Great location for the Guangzhou South railway station- only a 10 mins safe, easy walk to and from the hotel. Good range of breakfast options. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Location was good. Property was clean and well maintained.

Staff english was poor. When I checked in there was a large group of Chinese who kept jumping the queue to check in and I felt this was not managed well with the staff. Fridge wasnt cooling which the staff there sorted. Room didnt have space to keep a suitcase.

Staff were slow to respond throughout the stay and unhelpful — I had to drag my own luggage at checkout despite asking for assistance. Breakfast was identical every single day across 8 nights, zero variation.

The property is very close to Guangzhou south railway station. The property rooms are very neat and clean. The breakfast has many variety .Self laundry facility is available. Ground has many restaurants and a Seven Eleven is available round the clock.

Номер грязный, с плохой сантехникой, лейка душа почти не работала. Больше всего нас расстроил завтрак. Не сама еда, хотя выбор блюд был скромный, а отношение персонала! Нас сгоняли с мест пять раз!!!!! Девушка очень громко кричала что-то на китайском языке и отказывалась ответить на мой вопрос В ЧЕМ ДЕЛО, хотя я вела диалог на английском языке! При том, что в других отелях нас провожали за столик и мы знали где можно позавтракать. Здесь же нам просто указали на вход в ресторан и когда мы взяв еду решили сесть- прибежала эта девушка и начала орать, чтобы мы встали, ХОТЯ ЗАВТРАК БЫЛ ОПЛАЧЕН!. На столиках не было табличек, что это резерв или еще что-то. После третьего стола, к нам подбежал молодой человек и через переводчик сказал, что эти столы - СЛОМАНЫ. Видимо все пять!!! у окна!!!. в итоге под ее крики мы сели в конце зала на проходе и она замолчала. В ресторане было несколько людей, но европейцы - только мы. После этого шоу, к одному из гостей - подошла супруга и они пересели за один из этих 5 столов!!!! которые для нас сломаны и сидеть за ними нельзя. Потом пришли другие постояльцы отеля и спокойно выбирали из этих 5 столов за каким из них им лучше сидеть и где лучше вид. Я спросила одного из мужчин - возможно они бронировали заранее этот стол, на что получила утвердительное - нет. Из всего напрашивается только один вывод - персонал отеля проявил максимальную дискриминацию по отношению к лицам другой национальности! У нас был забронирован этот отель еще раз по возвращению из другого города, но после этого случая мы отменили бронь и больше в этот отель ни ногой. Если вы не работаете с иностранными гостями - укажите это в описании отеля или в дополнительной информации. Или же тогда отказывайте при заселении! но кричать на гостей при посторонних людях и выгонять их из ресторана почти на выход - это не достойное и не человеческое отношение! И вообще, разговор на повышенных тонах с клиентами - в принципе не допустим!

Great location. We chose to stay here as we had an early train departure the next morning. The hotel was a very easy 5 min walk to the train station. There was also local group of shops with restaurants for food close by. Rooms and facilities were very good.

The design and comfort of the hotel is great. As well as the breakfast buffet menu. And the staff was very attentive.

The water boiling pot had a cool design but did not boil the water and just warmed it up.

Hard to find the hotel with very little signage. Could have easily walked from the train station but instead had to take a taxi to travel one block

Great location for train journey A fantastic location overlooking the vast Guangzhou South Railway Station—you can even sit in bed and watch trains arriving and departing on the platforms below. The modern interiors are stylish and playful, offering a refreshing contrast to many bland inner-city hotels. Service is efficient and polite, and breakfast is generous with plenty of choice. The easy walk across the road to the station makes onward travel around China incredibly convenient.

Needed to be close to Guangzhou South Station which is why we booked this hotel. Around 5-10mins walk but roads uneven if you have luggage. Rooms are comfortable and have everything you need.

WiFi was terrible. Never had WiFi this poor in any hotel I have stayed in. Every morning staff checked if you had booked and paid for breakfast but could never find the room number on one of their many lists - need to have more robust system to check. No where outside hotel to eat unless you take a taxi into more central Guangzhou.

Location and value, we are happy with the staying.

The property was exactly like the images. Location is close to the south railway station. Helpful staff.

We had only one meal at the hotel and it was not good. The location has nothing around so you need to take a taxi for 30 mins to get to the touristy spots. We also had to do a police check at check in (Countries like India, Turkey, Iraq, Pakistan, Bangladesh and some more were listed for this mandatory check)

The stay was nice. The hotel facilities were great!

I’m none of the staff spoke any English.

Everything was brilliant, if I could give them a 20 out 10, I would. Stayed at the Radisson Red, as a result of missing my train and had to stay overnight, searched accommodation near me a the Red came up, $120.00 AUD a night brilliant, booked and did not have great expectations until arrival, building was presented beautifully, entry was stunning, lobby was absolutely stunning and the room was out of this world. Staff were brilliant, the amenities were superb, ground floor had a 7-11 and multiple restaurants, with meals starting from $6 AUD. If your going to the Canton Fair or any fair, stay here and pay the extra Didi premium car service, $25 AUD each. You will not be disappointed with this hotel.

Clean and efficiently run. Good breakfast with a spectacular view. Hotel reception is on 27th floor with guest rooms on the floors above giving a wide range of views over the city and Guangzhounan (South station).

Room smelt of cigarette smoke but that is a perennial problem in China. The hotel is close to the station and once you know how to get to it, it's great. But be warned, no-one at the station knew it or how to get to it. A-Map said it was a half hour walk, which was nonsense - it's less than 10, even with big cases.

It’s a very modern hotel and quite easy to get around. The staff are quite efficient and so are the facilities. We were quite glad with the value for money on this hotel. The staff were also very helpful and friendly! The rooms were spacious and everything is quite advanced. There’s a space to do a bit of work and a computer and printer that’s free. Washer and dryer are also free. All in all, it was a great stay!

The staff did have limited English and there was a moment where they did check me out accidentally after finding my room key. But other than that it was great.!

Очень приветливый и вежливый персонал. Особенно хотелось бы отметить менеджера Janie за оперативную и профессиональную помощь при размещении. Всё было организовано быстро и чётко, она подробно объяснила все нюансы проживания, благодаря чему процесс заселения прошёл максимально комфортно и без лишних вопросов.

Eveything was excellent. Good service especially, everyday the rooms is perfectly cleaned and filled with two coffees teas and many extras. Good restaurant and cheerful colleagues. They were exceptionally helpful. Thank you, see you next time :)

I travelled as a solo female and stayed for two nights. The location is good for public transport, within walking distance to Guangzhouan (Guangzhou South) metro and train stations. I was able to easily reach my sightseeing destinations (the metro system in Guangzhou is excellent). It also felt vey safe. Regarding the hotel location: this is not a touristy area, with many offices around. You will have a couple of basic restaurants downstairs, and a 7/11. Breakfast: I found it ok, with Chinese and Western options. For the price, I think you are better off eating out locally somewhere else. English-speaking staff: some front desk staff do not speak English, but they have a translating device that works perfectly. Overall I found staff attentive and helpful. Room: fantastic room, with amenities from Malin + Goetz and Dyson hairdryers. It is very important you have AliPay and WeChat as even room service is managed through WeChat.

We had booked a non smoking room but were given a room that smelled intensely of cigarette smoke. The staff tried to help and gave us a another room which, while slightly better, still smelled a lot like smoke. (the hotel was fully booked for the night so that may have influenced their ability to help). Coffee at the breakfast was not very good

We had read many reviews saying that everything in this hotel was bad, but the hotel was conveniently located near the train station. In the end, we really liked everything. The room was fantastic, the beds were comfortable, and the huge shower with strong water pressure was pure bliss. Everything was very stylish and beautiful. ✨

Not easy to find eating places for lunch & dinner. Breakfast Buffer @the restaurant - no tastes , limited Choices & foods not so good & not worthed paying extra for buffet breakfast

I needed a hotel closer to the train station and the hotel was indeed close enough for me to walk.

The restaurant served a very hard stale bread roll with the burger I ordered. I think the hotel must consider hiring staff that atleast speak English. I ordered a burger because the waiter at the restaurant could not speak English and therefore could not establish sides dishes serviced with my preferred dish, Seabass. I thought burger was a safe call, and little did I know I will be served a very stale bread roll.

Price was super affordable with such a clean place
