The location was ideal & the house was a great size - plenty of room for a large group. Having an en-suite for each bedroom was really great. It was clean & tidy & Steven was really helpful when we needed him.

A bigger fridge would be useful, especially for longer stays.

It was warm, comfortable, in a great location with lots of space for our big group. Every room was en-suite which is incredible

Great property for a lovely family get together. Each room had its own on suite facilities. Kitchen had everything you would want for a group of 12. Just a perfect location and close to all facilities.

This is the second time we have stayed at Ashton Guesthouse. The house is a lovely, big, and family friendly space- perfect for our needs (a group of friends with small children). The house is perfectly located near the beach, playground, bus stops for Waterford and near to shops and restaurants. We would happily stay again.

A couple of small things here and there could have been fixed/replaced, but otherwise everything was great.

The house is, big, clean and looks better than in the pictures. my family who came to my wedding from abroad were delighted. The house is very well equipped and the view from the bed of room no. 5 is the best :) Steven is very nice and helpful. I hope my family visits me again and we will stay at Ashton House

Big house, comfortable beds, great area. Kitchen has everything you need, play room is full of toys for kids. Fire place adds great atmosphere. Great contact with the owner.

Close walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants Japanese gardens etc. loved that everything needed was in the house

House was spotless with a bathroom in each bedroom. Beds were really comfortable and the perfect home away from home, especially for kids. House comes with plenty of garden space and a playroom for the kids equipped with lots of toys and games. Less than a ten minute walk to the promenade.

Can't fault this property. Host Steven was a gentleman.

This house is in the perfect location and very comfortable and spacious! The host was extremely helpful and accommodating towards my disabled husband, he couldnt do enough for us. Very user friendly and immaculate will be back again !
