Dinner was a little small by Portuguese standards though tasty. 35€ a head. Long way out of town which is a pity as Lamego is an interesting place.

Binnen om te ontbijten en diner , geen terras om iets te kunnen eten of drinken, geen frigo nog op de kamer nog in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte Diner genomen 3gangen, hoofdgerecht lekker maar geen voorgerecht enkel olijven en brood. Dessert ook geen hoogvlieger wel lekkere wijn en prijs viel mee.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Die Quinta liegt wunderbar in der Nähe von Lamego und ist eine gute Ausgangsbasis für das Douro-Tal. Die familiäre Atmosphäre, der Garten und der Pool und insbesondere das herzliche Personal machen einen Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Erlebnis. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, haben dies nicht bereut und konnten leckere Gerichte und guten Wein genießen.
Wir hätten uns eine Minibar oder eine Möglichkeit gekühlte Getränke jederzeit zur Verfügung zu haben gewünscht.

Wij sliepen in de familiekamer en het dubbel bed voor de volwassenen was echt niet comfortabel. Veel te klein, maakt veel lawaai en "wiebelachtig". Is aan vervanging en update toe. Bedden kinderen wel in orde.

Nota-se extremo cuidado com todos os cantinhos da propriedade... tudo muito limpo e organizado, camas confortáveis, áreas comuns bem estruturadas. A colaborada que nos atendeu (Nara) extretamente agradável e educada (uma pena que não a encontramos para despedir). O café da manhã estava delicioso, com ovos mexidos e suco fresco, preparado na hora e em um ambiente muito agradável com música calma para iniciar o dia. Adoramos a estadia e pretendemos voltar em breve!

Only thing was poor sounproofing between rooms. We could here when guests in next room talked to each othet, took shower etc. We were lucky they were a quiet couple.

Im Zimmer selbst roch es etwas "vintage". Besonders der Teppich in der unteren Etage roch sehr muffig.

Prenotata quasi per caso, si è rivelata una magnifica sorpresa. Siamo stati accolti magnificamente. Al nostro arrivo ci siamo seduti in giardino, il padrone di casa ci ha offerto due calici di vino rosè di loro produzione (eccellente) . Panorama paradisiaco sulla valle e sui monti di Lamego. Per cena (ottima) siamo stati coccolati da Nara , e abbiamo potuto assaggiare altro vino della casa (pinot nero, e vino porto) La camera comoda e molto pulita, così come il bagno; i letti comodi. Piccolo angolo di paradiso, merita una pausa più lunga di una notte, consigliatissimo. Grazie dell'accoglienza e dell'ospitalità.

O chuveiro do meu quarto estava ruim, com pouca água. Senti falta do jantar ( chegou um e-mail automático alguns dias antes e criei uma expectativa de ter um jantar com vinhos da vinícola, mas não teve por causa da baixa temporada.) Apenas como um feedback, seria legal ter uma desfrutação dos principais vinho da vinícola.

Nous avons séjourné plusieurs jours, pris des repas, acheté plusieurs coffrets de vin. Le jour de notre départ nous avons demandé par politesse des sandwichs alors que nous aurions pu comme bon nombre de clients nous servir au petit déjeuner buffet et on nous a fait payer 4,50 euros par sandwich pour deux tranches de pain de mie avec un petit morceau de jambon et fromage. Dommage. Un petit geste commercial aurait été apprécié. La salle de bain est un peu vieillotte.
