The only downside I felt was the area located. It feels abit inside and if you are returning to hotel late, it feels scary.

We got to the hotel and found out it was in the middle of no where with nothing around it! There was a stray dog outside that would come towards you every time you went out! Out room had no window and had a cupboard that opened up to the roof, so anyone could get in!! The walls were plastered, but not painted or anything!!! We needed up staying here for 10 mins and getting a full refund and booking another hotel

Reviewed Oct 30, 2025Bilik selesa, aircond sejuk. design bilik nampak moden. ada tingkap juga bilik twin yg saya booking. tv boleh berfungsi, boleh tonton chanel yg dah setup seperti tv2 etc. parking byk sbb kawasan sekeliling tak banyak kedai. tuala yg diberi disposable. ada amenities mcm sabun badan dan shampoo, berus gigi dan shower cap. dlm bilik juga ada cawan comel, water heater dan botol air minuman. quite easy to come here, near to exit toll. silent juga utk tido dengan selesa. ada juga hair dryer
lantai tandas dan luar tandas sama level. jadi, kena hati-hati supaya air tak keluar. saya terjatuh sebab tak perasan air dah melimpah keluar.

This was my worst experience with sound proofing at a hotel, the walls were paper thin, already somewhat disruptive on quiet nights with the sounds of the water pumps from other rooms within the same block, worsened when inconsiderate and loud neighbours checked in. Could barely rest in a room that I paid for regardless of it being in the day or at night. Not worth the price point, amenities were to a minimum, not even proper towels were provided without an extra charge.

Should give Normal towel, have to pay extra for Normal towels. Floor was dust with hair. Chair they didn't cleaned for months. Got smart tv, but no WiFi connection. Air conditioning is no cooling, it takes time.

The access road (lorong) to the hotel is quite dark at night and surrounded by abandoned shop lots, which made me feel a bit unsafe. It would be great if proper lighting could be installed along the area to improve visibility and create a more secure environment for guests.
