Reviewed Apr 28, 20261、接待人員態度親切和善，房間整潔舒適，獨立空調設備新穎！ 2、早餐中西合璧，菜色多元，可任君選擇，廚師手藝精湛，令人口齒留香！
1、房間雖裝有獨立空調，遺憾仍留有些許煙味，此乃美中不足矣！ 2、浴室內裝設洗澡用的花灑，與蓮蓬頭支架規格完全不符合，以致沖澡時水花往天上飛濺，完完全全淋灑不到身軀！此問題去年此時（114年3月）已反映建議改善，惟迄至今日，蓮蓬頭支架問題，依舊沒有得到妥善解決改善。對此個人觀感雖不大滿意，但我每年的清明時節，依舊願意選擇海悅住宿！祈願明年再過來回住時，能看到「嶄新可調高低式的蓮蓬頭支架」，讓個子嬌小的住宿房客，可以不被花灑四處飛濺的水給折騰了！

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026入住201房，水壓嚴重不足，前一晚有詢問幾點送早餐，我們說8點送，早上八點多想說要拿早餐結果沒看見，卻是我們打電話詢問才說要送來，房間跟車位都在一樓，隔音很差，地板是木板輕輕地走地板就會有聲音，廁所跟房間間隔的門是用簡易式拉門，整體來說cp值超低

1.冷氣太冷不能自行調整，雖然提供了暖風扇但效果不大。 2.要放浴缸的水，水龍頭沒有標示冷熱水，且按摩開關有點故障很難按。 3.使用早餐時，我們還在吃，服務人員就開始收拾餐點，也沒有問我們還要不要取用就直接收，感受很差。
