Even my booking has confirmed with breakfast and as I reached the hotel, they refused. I did not even stay there rather booked another hotel in the city and moved out. These are Fraudsters. Pls don't fall into this fake publishing. Even booking.com is not performing any such reviews and I am losing trust with booking.com itself.

Rooms walls were dirty. Bathroom was with Drunken vomitting smell. No service . No toiletries Flooded with mosquitos For getting towell I had to go reception and request for towells. Next day early morning important Exam was there , hence I could not vacate and go for better hotels. IUts my wrong selecting this hotel based on Ratings given (7.9) but it's not worth for even Rating of 2 (Two). For food there is nothing nearby within vicinity of 3to4 kms, except a Cafe, which we do not have any other choice to eat. I was not in a mood to take photos. Conclusively it's an horrible stay I have encountered first in my life time. I am sure I won't do this mistake again by selecting hotel based on Ratings and Reviews.

Seeing the reviews on booking.com we booked this place but clearly the reviews have been put up by known people of the hotel. The place is practically a dump. There's no breakfast included, no basic toiletries, there isn't even hot water facility. No concept of hygiene exists, the sheets were stained, the bathroom is filled with moss and fungus, the rooms and hall ways stink. I thought booking.com was a decent website that does it's due diligence but I will be re-considering this. The access road is very poor and a gave an unsafe feeling. Please don't go by the so called great reviews they are all fake. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my enemy.

Faced lot of problems with free wifi they provide which isnt working most of the time. when it does its very slow. Road leading to doorstep of hotel is not walkable and muddy...Frequent power outages is another big problem faced...There are no good resturants nearby so had to manage food at roadside unclean carts and dabhas... Just bcoz it the only hotel nearest to my work place I had to stay here.

Reviewed Nov 30, 2025This shabby property is located in complete outskirts of city, in the middle of a filed. situation was so bad that there is no road from main road to the property, you need to drive through the filed. Property is in a completely isolated place. No proper reception/ staff. Looked like a colleg’s boys hostel. Don’t promote this property for family stay even if it’s for free

It says on the internet that card payment is available, but they only accept cash. This was quite surprising and confusing.

Horrible manager and owner. Greedy unprofessional. In spite having confirmed booking and having spoken to him the previous day , didn't allow check in. Was rude told it's first come first serve policy which never mentioned anywhere. Also he could have insisted on prepayment the previous day when I spoke. Everything described on Booking.com about this hotel is untrue. The rooms were filthy. They had not been cleaned. The beds were damp and had a lot of hair on them. Due to this, all 5 of us had to leave the hotel within 30 minutes of checking in and stay in another hotel. We had booked these three rooms for university lecturers for an educational tour. The hotel had sent an online link and asked us to pay the full amount in advance, so we paid. Now they are refusing to refund. Many people will be cheated if this hotel is not removed from booking.com.

Been there for exam. Rs 1800 per day Near chembarampakkam lake. Very remote. (Tried to take extra money) No geyser or water heater or a kettle for hot water (in contrary to the photo showed in sites) Limited auto and cabs ( everyone asks extras up to 50% money otherwise they won't turn up.). Better and safe, bring your own vehicle. Restaurants are 9.5 to 11 km away. Delivery time takes 1 hour. Again extra money. Not budget friendly or comfortable or accessible

Reviewed Jan 7, 2025I really like the room. Very clean and very good lightning in the rooms. Good service, the young man in the reception was very kind and helpful. He helped me and booked train tickets from Chennai to Tada and then ticket back. He also informed me and recommended me how to travel cheap in Chennai.
The location. I wanted to be outside the city but I realized it was a little bit to far from everything according to my needs.
