Clear Bridge House

So the apartment itself was everything we wanted. They even helped us by letting us check-in earlier. They had there everything you would want, from towels to complementary coffee and drinkable water.

Is an old building. They tell you this from the start, so is not really something you don't know. But if this is something that would bother you, maybe is not the best location. Oh, and stairs. Lots of them.

Landlord is super nice , i accidentally left passport cover in homestay, Landlord post to me without any charges, very nice person , i will visit again when i visit korea again

Das Appartment ist in einem Schuhe-Zentrum. Zuerst dachten wir, wir haben uns verirrt. Für alleinreisende Frauen könnte die Umgebung etwas komisch wirken. Die Reinigungskraft hat bereits um 10:15 am Abreisetag geklopft, obwohl Check-out bis 11:00 angegeben war. Hat uns etwas gestresst.

Les draps glissaient affreusement! Les cinq étages étaient difficiles à monter au bout d'une journée de marché dans Seoul. La salle de bain était un peu sommaire

lokalizacja ok, bez śniadania, ale była woda, kawa, herbata i przekąski co nam się bardzo spodobało :) Gospodarz bardzo kontaktowy i chętny do pomocy. Mieszkanie czyste , miłe, zgodne z opisem.

Zupełnie nie zauważyłam, ze nie ma windy i wchodzenie z ciężkimi walizkami na 5 piętro było koszmarne i kosztowało nas trochę zdrowia...

The inside of the flat is great, it's clean and well decorated, it has everything we needed. The location is great, it's the fashion hub with many shops and transport links around, great price.

If I'm completely honest I wouldn't have felt comfortable if I was travelling alone. The flat is in an old commercial building and it looks quite creepy. The windows don't do much like in many other places we've stayed locally, it gives a cave like feeling. Also the door has no key, you can enter the flat with a code, this system is very popular in Korea. I couldn't see anything I could lock it up with from inside. Only my personal concern on general safety. We didn't meet many people and the few we met seemed kind.

タオルが沢山用意されていたのと、ウォーターサーバーがあったのが良かったです。

希望としてはスーツケースの重さを測れるように体重計があればと思いました。

綺麗で、内装や食器などが可愛らしく、過ごしているだけで楽しい気持ちになれます。 シャンプー、ボディソープ、洗顔、歯ブラシ、タオル、アメニティの最低限が揃っていて、変換プラグは数個、ドライヤー、インスタントコーヒーや飴が置いてあります。 温度が選べるウォーターサーバーがあるのも素敵でした。 東大門にすぐ行けるので、時間を問わず楽しめる、お土産探しや急な買い物に困らない。 AM1:00~PM12:00営業の靴市場の建物の5階なので、夜中のほうが建物が明るく、遅くまで遊んで帰ってきたときも安心です。

シャワールームなど、衛生的に気になる部分がある人もいるかもしれません。 換気が難しく、シャワーを浴びたあとは暫くドアを開けっ放しにしないと、シャワールームに湿気と熱がとてもこもってしまいます。 あと、小さな虫が多かったです。 部屋が5階で階段のみなので、大変ですが、良い運動になります！ 建物の構造や、古さなど、諸々仕方のないことだと思いますし、他に良いところがたくさんありすぎて、私たちは気になりませんでした！

生活に必要だと思う物がすべて揃っていた。例えば、変換プラグ、綿棒、充電、ドライヤー、コーヒー、プラスチックのスプーンフォークなど。 清潔で快適。室温満点。ベッド3つは嬉しかった。 早く着いても笑顔で迎えてくださりありがとうございました。お値段これでいいのでしょうかと思っています。安すぎる😀

良くなかった点はないです。しいて言うなら、告知はしてくださってたけどスーツケースの5階への移動はきつかった（笑）

Old and the staircases. If you have lots of luggage please don’t go there. It will kill you

Everything was perfect

I was here for the weekend, was alone but this can literally fit 3 people since there’s a 2 bedrooms. The space is sooo clean and cozy. The apartments look really old and ugly on the outside but the inside is really good for sure:)

The outside view and not having to open a window. I also couldn’t extend my time for stay.

外見とは想像もできないくらい可愛くて過ごしやすい部屋でした。友達2人と宿泊しましたが、部屋が2つあったので1人ずつ使えたのもよかったです。 清潔感もあり、床暖房が心地よかったです。 到着日が土曜日だったので気づかなかったけど、建物全体が靴の卸売のお店が並んでいて、安くて可愛い靴がたくさんあり、それを見るのも楽しかったです。

特にありませんが、みなさんおっしゃる通り、エレベーターがあると言うことなしでした。 それ以外は立地もよく最高でした！

部屋は清潔感が有り、設備も整って居て、家のように過ごせると思う

建物が古く市場の中に有り、エレベーターが無い暗くて汚い階段を５階まであがらなければならず、大変でした。 こんな所に泊まる部屋が有るの？と思うほど探すのも大変でした。

I was so impressed by how clean the property is! I am sad I didn't take any photos to show, but the host has included everything you would need for a comfortable stay. There is a hair dryer, toilet paper, pads, shampoo, conditioner, body shower, towels, toothbrushes and small toothpaste tubes. In the kitchen you can find all utensils, a water dispenser, even salt, sugar, hot pepper powder, coffee and tea, extra chairs and a table. The bed sheets were all very clean and comfortable. There were even outlet adapters available! Honestly, there were so many things available I can't even remember them all.

The property is remodeled and very neat, but keep in mind that the building is an old one. The property is located on the 5th floor (by Korean standards) with no elevator. It also looks a little creepy at night, but it is a safe area and there are many residents who live there.

Pulitissima, Piccola ma accogliente con tutto a disposizione. Vicino alla metro.

Inside was fine

The building. It was very smelly and dirty

Location is close to DDP and not far away from city center, the flat is big enough for 2-3 even 4 people, practically everything which is needed for living is present. Reasonable price, informative and hospitable owner) The flat itself is so cozy and warm 🤗 also there is a romantic river walk nearby

Hard to find the flat in the building, the building itself is ugly and not renovated, no iron for clothes, a bit uncomfortable bathroom

Top location, walking distance from multiple subway and bus options to very quickly access some of the top sights to see in Seoul including Myeongdong, the palaces, Isa-dong and many others. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed inside. It is in an old building but don't let that put you off! The is lots of character in the neighborhood and it is walking distance to the design buildings, so much shopping and across the road you can access the river walkway. We didn't meet the hosts (not necessary) but they were super responsive on the bookings.com message app.

The room is really clean. And the best part of it is that it provides almost everything we need, including a water dispenser, coffee powder, a washing machine, and so on. It’s really a good place. I really recommend it!

I liked the cleanliness and newness of the inside of the apartment. Air conditioning was nice. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. There is also laundry. Everything was thoughtfully placed inside the apartment. Location is a 5 minute walk to the subway so it’s convenient.

The condition of the building shocked me as I was not expecting the rest of the building to be so run down. The building is a shoe warehouse on the bottom floors. It felt like we were living in the slums. We didn’t expect 5 flights of stairs to get to the room and that was hard for my elderly mother.

The apartment had a water filtering machine. The products in the bathroom were nice. The decoration was nice, even tho it is a really small apartment. It had individual cakes and sachets of coffee that we used for breakfast.

Very difficult to find. Apartment is on a shoe store on the fifth floor. The room with the two beds was dirty. The building going up the stairs was really messy and weird.

It's located in old shopping building, not very hard to find. The aparment is small, new, clean and has beds enough for 4 persons.

Old building so there is no elevator. Take off at Dongdaemun exit 6 is much shorter than Dongmyo exit 4.

Everything was great. Very clean, they provided many things. We loved everything.
