful ffreys beach, where they have food, drinks, lounge chairs. The Fox House was an amazing restaurant just 300 meters from apartment. Only open for dinner, but the best place to go every night with reservations. Miracles restaurant was also very good. If you need to food shop, epicurean is a walk to jolly harbor, but get a cab back.

Nothing

New, beautiful and spacious accommodations with friendly and flexible staff

Excellent location, clean rooms

The location is near some of the most amazing beaches in Antigua.
