For the money cost they have to improve and update a lot stuff a lot stuff look old and like the maintenence really bad Its only one restaurant and never open o if the open close really early. On the pool area smell so bad a propane is think that its really dangerous and for the value the water park the only think its good we have to pay for get in

It was nice and clean and the customer service was good.

My room was extremely hot, due to the AC being out in our building. I asked to be moved, but they assured me the problem would be fixed. We didn’t get moved, so we had to sleep in that hot room. It was cooler outside than it was in our room. They ended up calling the next afternoon because of more issues and they changed our room. We were checking out the following morning, and just wanted to sleep comfortably. The jets in our jacuzzi tub didn’t work. We made the staff aware of this as well, as that was one of the amenities that we looked forward to having when we booked. This is the only time I’ve experienced this at Westgate.

I like that it is in a gated area, nice spacious parking lot as well!

The staff laughing at our disabled 4 year old with autism and non verbal. She sliped on something on floor at TownHall and the employees were pointing at her and laughing. A spanish speaking guest told me they thought it was funny that her head bounced twice off the hard floor.

I like how big it was. I like the private entrance. I like the cheap deposit of $50.

I didn’t like that, even though I booked two nights just because I did it through booking they didn’t include the waterpark. I also didn’t like that booking didn’t mention any of that. I don’t like that everything closes at night. The only thing that’s open the latest is the pool but like for example my family we like playing mini golf but during the day it was way too hot or it was raining and then at night would’ve been nice to be able to do that or even the ice-skating at night for the kids. They close both of those things at 5:30 which is very lame. I also didn’t like that I was told I couldn’t smoke on the balcony. We should be able to smoke on the balconies. I don’t like that there is no room service even at a fee. I also didn’t like that they don’t have toothbrushes for the customers because I forgot mine and I ended up having to buy one. They don’t have much in the Townhall to purchase from so I had to leave the resort in order to get that. I don’t like how far everything is I feel like we should have a specific extension to the golf carts so they could pick people up and drop them off. I also didn’t like that at the waterpark bar. There wasn’t much choices for drinks. It had to be the ones that were on the menu only. And then lastly I don’t like that checkout is at 10. Whatever happened to people checking out at 11?

The waterpark is a separate fee and my daughter who is 47" tall got denied in the kids area slides because she was either too tall for one or too short for the other. It is small kids slides!! Yet, she was the height for one of the bigger slides, that was closed!!!! Definitely not worth the price! Room was great tho.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. It was one of the remodel units. Breno was super attentive and cordial during the check in process and gave us all the information we need it to make our stay more enjoyable!

The rooms are a great size for family.

The internet service was unreliable throughout my stay. I also had to be relocated to a different room after discovering bed bugs in my original room. Additionally, the hotel charges extra fees for pool access and several on-site activities that are typically included at no cost at other hotels I've stayed at.

I like how big it is and how many pools they had, but the rooms are very outdated

The rooms are quite outdated, with TVs that don’t support Netflix. The elevators are extremely hot, and the entire resort smells like weed. The arcade games are expensive, so it’s best to save your tokens for a while to avoid overspending. Additionally, the waterpark is not free; it costs $25 per person per day.

Everything. You can enjoy every pool it has, the water park was beautiful. It had a lot of things to do. The best part Walmart cross the street and alot of store around restaurant for other options. Me and my family will be back next year.

It was just raining 🌧 the week we chose and the crazy part, when we check it didn't said it was but mother nature does what it wants. But we still made the best 👌 of our family time.

No me gustó q el parque acuático del propio hotel lo cobren. Y q no expliquen bien en la entrada muchos trabajadores y no explican nada del hotel se lo dejan todo a la merse q preguntes por teléfono a información. Y q te pelotean por todo el lobby ofreciéndote una charla.... no voy a comentar mas sobre esto pq es el pan de cada dia en los hoteles.

I really liked having the BBQ grills near the pool. Even though we didn’t use them, if we had known they were available, we would have brought food from home to grill. I also loved having a full-size refrigerator and TVs, especially the ability to stream directly from my phone to the TV.

One thing we didn’t like was the lack of housekeeping for stays under two weeks. We had to call whenever we needed fresh towels, soap, or shampoo. The room included dishes and utensils, which was great, but there was no dish soap or sponge provided to actually wash them. The bed was also very hard, and both my wife and I woke up with our backs aching. The tub was jacuzzi-style, but there were noticeable mildew-looking stains around some of the jets, which was concerning. The water park was a little disappointing for our son. He couldn’t use the slides on the second floor because he was either too big or too small based on their requirements. That left him with either the two large slides that required walking up to the second floor or the kiddie slides on the first floor, so his options were pretty limited. Lastly, the food at the water park was insanely overpriced, especially for what you were getting.

Everything, it was gorgeous. We live an hour away and staying at Westgate felt like we took a vacation outside of Florida. It was the perfect way to end our summer.

I believe Sergio helped us check in. He was absolutely wonderful - excellent service. Everyone was very kind and helpful! So clean - beautiful villa. Plenty of parking. The amenities were awesome! We especially loved the water park and arcade. We’d love to check out the restaurants and move theater next time!

We would have liked the coffee shop to be open more hours/later availability. We also think the pricing of the water park should have been included as resort guests who’ve booked thinking this would be available & accessible to us. Or some sort of discount for having a key card/being an actual guest.

Customer service was wonderful. From the front desk attendees to the grounds keepers, everyone was helpful and polite.

There were plumbing issues. Our toilet ran constantly, knobs were broken in the bathroom.

Family summer vacation. We come up from West Palm and always stay at Westgate. We Loved the facility, my son Loved the water Park & we Loved all the amenities on site. A Great place for a family to have fun & not have to leave the resort.

We had a hornets nest right on the outside of our screened patio. Causing my son to be paranoid if he sat outside. There was a dark spot on the ceiling of the bathroom. Almost resembling markings from fire that maybe happened in that room once upon a time. The slower water took 5 minutes to get warm everyday.

Room was nice , spacious, well maintained, clean , basicly like an apartment. staff was very nice and helpful, food was really good. lots of activities to do if the weather is good.

The water park is not included with the stay. The other pools (free ones) are basic , no slides/ splash pad. Couple of times EVERYTHING outside was closed due to weather conditions although the weather appears to be hot and sunny which is confusing. I wish they sent out a message to notify guest of closure and reopening eta. The guest services operator also they gave me wrong information, causing alot of unnecessary walking back and forth and waisted time. There are also long wait times for rides. Also i think they need to be more clean about perks and complimentary services at check-in. You will spent ALOT more money than you expect to.
