Eravamo in 3 due adulti e un bambino siccome in stanza avevamo 3 cuscini molto soffici che la testa ti sprofondava completamente ho chiesto se si potevano avere altri 3 cuscini uno in più per persona ma ce ne hanno dato solo 1 perche non li avevano disponibili ok così ho arrotolato la coperta da loro fornita che non mi è servita perché sono caloroso e l’ho fatta diventare un cuscino per tutte e 4 le notti trascorse. All’arrivo in hotel il lunedì ho chiesto se potevano organizzare con un Taxy la mia partenza del venerdì diretta in aereoporto ma non mi hanno chiamato nessuno e mi hanno indicato un sito di farlo da me però avendo un piano solo dati e non chiamate non potevo farlo ma sopratutto anche avessi potuto non parlo tedesco e spiegare al call center a voce una prenotazione Taxy per le 5 del mattino non sarei stato in grado per quello ho chiesto a loro gentilmente ma niente per fortuna Booking ha un ottimo servizio di transfer direttamente dall’app che ho usufruito. Ultima cosa non possiedono frigo bar in camera perciò in estate se si comprano bevande all’esterno la sera e la notte le avrete calde in compenso hanno un distributore automatico all’ingresso in hotel.

De matrassen van het dubbel bed zijn volgens mij aan vervanging toe.ik voelde de latten van de lattenbodem.beter eens een boxsping ofzo aankopen .alsook als er gekookt wordt in de keuken beneden ,hoorden we altijd een geronk ,van de afzuiging.dit was vanaf smorgens en stopte na22u savonds.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Pasamos una noche. Muy cercano a Europa Park. Hotel familiar pequeño y modesto, pero muy limpio y con personal amable y servicial. Al llegar te asustas un poco al ver como la recepción coincide con la barra del bar. Pero la habitación triple y el baño eran muy correctos, eso sí, sin lujos. Toallas de lo mejor que he visto, incluso en superior categoria. Para alguien que lo necesite para una noche, yo lo recomendaría.
El hotel tiene dos plantas. Nos tocó la segunda, sin ascensor. A tener en cuenta para personas con movilidad reducida.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Τρομερή τοποθεσία και δίπλα στο Europa park (5 λεπτά με τα πόδια). Έχει εστιατόριο και επίσης έχει κοντά και άλλα φαγαδικα και φούρνους. Το δωμάτιο είχε παράθυρο σαν σοφίτα που έβλεπες τον ουρανό.
Θα μπορούσε να είχε ένα ψυγειακι και να ήταν λίγο πιο μεγάλο αλλά οκ.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026La ubicación para ir a Europa-Park andando es muy buena, solo un corto paseo de 3-4 minutos. El restaurante del hotel y el desayuno está bastante bien.
Pregunté antes de reservar a qué hora cerraba la cocina y me dijeron 22h30. Llegué al restaurante a las 22h07 mi primer día y me dijeron la cocina estaba cerrada. Tuve que irme al restaurante de al lado pasando unos minutos en los que no sabía si iba poder dar cena a mi hija de 7 años.

Kamer was verouderd en donker en had hier en daar wat zaken die minder goed werkten.

Auch die glutenfreien Brötchen waren mega lecker! Die Klimaanlage funktionierte prima und war super leise! Das Personal, egal wer und wann, waren sehr freunlich und zuvorkommend!

Fijn dat er gratis parkeergelegenheid is en dat het hotel op loopafstand van Europapark is (je bent dichterbij de ingang als dat je op de parkeerplaats van Europapark parkeert. Op dag van vertrek kan je niet meer parkeren maar heb je met je bewijs van betalen van toeristenbelasting gratis code voor parkeren bij Europapark.
Het was jammer dat er geen gordijnen waren, en een koelkastje was ook fijn geweest zodat we drinken gekoeld mee het park in hadden kunnen nemen

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026La proximité du parc, à 5min à peine d'Europapark. De plus, l'endroit où est situé l'hôtel est très calme, au bord d'une rivière paisible. Nous avons apprécié l'arrivée tardive, ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel et la variété du buffet de petit-déjeuner! Plusieurs oreillers à disposition mais peut-être pas assez confortables si problèmes de cervicales. Nous avons également apprécié la vue sur le Silverstar de notre chambre d'hôtel.
Pour une chambre qui peut accueillir 5 personnes, les poubelles sont trop petites ainsi que les étagères de douche pour y mettre les différents flacons de gel douche etc... Petit souci au niveau du store du velux du lit double qui n'a pas pu être fermé totalement.

Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat,waren die anderen sehr lauten Gäste in der Nacht.Da wurde einem wirklich einem der Schlaf geraubt. Aber dafür kann ja das Hotel nichts dafür. Vielleicht kann aber das Hotel eine allgemeine Nachtruhe einführen,damit in Zukunft andere Gäste besser schlafen können.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Das Zimmer ist gross auch im Badezimmer hat es genügend Abstellfläche. Alles war sehr sauber. Der einzige Nachteil war das man den Koffer zwei Etagen hoch tragen muss. Das Personal im Hotel und Restaurant war sehr freundlich.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Great location for Europa park and bus stop for Rulantica. Staff were friendly and helpful and made things easy even though my partner and I only speak English. The people who do the cleaning and daily room service are amazing! The room was perfect and tidy everyday when we came back from the parks. Most times in smaller hotels or buildings that have been around for a while, there are signs of age and one or two corners that have seem the build up of some dirt over the many years of use, but not here! Maybe it had just been deep cleaned or something but it was emasculate and the attention to detail was outstanding!
The only downside was that we were on the top floor and unfortunately the blind to the window that was directly over the bed was broken and therefore didn’t block out any light. Because the window is slanted it would have been impossible to cover with anything else. This didn’t affect us too much as we travel with blackout sleep masks but if we didn’t have them I can see it getting annoying in the months with longer days. I expect that they will fix this as soon as they can tho going off how well the room and all other furnishings/appliances were working and looked after.

Restaurant zu teuer. Pommes versalzen. Gordon Bleu verkohlt. Beim Frühstück fehlten einmal Teller ,dann wieder Messer. Besteck für kleine Kinder. Frühstück gut aber oft nicht reichlich. Hotel sanierungsbedürftig. Die Lüftung der Küche hörten alle Gäste im 2.Stock brummen.

Ce n'est pas notre première visite dans cet hotel mais là, nous avons été déçu par la literie de notre chambre triple : les matelas sont complètement mou et en cuvette, surtout plus bas que le cadre, très inconfortable Les oreillers sont plus qu'usés et forment des "bouloches" à changer

Le parking gratuit de l’hôtel n’est pas bien indiqué ainsi que les conditions de gratuité (il faut une pancarte que l’on mets dans sa voiture, qui est donné par la réception, sinon amende). La douche qui est très glissante

Reviewed May 2, 2026Hotel bien placé pour ce rendre à Eurapark. 10 minutes à pied. Chambre correcte, pas de superflu. Plutôt spartiate. Petit déjeuner correcte.
La réception mal indiquée, ce trouve à l'intérieur du restaurant.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026Posizione perfetta per raggiungere Europapark, 5 minuti a piedi. Posizione in centro paese, con molti ristoranti e servizi. Parcheggio della struttura sempre disponibile. Ristorante e pub adiacenti alla struttura (non li abbiamo provati).

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026Everything was perfect. Close to the Europa Park, nice staff, clean, pleasant room. We got breakfast and even a free parking ticket. It was great, we will come again. Then we will try the restaurant.
