Il proprietario ci ha dato indicazioni dal suo balcone... Non pretendo chissà cosa, ma almeno scendere a salutare / darci le chiavi della stanza non sarebbe stato male :)

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Прекрасное место, в которое вложена душа хозяина🙏 Много живых цветов, за которыми ухаживают. Уютная терраса с мягким диваном, где можно пить чай и наблюдать за птицами. Кстати, их вокруг очень много: косяками летают кольчатые попугаи и множество других видов. Каждое утро просыпалась от их пения — это дарило много приятных впечатлений. В общей зоне есть холодильник и микроволновка. На территории и в комнатах хорошо убираются. В моей комнате не было кондиционера, но вентилятор прекрасно справлялся со своей задачей и мне было комфортно. В общих зонах есть спортивный инвентарь и коврики, можно заниматься спортом и йогой. Вас ждет теплый прием и забота. Возможно, вас даже будут угощать свежевыжатым соком☺️
Это Азия, так что будьте готовы к муравьям и высокой влажности в комнатах. Вокруг не так много мест, куда можно сходить. Лучше относиться к этому отелю как к месту, где можно хорошо отдохнуть от городской суеты.

The room was an en suite. In my understanding more attention should be given to the cleanliness of the bathroom. The bath and the toilet were together. There was no standard pricing system. You look at the face and decide the price.

The water pump was going off regularly at night and was quite loud in my room. Underside of table, bed hadn't been cleaned in a while.

The hotel is really worth the money – clean, quiet, and well-equipped for studying. The room had a large table and a comfortable chair, which made long hours of study much easier. It’s also located very close to Maharagama city, which was super convenient. If you're looking for a budget-friendly place with a peaceful environment for work or study, this is definitely a great choice. Highly recommended!

The entire floor has a series of similar flats opening to terrace and landing with microwave, ironing board and laundry lines. Very convenient location near Maharagama centre near the Colombo-Batticaloa highway and at a few minutes from Kotte and Polwatta. The host is fully proficient in accommodating all nationalities and provides a plethora of amenities for either cooking, cleaning, or refreshments. He also was assisting to further my trip in the most budget friendly and efficient manner. All of it for an unbeatable value for money rate.
