Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Fabuleux. Une superbe maison, spacieuse, en campagne mais proche de tout. Seul bémol : la machine à laver en réparation et le sèche linge en panne. Donc, problème ponctuel, qui arrive partout.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026I stayed the last two nights of a two week trip and the lovely Pete and beautiful Luna the dog made me feel so welcome; it was the perfect end to an amazing holiday. The house is very clean and spacious, the views are stunning and a really easy 20minute walk into Praia. Loved it, hope to return!

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026La casa è grande e confortevole. E' fornita di cucina con tutto a disposizione per cucinare (fornelli, fornetto ad aria, teiera, etc.). Il bagno e la camera sono molto spaziosi. Letto e cuscini comodi.
Un po' difficile arrivare alla guesthouse perché non ci sono molti taxi. Aggiungerei un servizio navetta. Arrivati fuori la guesthouse abbiamo dovuto contattare l'host per aprirci e aspettare circa 20 minuti fuori, perché manca un campanello. Durante la notte, il cane è libero di girare per casa. Quando siamo tornati all'1:00 in camera, non voleva più saperne di uscire, anche perché c'era un temporale ed aveva paura. Lo abbiamo lasciato dormire in camera, però, durante la notte ci ha svegliati per uscire.

Nuestra habitación daba para la carretera y el ruido de los coches al pasar nos despertaba por la mañana, aunque es una calle poco transitada, al ser de adoquines hacen mas ruido al pasar

A Dona muito disponível e a cadela Luna encheu os meus dias porque é um amor, muito carinhosa e inteligente. Fez-me muita companhia! Vou sentir muitas saudades dela. O residente Peter, um amor de pessoa. Fez a fineza de me levar ao aeroporto. Uma simpatia. Surpreendeu-me o tamanho da casa de banho! Era imensa, Resumindo, adorei lá estar e recomendo vivamente a qualquer pessoa que queira descansar. É excelente

Reviewed Oct 14, 2025Das duas vezes que ficámos neste alojamento fomos muito bem recebidos. A casa tem todas as condições para uma estadia extraordinária, com todo o conforto necessário. Adorámos brincar com a cadela, a Luna. Sem dúvida, voltaríamos a este alojamento.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2025Tout était parfait ! C’était très propre dans la chambre et également dans la maison. Le chien Luna est adorable et très affectueuse ! La vue du jardin est aussi magnifique. On est très bien situé, l’île est petite donc je pense qu’on avait maximum un gros 30 minutes pour aller quelque part de plus éloigné. Il y a un supermarché pas loin ce qui est vraiment chouette/ pratique et pas mal de restaurant à tester qui étaient délicieux !

Reviewed Jul 27, 2025Riesiges Haus mit großem Garten, Gemeinschaftsbad und bestens ausgestatteter Küche. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Einfaches Einchecken - die Haushälterin hat uns geöffnet und alles erklärt. Sehr gute Lage, in wenigen Minuten ist man am Flughafen, in Praia, Angra und in den Bergen. Auch ein großer Continente Supermarkt ist nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Wir waren nur eine Nacht vor unserem Heimflug, man könnte aber auch wunderbar eine ganze Woche hier verbringen.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2025Todo estaba en perfecto estado, no puedes poner ninguna pega. Totalmente recomendable para cualquiera que vaya a visitar Terceira. La casa esta muy bine ubicada y en cuanto a calidad-precio, nada que decir, un 10 en toda regla. Además, para hacer tu estancia todavía más agradable, Luna, la perrita, te recibe con la mayor de las ilusiones todos los días. Los trabajadores de la casa un 10 también.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2025Giudizio molto parziale: siamo arrivati (per ritardo del volo) dopo mezzanotte e avevamo solo una notte. La casa mi è sembrata ok, con stanza adeguata, letto comodo, bagno enorme (non ho capito se è in condivisione con un'altra stanza, ma non abbiamo visto nessuno). Non c'è colazione a disposizione, ma la cucina è molto grande e fornita. L'host si è mostrato disponibilie, una cagnolina amorevole rallegra l'ambiente. Da rivedere con più tempo a disposizione.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2025El anfitrión tuvo mucha disponibilidad. Te hace sentir cómoda. La casa es muy grande y confortable. Impecable y pulcra. Bien equipada la cocina. Los espacios son amplísimos. Hay aparcamiento en la puerta. Bien comunidada con Serra do Cume.
Por escribir algo constructivo, diría que a la bañera le falta algo de cobertura para que el suelo no se llene de agua.

Reviewed May 25, 2025I loved the freedom I had and the trust and responsibility given to me as I was living in the house. I liked it when could meet other people from different countries who also had a room there. (During my two week stay I had the pleasure of watching an italian couple cook, I met a guy from germany, and a couple from mainland Portugul, who we're very kind and gave me a ride to Angra in their rental car, and showed me Monte do Brasil!) Luna is also a very clever and playfull dog <3 Please walk her alot if you have time. She loves it.
Communication could be a bit improved when arriving (but maybe I should have just asked more questions; like what is the wifi passcode, do you have a key of the house for me etc..)

Reviewed Apr 6, 2025Adorámos a estadia! A casa é muito espaçosa, com imenso espaço para todos se sentirem confortáveis. Estava tudo impecavelmente limpo, bem cuidado e equipado com tudo o que é necessário — especialmente a cozinha, que tinha todos os utensílios essenciais e mais ainda. A dona da habitação foi extremamente simpática, acolhedora e respondeu sempre de forma rápida. Para além disso a cadelinha da casa - Luna foi sempre super meiga e super carinhosa com todos na habitação, é realmente uma fofura!Recomendamos sem dúvida e voltaríamos a ficar aqui
O único mini apontamento que talvez possa fazer, é sobre um pequeno cheiro estranho na casa de banho e no quarto. Mas na moradia o cheiro é sempre limpido e ótimo!

A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi a falta de água na casa de banho para tomar banho, pensamos em uma água quentinha para despertar e começar nosso dia e não havia. A água que havia na casa de banho além de fraquinha nas torneiras ainda não era quente.

Reviewed Oct 9, 2024Incheckning är till kl.00. Vårt plan var kraftigt försenat och vi kom efter midnatt. Ägaren väntade på oss för att välkomna oss. Och dagen efter tog han oss med i sin bil när han ändå skulle till staden. Mycket vänligt. Praktiskt boende alltså när man anländer sent till Terceira. Taxi från flygplatsen kostade 10 euros.

The only thing that i can is that if u are a shy person could be a little bit hard to meet a family that lives allready there in the first place, but only in the first place!!!
