The Roses

Absolutamente todo. Danilo súper anfitrión, siempre atento con múltiples detalles.

Todo nos encantó.

Staying at The Roses was an absolute highlight of our trip! Danilo is genuinely the best host we have ever encountered. From the moment we arrived at 5:30 AM, he was right there waiting for us and even offered to make us fresh coffee. His attention to detail and communication throughout our stay were flawless. He went above and beyond by treating us to fresh figs and local medias lunas, helping us with our laundry, and sharing fantastic recommendations for local dining and tour bookings both in town and in surrounding areas. Beyond his incredible hospitality, we loved sitting down to chat about our year-long travels and hearing about his own experiences—it truly felt like catching up with an old friend. The apartment itself was immaculately clean and comfortable. We will deeply miss Danilo and his exceptional warmth. We cannot recommend staying here enough!

Nothing

Had a great short stay here!, the place is super clean, cozy, and comfortable Love the location, it's nice and quiet but still really close to the costanera big shoutout to the host who was incredibly kind and helpful with awesome local recommendations Definitely planning on coming back!

Host was excellent. It would be worth highlighting that the room is within an apartment shared with the host and potentially one other quest

We stayed at The Roses for four nights, and the experience exceeded our expectations. At the time of booking, we didn’t fully understand the shared-space concept, but once the host explained it to us, everything became clear and it turned out to be a very positive part of the stay. The location is excellent, in a very convenient area of Puerto Varas, with easy access to tourist attractions, commercial areas, and great dining options. The room was very comfortable, and the shared spaces were well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The area also offers plenty of outdoor activities, as well as shopping options in nearby malls, making it a very complete destination. Highly recommended — both Puerto Varas and The Roses.

Sin duda, volvería a The Roses.

The room is very new, modern and impeccably clean. The beddings are top quality (e.g. the comforter was 100% goose down), very new and extremely clean.

None. The room is a bit small, but we knew it beforehand.

Recomendo!

Nada a apontar.

Niks

Goede kamer, badkamer zeer goed in orde.

The best host I ever met in my life, very attentive to details, kind and helpful👌🏻

Todo fue excelente.

Nada.

New, Very Clean, Very Close To The Lake and Centre

The accommodations were exactly as pictured in the add

Nothing

A fantastic stay in Danilo’s flat- with a private room and shared kitchen/living space. Incredibly comfortable and well designed room. Very clean. Danilo was very welcoming and bought us eggs, bread and croissants for breakfast. Free car parking. Very kindly helped us do our laundry.

Nothing!

Danillo was a great host, providing support and ideas where appropriate and a nice breakfast with some great local produce. Puerto Varas is a nice quiet town with some great restaurants and bars and is perfect for a visit to Orsorno Volcano, etc The room and apartment are modern, very clean and comfortable.

All good

Clean and comfortable room/private bath in an apartment. Danilo was very friendly and overall its a great option.

Danilo is a great host and we really enjoyed our stay in Puerto Varas. The apartment was quiet and well located. It was simply but beautifully furnished and has amenities that you’d expect in a fine hotel (a super comfortable bed, an assortment of pillows with various levels of firmness, bathrobes, etc) though this is a home stay. Danilo was generous, welcoming and informative and the refrigerator was stocked with delicious fruit for us to enjoy, along with coffee and tea, etc. Plus, we got to do laundry. And, on our way out the door he gave us chocolates from the local chocolate shop. Perfect! Thank you Danilo!!

Very clean and good amenities. Danillo was extremely and great host.

it was very clean and the bed was comfy

we didn’t realize we were staying in the host’s apartment with also another guest

The place is designed very nicely, everything is tip top. Oscar, the host is very friendly and helpful. A few minutes walk from the center .

The big suprise was that the host is also living in the apartment, as well as another guest. We found this out only on arrival. Everything is legit, just this is important info that should have been given in advance.

Excellent service and hospitality

Clean and very good location

Very nice apartment and Danilo was a wonderful and friendly host. Very close and convenient to activities downtown Puerto Varas.

This is a room in a shared apartment, which I wasn't clear on. Still a very nice stay.

A very clean place, the owner Danilo a very attentive person, takes care of everything you may need. The location is exceptional, 5 minutes walking to the main square, restaurants.

Cann't think about something

Proximity to town and easy to get to by car. Free and secure parking. The host was super helpful, kind, thoughtful, and good recommendations on where to go in town.

Washing machine takes a long time to clean and dry clothes so if you need to do laundry, plan ahead.

The city is beautiful and the accomodation is situated close to the center yet at a calm location. The host is extremely kind and makes sure everything is great.

Communication in English was difficult, but we managed by using google translate. A phone call was needed to enter the building for the first time.
