Small Apartment in Markopoulo center

Great hosts who arranged pick up from port and drop off to airport, which made things super easy/comfortable. Close to airport. Very Spacious apartment.

While the hosts were great/welcoming, and the apartment is as described and shown in the pictures and good value for money, I had to give this property a rather poor overall rating as there was a constant loud (probably a ventilator/AC system from neighbouring buildings) noise all night long, which kept me awake all night. It might be ok during less hot periods of the year but in August it didn’t work for us. Pillows were not comfortable neither.

Jeg blev hentet og senere bragt til lufthavnen. Lejligheden var ualmindelig fin og ren. Værtinden Suzan var meget imødekommende, og alt klappede.

C'était notre dernière nuit en Grèce. Nous avons tout apprécié, le quartier, le calme , le bel appartement et la bonne literie sans oublier bien sûr l'accueil très chaleureux de notre hôte pleine d'attentions. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement .

Suzana was a wonderful host. Great communication, she met us at the apartment the night we checked in, showed us where to park and walked us thru the apartment. The snacks and drinks were a nice surprise bonus. Off-street parking was a plus. A/C worked good, good shower and hot water after a day of traveling. Easy to get to the airport for our early flight the next morning. We will definitely check with Suzana first on our next trip to Greece.

The host was amazing. She was wonderful from the moment she offered to pick us up to drop us off at the airport.

Emplacement idéal à 10 minutes de l’aéroport et en centre ville avec des resto à 2 pas pour le soir. Calme malgré le centre ville, lits très confortables. Hôte très disponible et plein de petites attentions. Elle a même organisé notre départ pour l’aéroport le lendemain.

Alles war sehr sehr gut. Es gab sehr viel Platz, alles war sehr sauber und man hatte alles, was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war auch sehr nett und wir wurden nachts zu einem fairen Preis a den Flughafen gefahren. Vielen Dank!

Leider war in der Nähe eine Hochzeit oder eine andere laute Party, was nicht die Schuld der Unterkunft war. (Wir waren in der Nacht von Samstag auf Sonntag dort) Leider haben wir deshalb nicht gut schlafen können.

Great location, near the airport. The owners, Suzana and Tasos, are a very sweet and helpful couple. They organized transportation to and from the airport for a reasonable price. The apartment is situated in a quiet street near bakeries, restaurants and ATM's. They left us snacks and a bottle of wine in the apartment, and Suzana supplied us with delicious fresh figs from their garden for our journey.

Grandissima disponibilità della proprietaria. A causa di un ritardo del volo siamo arrivati nel cuore della notte e ci ha aspettato senza problemi. L’appartamento è molto accogliente e c’è davvero tutto quello che può servire per un soggiorno piacevole.

Apartamento estupendo cerca del aeropuerto. Los propietarios nos vinieron a buscar y nos llevaron al aeropuerto muy temprano. Servicio que se agradece. Son encantadores, dispuestos a cualquier duda. También nos dejaron desayuno y nos dieron un regalito a nuestra salida. Sin duda la mejor opción si quieres alojarte cerca del aeropuerto. Al lado hay una plaza con bares y rtes. El apartamento está nuevecito y con múltiples detalles

Close to the airport, middle in the centre but very quiet, private parking place. Apartment is very nice, clean and very well equipped (all you need and more is there). Very good beds (I have chronical back problems, so I know when it's good). The owner, Souzana is very friendly and easy to communicate with, personally, on the phone and via WhatsApp.

The host’s hospitality exceeded all our expectations. The wine, juice, and croissants waiting for us in the room were an unexpected and truly delightful gesture. We were also given cakes as a farewell gift, which was very thoughtful. The airport transfer, both to and from the apartment, was extremely comfortable, offered at a great price, and helped us a lot. The apartment itself was newly renovated, spotlessly clean, and very spacious, with a TV in every room

Our hosts were exceptionally friendly and forthcoming, and they made sure we were comfortable during our very short overnight stay between flights. The apartment building is located in a quiet street close to a lively square with all sorts of cafés and restaurants. The transfer from and to the airport was very reasonably priced and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better way to finish off our yearly trip to Greece.

I cannot think of anything I didn’t like.

Chose it cause of location and limited time to spend. The owners provided transport, friendly and very welcoming. The perfect example of “Filixenia” in Greek meaning friendly with a stranger…. The owner greeted us at the airport (prearranged pickup & drop off). She really cares about how she is doing, had a lot of little touches to make us welcome including juice, water and a bottle of wine on arrival, as well as some packaged breakfast cakes - in other words, despite a late arrival and early departure, we didn't have to go out to be able to eat something. The bakery in the town center (about a 1 minute walk away) opens early, and places are open late at night for food - souvlaki, etc. The apartment was bigger than I expected, and has everything one could need, including a clothes washer. Air conditioning in most if not all rooms. I would definitely stay here again - either for an overnight for the airport or for a longer stay to explore outside of Athens.

The apartment was sparking clean, comfortable and spacious, in a quiet area with restaurants close by. The host Suzanna was thoughtful and kind. Breakfast items were provided. We were arriving late and Suzana was very flexible and helpful. There was a reasonable airport pickup service so no need to a taxi. I will definitely use the apartment again. Thank you Suzana for going out of your way to make our stay so pleasant and comfortable.

Suzana, the owner of the apartment, was magnificent. She offered us lots of things (e.g. a bottle of wine, packs of fruit juice, bread for breakfast) for free. We stayed there for starting a cruise trip on the following day. Not knowing about the port at all, she kindly called the cruise company for us - Thanks to her, we were able to obtain important info.

Location was very good for our needs. Souzana (& her husband) were warm/charming and very helpful. Their assistance and friendliness made our brief stay quite pleasant and easy. If we come back to this area of Athens we would definitely stay at their property again.

Coming from Paris at 01:40 and still being welcomed personally was a I thing which made our holiday ending even more relaxing.

Greece in winter is a challenge, but it was OK.

Excellent location, 5 mins from airport, in the heart of the beautiful suburb, huge rooms, very clean, perfect host.

The friendly personal contact and genuine interest in our well being were above expectations. We arrived very late and the host had to come especially for us to the apartment to hand over the keys and show us the parking lot. She was friendly and helpfull in every way; Contact over whatsapp was an absolute plus as well because this way we were guided from the airport to the apartment without any difficulty.

Very welcoming and accommodating hosts. The property was very clean, cozy and nicely decorated. Very convenient parking space available. The flat is 10 minutes drive from the airport and most car rental drop off points.

I would like to sincerely compliment our host Ms.Sussanna for maintaining the apartment brilliantly. Very meticulous arrangements of all the facilities. Though we had a very short stay it was very comfortable. Our Ferry from Santorini to Athens was delayed by almost 2 hours and we reached her apartment by around 12.15 am midnight, Susanna was there to receive us and hand over the keys. I don't think anyone else would have done this favour to us. Hat's off to her patience and kind hospitality. If I come back to Athens I will undoubtedly stay in this apartment. Thanks Susanna. The pickup from the airport - our plane was late, but the owner Susanna and her husband were there to greet us 5 mins after we picked our bags up. The apartment was wonderful, light and airy and beautifully decorated. There was AC in most of the rooms, not just one of them. Breakfast was wonderful, there was a kettle and a coffee machine in the apartment - with coffee - and a short walk from the apartment was a bakery for warm bugatsa and a deli with local rizogalo (wonderful rich rice-pudding). There was a lovely town square minutes away with places for coffee, ice-cream, waffles and meals of all sorts. It was such a shame that we were only staying one night we would happily base ourselves there for a week and explore the area.

Everything! Very cute and clean and nice hosts! For a small charge, they picked me up right away last minute from the airport and gave me a ride back to the airport.

The apartment is spacious and fully equipped, ensuring a delightful stay for us. Its convenient location near the town center allows us to enjoy lovely evenings outdoors. The owner is an incredible individual with a beautiful smile and a kind-hearted nature. Additionally, the presence of free and secure parking for our car adds to the overall positive experience.

Felt like I own a place in Athens Amazing hospitality plus friendly and professional and clean apartment. The owner added an extra touch clean fresh towels sealed, gourmet coffee and deserts plus a welcome bottle of wine lastly a good bye fresh home made cookies. I truly felt at home I can't thank them enough

The location is really close to the airport, which is what I wanted. The apartment is impeccable. She came at 1am to open it for us, gave us a tour. The apartment is very comfortable and her hospitality is amazing. She left us wine, water, some snacks. The towels were individually wrapped like they were professionally cleaned. Air conditioning in every room, which is not common in Europe.

This is the best place to stay in Markopoulo. It is so close, just a few steps , to restaurants, cafes and shopping. The host is so kind and helpful especially with check in and airport transfers. The Athens airport is only 12 minutes away and Souzana is very flexible with times and pick ups. The apartments are amazing with everything you could need including air con, linen, snacks and Netflix. I have stayed 3 times on my way to the airport.

This was our second time here; perfect location before or after the flight (or even for day trips in the area, to Athens etc.) We were allowed to bring the luggage earlier (before checking in), which was very kind and a great help for us. Nice apartment with everything you need, lots of small, thoughtful details and gifts. Souzana also arranged the transport for us as we had to get to the airport very early in the morning, and everything worked perfectly and reliably. It's close to the airport, but you also get easily to Athens centre (taxi to/ from Koropi station around 7 euros, and from there by metro M3 directly to Athens centre only 1.20 euro per person). There are nice restaurants and cafés around, many ATM's, pharmacies, stores etc. Thanks Souzana and Tassos, we will be back again!

Apartment is very spacy, comfortable, clean and well equiped. Suzana is the best host we've ever met.

Complimentary croissants, wine, juice and water. There was also shampoo, conditioner, & body wash (which seems obvious but I've been traveling so much & most places don't provide it!!) The floors were beautiful & it was a great space for 3 people.

The location was perfect, approximately 10 kilometers from Athens Airport. The hostess is ABSOLUTELY amazing! She was so accomodating and helpful. We had a last-minute reservation due to delays with the airline. She met us at 12:30 am in the morning and even gave us a guided tour of the apartment. She is very kind:) The amenities inside of the apartment were fantastic (full scale including a washing machine). It is well-suited for a family, a couple, or a single traveler. There are numerous food options very close by within a couple of minutes walking distance. Public transportation is easily accessible as well. The hostess' partner was equally kind and lovely. He drove us to airport (also on short notice) and we enjoyed a wonderful conversation with them both before our departure. It was a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this accommodation!

Spacious apartment with everything you need close to the airport (10 minutes drive). There's a good tavern in walking distance and several other restaurants we didn't try. The host is very friendly and even gave us some croissants for breakfast ans a bottle of wine! There is a private parking spot (not on the street).
