The riad was beautiful and very calm. Sometimes, cute birds would even fly around. As I was there in the summer, the air conditioning was great and I could also refresh in the jacuzzi on the rooftop. The host was also very nice and helpful! You could also have food there. I tried the chicken lemon tagine, and it was amazing!

The riad was beautiful and full of traditional charm. The host and all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and hospitable. Esmail is such a kind and warm-hearted person. He made me feel at home from the moment I arrived and always checked on me to make sure I had everything I needed. I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed my time there. The food was delicious, especially on the rooftop terrace. I loved having my dinner and breakfast there with such a lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again. Wunderschönes, traditionelles Riad mit sehr herzlicher Atmosphäre. Esmail und das gesamte Team waren äußerst freundlich und gastfreundlich. Esmail hat mich herzlich empfangen und immer wieder gefragt, ob ich etwas brauche. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Essen war super lecker, besonders auf der Dachterrasse, wo ich mein Abendessen und Frühstück sehr genossen habe. Abdul nagyon kedves és közvetlen volt, mindenben segítőkészek voltak. A szállás gyönyörű volt és közel volt a belvároshoz, piachoz. A reggeli a teraszon nagyon szép és finom volt. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, ajánljuk mindenkinek! 😊

The budget friendly Riad was great , the hosts ismael and Abdul were there to help and advice and as soon as I arrived mint tea was been pored ,breakfast was traditional upstairs on the rooftop , a great stay for the price with immaculate rooms

Odam giriş katta ve avluya bakıyordu. Güzel tasarımlı bir oda yapmışlar. İsmail bana çok yardımcı oldu. Bir sabah tura gideceğim için kahvaltıyı 7'de yapmak istedim hazırladı. Kaldığım dönem bayram Kurban Bayramı dönemiydi. Riadı kapatıp memleketine gidecekti. Ama o gün ben tura gideceğim için eşyalarım oradaydı. Anahtarı verdi bana ve akşam gelip alabileceğimi söyledi. çok yardımsever bir insan.

Kahvaltıda çeşit olabilirdi. Bunun dışında memnun olmadığım bir şey olmadı.

Le personnel est au petit soin et toujours prêt à aider, l’emplacement est correct pas trop éloigné des sites touristiques. Le Riad est décoré avec soin.

Le niveau de propreté pourrait vraiment être améliorée.

everything was great, the riad is insanely beautiful, the only thing was running water under the sink, so the floor was wet all the time. But comparing to the prince, that was a tiny detail, overall i loved the riad. the staff was very kind and since we had breakfast but were leaving early, they packed it with us.

I booked Riad for 1 week but I was away for 3 days. Went to Sahara - you should go! :) They can help you to find the trips,or you book it online. I was solo,so I got single room downstairs. I am sure rooms upstairs (and for more people) are better,with more light and air. My room was a bit dark,with 1 window in the bathroom (couldn't open it).. And you hear everything,when people go in and out. I was most of the time travelling, so it was ok. You get clean towels every day. Staff is really nice. If you ask about anything,they will help you. Thanks to all of you, I wish you many nice guests and all the best for the future :)

We really liked the riad, the host was super kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, when we had a full day trip, he also packed us food and beverages. Its in the city center, everything is near by walking, and the riad was as authentic as we expected. We could also leave our luggages at the reception until we had to go to the airport. Il riad è davvero molto grazioso e pulito. L’host ci ha accolti benissimo ed è stato super gentile, facendoci sentire subito a casa e offrendoci anche un delizioso tè di benvenuto. La colazione era molto buona e davvero abbondante, servita in una terrazza stupenda che ha reso tutto ancora più piacevole. Un’esperienza che consiglio assolutamente!

L'arredo della stanza, cucina abbondante e la possibilità di poter cenare nel Riad. Cena molto buona. Host molto disponibile ci ha offerto subito tè e biscotti appena arrivati. Offre possibilità di fare hammam e massaggi ma non sul posto.

Stanza piccola e con una finestrella in bagno. Asciugamani lavati male ancora sporchi di trucco nonostante siano stati cambiati alla nostra richiesta.

A equipe é muito atenciosa. A terraça é muito bonita e tem uma ótima vista da cidade.

O quarto disponibilizado era bem apertado, quase não tendo espaço para circular. O chuveiro é bem antigo e vaza por todos os lados.

We had a very pleasant experience at the riad. Abdul was very kind and helpful. He was always available and ready to assist with any questions we had. The room and bathroom were clean, and the breakfast was very tasty and freshly prepared when we arrived. On our last day, because we had to leave the riad early, they prepared breakfast in advance for us, and it was waiting in the fridge in the common area. I highly recommend it! P.S. There is a jacuzzi on the rooftop!

La colazione tradizionale con prodotti di buona qualità servita al tavolo sulla terrazza esterna

Il gestore non è disponibile e neanche cordiale: all'arrivo non è stato offerto il tradizionale tè alla menta e neanche un aiuto con le valigie, sempre trovati in tutti gli altri riad della vacanza. Lui a volte è invadente con troppi messaggi inviati per vendere attività extra non richieste. In aggiunta, ha richiesto il pagamento in contanti di una parte del soggiorno nonostante su Booking sia scritto che i contanti non sono accettati. Una delle stanze non ha una finestra neanche sul cortile interno e non è possibile chiuderla dall'interno con problemi di sicurezza e umidità. Pulizia e comfort della stanza migliorabili nonostante l'arredamento ammodernato, le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano macchiati in più punti e mancano supporti per sistemare le valigie e i propri oggetti. La lunga distanza dal centro è correttamente dichiarata, ma la zona nel quale si trova il riad è abbastanza caotica. Prezzo troppo alto in considerazione di quanto offerto.

La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, con un’atmosfera autentica e rilassante che ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio. Le camere sono pulite, confortevoli e arredate con gusto, mantenendo lo stile tradizionale ma senza rinunciare al comfort. Il personale, in particolare Abdul, è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare con consigli utili su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. La colazione era ottima, varia e preparata con prodotti freschi, un perfetto modo per iniziare la giornata.

I appreciated that they accepted my last-minute booking, and the location was convenient. 当日予約にも関わらず快く受け入れてくれた点と、立地の良さは良かったです。

However, my experience changed after I informed the owner that I would book a Sahara Desert tour online instead of through the hotel. Communication suddenly stopped — my WhatsApp messages were not even delivered, and I believe I was blocked. Because of this, my request for a takeaway breakfast (as I had an early tour departure) was ignored. In addition, I found a blonde hair on the pillow upon check-in, which made me question the cleanliness. I hope all guests are treated equally, regardless of whether they book tours through the hotel or independently. しかし、サハラ砂漠ツアーをホテル経由ではなく自分でオンライン予約すると伝えた後、オーナーと突然連絡が取れなくなりました。WhatsAppのメッセージも届かず、ブロックされた可能性があります。 その影響で、早朝出発のためお願いしていたテイクアウトの朝食も対応されませんでした。 また、チェックイン時に枕元に金髪の髪の毛があり、清掃面にも不安を感じました。 ツアーをホテル経由で予約するかどうかに関わらず、すべての宿泊客に平等な対応をしてほしいです。

My stay was amazing from start to finish. Abdul was extremely attentive and helpful. The Riad was beautiful and had a delicous light breakfast.

Très mauvaise expérience dans ce riad que je déconseille fortement. Malgré un accord préalable pour un check-in à 10h, j'ai trouvé ma chambre occupée à mon arrivée. Nous avons dû attendre plus de deux heures malgré la fatigue du voyage. Le propriétaire a manqué d'honnêteté en revenant sur sa parole Le petit-déjeuner était décevant, au point que j'ai dû manger à l'extérieur durant tout mon séjour. Enfin, l'accueil laisse vraiment à désirer : on nous traite comme si nous étions logés par charité et non comme des clients payants. Je ne remettrai plus jamais les pieds ici lors de mes prochains passages à Marrakech

Es una zona tranquila dentro de la Medina pero un poco alejada del centro caminando. La atención de todos fue excelente y amables, las habitaciones limpias y muy frescas

La piscina, esperábamos que fuera de otra manera. La luz del cuarto pero creo que ya era un gusto personal de que no fueran tan tenues.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, die Lage ist versteckt, aber zentral: „eine Perle“. Der Gastgeber ist extrem nett und kompetent.

Das Bett war etwas zu hart. Man konnte zu diese Zeitpunkt nur mit Bargeld bezahlen. Das war nicht optimal.

The location is perfect, in a more local area. The rooms are clean and cleaning services are offered daily. We booked a car with their help from and to the airport which was really convenient. You can also book trips to the desert if interested. The breakfast was tasty and served on the nice terrace. And last, but not least, Abdull is a great host always quick to answer any questions.

My stay here was very lovely. The host made me feel very welcomed; he is present, kind, and very helpful. The riad was beautiful and comfortable and the breakfast was very good!! This was the third and last riad I stayed at on my trip to Morocco and it was a very nice way to end the trip in such a cozy and warm space. I really enjoyed the area, as it was about 20 minutes from Jemmaa el Fnaa, therefore a little quieter and more residential. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Abdull and his team keep it clean and welcoming. We really appreciated the offer to arrange taxi transfers and enjoyed the evening meal we requested on our arrival after a day of travelling. Good communication and we got a lot of support during our stay - our questions were welcomed. We especially loved the breakfast - it set us up for the day!

We loved our stay at this Riad. Abdul couldn’t have been a better host. He was very helpful in organizing tours, giving directions and suggestions, and always answered our questions promptly. The location was good, and our room was very quiet. The terrace was a terrific place to enjoy breakfast or to relax at the end of a tiring day.

La habitacion para una persona es perfecta, con aire acondicionado, baño bien equipado hasta con secador de pelo y caja fuerte. Abdul esta siempre pendiente y es muy atento. El desayuno muy rico y abundante. Esta bien situado para mi gusto, esta dentro de la medina sin ser centro y estar rodeado de turistas, zona autentica a unos 20 minutos andando de la plaza principal. Yo viaje sola y me senti muy segura en todo momento. Lo recomiendo muchisimo.

A very beautiful, authentic, and comfortable riad. I booked airport transfer – they picked me up without any issues, took me in a comfortable car to the nearest Medina entrance, and then Abdul walked with me to the riad. A delicious traditional Moroccan dinner was waiting for me at the riad (extra charge). Abdul advised me on which maps to use and recommended places to visit in Marrakesh. He was very responsive to any questions or requests, helped me get a taxi and negotiated the fare with the driver. He is very kind and hospitable overall. Wonderful Moroccan breakfast on the terrace served every morning. I highly recommend this riad. The local people in the neighbourhood are friendly and smiling.

Abdull es un gran anfitrión. Te orienta, facilita el diseño de tus actividades y comparte su cultura. El Riad es hermoso, limpio, con todas las comodidades y está muy bien ubicado dentro de la Medina, pero en una zona muy tranquila.

Die Lage in der Altstadt und der schöne Innenhof vom Riad.

Das Zimmer war etwas zu klein. Wir haben weder für die Ausflüge noch für den Aufenthalt eine Quittung erhalten.

I like the location. It is close to everything and we felt that it was easy to move around. It is very clean and the rooms are big enough.

I didnt like the treatment from the person in charge of the Riad. Also, he asked for cash payment on arrival which was no stated in the booking. He was quite pushy trying to sell us everything. From the Hamam massages to trips to the Atlas. We travel a lot and understand how they feel about us coming. They think we will get away with pushing everything and try to sell everything to us. The Riad jacuzzi is not working, unlike its advertised. When we arrived there was not a lock in our door and it felt a bit unsecured. We eventually got a different room that had a lock and we could leave the stuff inside safely. I have felt more invited and welcome on many other occasions but the management needs to improve. Also if you are travelling in groups of only girls I dont recommend this place.

De când am ajuns la riad am fost întâmpinați cu căldură de gazda Abdull - un om minunat care ne-a ajutat cu orice informație am fi avut nevoie și nu numai. Ne-a pus la dispoziție chiar și mașina de spălat când am avut parte de “un mic accident”.😅 In riad era un miros placut și în camera s-a făcut curățenie în fiecare zi. La fel și prosoapele au fost schimbate în fiecare zi. Micul-dejun a fost delicios și servit într-o atmosferă specific marocană. Riad-ul este amplasat aproape de principalele atracții și a fost foarte ușor să ne deplasăm pe jos.

Me and my partner stayed for 4 nights and it was an amazing experience from the start until the end. I really recommend everyone to try this riad 😊 Special thanks to Abdul, he was very nice and allways ready to help us if we needed or not !!!
