Logement super équipé, Proximité du Palais des Expo, possibilité de stationner un vehicule, accès extérieur via une terrasse.

Pas de possibilité de regarder la télévision en soirée, la terrasse partagée avec le logement voisin qui donne un manque d'intimité (voisins discrets et agréables) mais bon pour un court séjour, ce n'est pas non plus une priorité absolue ..😀

La terrasse est un plus. L'appartement était bien équipé et il était très propre.

La place de parking est très étroite. Discothèque face à deux des chambres (simple vitrage) et pas de rideau opaque ou de store.

Zeer mooi verblijf op wandel afstand van het Atomium! Het huis was zeer ruim, goed uitgeruste keuken, fijne slaapkamers, een fijne douche en een ligbad. We zochten een appartement dichtbij Couleur Cafe en dit was gewoonweg uitstekend. Het terras was een zeer mooie extra waar we echt van genoten hebben.

Wij hebben er geslapen tijdens de hittegolf en zonder airco of ventilatoren was het er enorm warm.

Very comfortable, nicely designed, spotless clean and well equipped apartment. The location is very good, close to shops, park and train station. We had a great stay, thank you!

Spacious, modern and a well constructed apartment with all the necessary amenities. Good location and parking on the property makes it even more convenient. Highly recommend . The host is extremely friendly, helpful and pleasant and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Extra star for that.

Geräumige, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Maisonette-Wohnung. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt über alles, was man braucht, auch Zucker, Salz, Öl, Tee usw. Der Vermieter hat für uns Wasser und Flasche Wein gelassen, das ist sehr lieb. Danke😊 Der große Esstisch und die bequemen Stühle laden zum gemeinsamen Essen ein. Das Sofa ist fantastisch – unsere große Gruppe hatte dort problemlos Platz. Die Matratzen sind bequem und sorgen für einen guten Schlaf. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist außerdem die Terrasse. Mit dem direkten Bus gelangt man bequem zum Noord-bahnhof. Insgesamt ist die Anbindung an das Stadtzentrum gut und unkompliziert. Das Atomium und Mini-Europe sind sogar zu Fuß durch den Park erreichbar. Geschäfte und Restaurants befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe.

Die offene Treppe zum oberen Stockwerk wirkt etwas unsicher, besonders wenn man mit Koffern hinauf- oder hinuntergeht. Die Kissen sind sehr hart; am nächsten Morgen hatte ich Nackenschmerzen. Die Bettdecke ist zwar groß, aber eine Decke für zwei Personen ist etwas unpraktisch. Im Obergeschoss gibt es nur ein Spiegel, im Badezimmer. In den 3 Schlafzimmern gibt es gar kein Spiegel. Außerdem verdunkeln die Jalousien das Zimmer nicht ausreichend – das Licht der Straßenlaternen dringt nachts hinein und kann den Schlaf stören. Wir mussten uns schließlich sogar eine Schlafmaske kaufen.

La casa está muy bonita y muy bien equipada, además teníamos muchas cosas que normalmente nadie te deja: suficiente gel de ducha, champú, aceite de oliva, sal, azucar, hielo. Hemos sentido mucha cordialidad por parte de los anfitriones

The host was very nice, the property is gorgeous, nice and spacious with everything we needed for staying. A lovely property for a group of friends or family with a lovely patio garden and a balcony too. Looks better in real life than the photos. Shops for convenience, coffee supermarket etc. all down the rd right outside on your right. The bus stop is very close to the property. There is Netflix & Disney etc. so we signed in and had movie nights.

The bed covers are not that wide so you don't get to wrap up in the duvet as it just covers the top of you if you are sharing with someone. The city centre is a 40-50min bus journey. Most things are there. It is 1 bus and then a tram or train.

La casa di Luca, x noi che siamo arrivati dall'Italia era un'incognita perche' vista solo sulla carta ma ha veramente superato le aspettative x la collocazione e x come siamo stati bene e comode sette persone adulte ed anche esigenti.... Letti comodi(4 camere) una grande sala dove stare insieme e tutto il necessario x stare a proprio agio!! Complimenti.

Unico neo..... La vasca da bagno, che staccata dal muro e senza paraspruzzi e' stata un po' complicata da usare senza lavare dappertutto, il mio consiglio e' di mettere una doccia come nel piano di sopra molto piu' facile da usare.

We (6 girls) stayed at Casa Luca for the weekend and the experience was great! The kitchen was fully equipped and a great terrace to sit outside. The host was very flexible, letting us check out a bit later and it was also possible to store the luggage until departure. The beds were very comfortable (the pillows were a bit hard) and the bathrooms were terrific.

The only problem that occurred was that it was a bit nosy outside on the streets which made it harder to fall asleep. However we had a great experience and would go again!

Mooie badkamers. Ruime zitplaats. 4 aparte slaapkamers. Top accomodatie.

Laba atrašanās vieta, apkārtnē sabiedriskais transports. Liels apartaments ar visu nepieciešamo.

WC šad tad no ventilācijas ieplūda cigarešu smaka, tas bija nepatīkami.

Very well kept and the owner is very helpful… It is surrounded by shops that are very convinient such as mini market,chinese restaurant ,Pizza Hut takeaway and few minutes walk a Carrefour supermarket..

Apartment frumos, spațioas si curat

Perto do local que eu pretendia. Espaçosa. Tinha várias coisas para os primeiros dias como açúcar, sal, arroz etc.. aquecimento central.

Pena que o café era todo descafeinado ..

Het was een heel mooi, modern, schoon huisje met 2 verdiepingen. Er zat een leuk terrasje eraan. Prima badkamers één met bad en de andere met douche met zachte handdoeken. In totaal 3 toiletten in het huisje. Wij zijn met 7 personen geweest en dat was prima, ruimte genoeg. Fijne bedden met wel wat hoge kussens, maar er waren voldoende dunne kussens aanwezig. Alle voorzieningen waren verder aanwezig in het huisje. De keuken was ook van alles voorzien. De supermarkt en de bakker zaten vlakbij. Het Atomium was op 30 minuten lopen. De bushaltes waren ook op 1-5 minuten lopen.

El apartamento es bastante amplio, cómodo, iluminado, con varios utensilios de cocina.

No es que sea algo malo, simplemente que si vas con personas mayores, hay q subir escaleras, en primer piso está la cocina, salón, comedor, baño y una habitación con un servicio y en el segundo piso otras 3 habitaciones y un baño

Amazing house, very comfortable and with a very kind host. You have everything you need inside for a nice family vacation. Rarely you will find a place to stay as good in Brussels for this value.

Appartement propre, neuf, avec de grandes chambres, proche de notre famille à qui nous venions rendre visite

Pas de volets (ou rideaux épais contre la lumière)… mais c’est souvent le cas en Belgique 😉 Baignoire: difficile d’y prendre une douche sans en mettre partout

Nothing to complain about

The apartment was very spacious and the beds were nice. The balcony was very big and it was well affordable.

Bad wifi reception in the living room. The showers only had really hot water. Temperature of the water could not be controlled. We stayed during the weekend. It was very noisy outside on a saturday night. At street side it was noisy, on the other side of the apartement everything was fine.

Everything was perfect. The location is amazing, very safe area and quite quiet. Rooms were clean and big, the living room is confortable.The house is i 2 levels. The host waited for us. There is even a small garden. This is ideal for a group of 4 - 8 people or a big family.

The only thing that may be an annoiance is very narow and steep stairway and the shower water was a little hot.

Wifi connections only available in the bedroom area but not in the living room area.

Very spacious and well maintained property , location is good. It has an excellent terrace to enjoy and easily accommodate 6/8 person.

2 things - As it was opposite a pub it was quite noise till late at night and became difficult to sleep. And secondly the parking your car can be an issue , but host was kind enough to open his covered parking for a small fees.

When we arrived there, we was really impressed of what we saw, Laurentiu and his son Luca met us on the property to give us a keys and showed us all beautiful apartment. The location is superb and quite, Apartment is spacious and comfortable, with spacious living room, large kitchen with everything you need, terraced and all 4 bedrooms, also private entrance, with a lot of shops around, Very nice, it was beyond our expectations Of course we will go there again 👍 it was worth the price paid

This property was a very pleasant surprise, everything was very clean and the quality for the price is very good, the living room with the terrace was my favorite part and the owner is very helpful. I will definitely come back!

Very nice, tidy and spacious place. Very well equipped kitchen, with new appliances. Very good for a family or group stay, specially with a car (garage extra for 15 euros), although it's very easy to get to Brussels Nord by public transportation. The hosts were easy to reach and very polite. Neighborhood is okay enough. Would stay again!

I guess self check in would be easier, but it wasn't an issue at all.

Apartment appeared to be newly built and it was very very tidy. It was very spacious. Living room, bedroom were big and on 2nd floor there was a good hallway space. Kitchen was fully equipped and had all facilities. Location was nice. Atomium, mini Europe were within 2km radius. Area was also very nice. We reserved indoor parking and owner was really responsive on all request. Highly recommended.

Nothing. I would just suggest owner to update pictures as apartment was much more nicer compare to what I saw in pictures while booking
