It was peacefully and clean and really cozy

The staff was incredibly helpful, and constantly attentive. It was a luxurious experience

The place is really nice, location is far but doable, rooms are nice and spacious.

The showers and bathrooms look like it hasn’t been maintained well. You could smell and see rust coming from the shower heads and bath tub. The water was sea water and just purified. It ddnt feel clean after showering. I actually got sick the next day.

Very comfortable room. The breakfast and food of the restaurant are great. Everybody of the staff very friendly. Beautiful to explore the reef right in front of the beach.

Early in the morning there was quit some noise from the start of the shifts coming. But this is nitpicking.

Es un hotel tranquilo, que da al mar con pocas habitaciones pero con muchos servicios, snorkel en su playa, kayak , padel surf, en la azotea jacuzzi, sauna, y pegado al mar y junto a otro pequeño hotel, para contratar excursiones snorkel /buceo, con el que amablemente nos pusieron en contacto. Tiene restaurante precioso mirando al mar con muy buen desayuno y las cenas muy bien relacion calidad precio .Piscina infinity increible. Personal muy amable y muy pendiente en todo momento. Todo el mobiliario muy nuevo , moderno y cuidado . Baño amplio y todas las habitaciones tienen unas grandes puertas de cristal que al abrirlas, sientes que estas dentro del mar. Les Contratamos los traslados ida y vuelta y fueron muy profesionales. Hotel totalmente recomendable

Nada . Es perfecto si buscas hotel tranquilo ,exclusivo con encanto y vistas espectaculares y si quieres hacer excursiones de snorkel o buceo.

Wow! This accommodation was amazing, we wished we stayed longer.. we only booked for 2 nights but the service and hotel was incredible! The view from our room was absolutely stunning, looking right over the ocean! The beach was really clean and perfect to swim in plus they had this beautiful infinity pool and free to use snorkel gear and kayak. The extra services they provided were massages in our room, laundry, late check out (free of charge) and transfer to port. The breakfast that was included was so amazing. We ate at the restaurant every day (mainly due to minimal local vendors around) but was delicious every time none the less.

Only feedback is the hotel was a little bit difficult to get too, would definitely recommend to pre organise as there aren't a lot of options at the port.. we had messaged through booking.com to see if they could organise a transfer for us but never heard back.

The views are incredible, the staff so warm and friendly, the food was great and I appreciated being able to borrow snorkel and paddle board equipment as the bay is really great for those. I also saw some using the glass bottomed boat. The pool is great as well. It is very peaceful and worth taking the time to go here, I will be back!

The cleaning could do with a bit of work, the hand held shower head needed cleaning as had some algae, but despite letting the reception know, it was never cleaned. The rain shower was fine to use (if a bit rusty). The floors were quite dirty when I first checked in too.

Pool, Meer und das Zimmer. Man konnte gratis stand up padles und durchsichtige Kanus mieten. Das Meer war sehr durchsichtig wir sahen sogar Meeresschildkröten.

Das Essen war Okay leider nicht so viel verfügbar

Ocean seems to come right underneath the room. Room has privacy even on the terrace. Very nice decor. Excellent staff.

It was the perfect place for our holiday celebration this year. Everything was excellent—the place, the staff, and the ambiance. We truly appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine and birthday cake. We will definitely be back

I love how comfortable and pretty the rooms are. Very cozy. The amenities are really good. You get what you pay for and really met my expectations..maybe more. The staffs were really accommodating, hospitable and very attentive to guests needs. Would like to commend Angelo(not sure if i spelled it right). He really did a good job helping guest during water activities🤩🤩🤩 thank you for making our stay pleasant and memorable🥰 I also love that you dont need to pay extra to do water activities. I love the bar and the restaurant..i was really satisfied with all the food that we ordered🤗 they also have an acoustic night. The lady that performed that night was really good🫶🏼 I love that they have in house massage service! I wish i knew about the gym because they have that too. There might be more good things but what i can really say is we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back if given a chance🫶🏼

There were ants in the room but it didn't take away from the experience.

Good service, friendly and helpful staff, spent an evening on the roof, just the two of us, they brought beanbags a table, we had some drinks and played cards, a memorable night!

The food was good, but salads, or vegetables were not always available.

The hotel very well designed, modern and clean. We were very impressed with the facilities and all the staff. There were fun water activities to choose from and the food was exceptional! Overall a great stay, we will definitely return!

The only thing that I think would really boost the resort would be to have a dedicated massage room, rather than being massaged on the soft bed that would have the oil sent on it.

No hot water in the room for shower, I have to use basin for boiling hot water The water in the faucet and shower is SALTY WATER. The room has spiders and bugs.

This place is a dream. In the middle of nowhere with such beautiful access to the water and stunning scenery with lots of natural light. The beds are amazing. The staff are so helpful. The food is great. And the rooms super stylish. My friend was veggie and they asked our names and remembered them and at one point went out to buy veg as there weren’t many veggie items on the menu. The free snorkels and crystal kayaks are amazing. The first room we went into had a cool shower and they moved us immediately there was no hassle at all they genuinely want you to have a great time. There is also the in house massage which is in your room for about £13 for an hour. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. This whole place is fab. Would definitely make the effort to travel that remote and stay there again.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Burgos Reef. It is beautifully built, it is clean, the staff is attentive and always has a smile, the food is delicious, the rooms are stylish and cozy with an amazing view (if you book the sea view). And I didn't even mention the house reef right outside yet were you can find Nemo and friends without taking a boat and booking a snorkeling trip.

The infinity pool with a view out to the sea looks amazing but isn't very private - you're in view of the reception, the entrance and the restaurant.

The layout and location. Also the food was good and a very friendly and helpfull staff.

The bathroom wasn’t clean. All taps, edges and corners had build up of limescale and when you open the tap, the first minute or so the water smelled like sewage. When our neighbour used the remote for the ceilingfan, ours also started.

Great room and great value. Excellent experience overall.

Water pressure wasn’t great but it was ok.

SO hard to find a really nice place in between the travelling. This is it!
