L'ospitalità di An e di suo marito, una colazione da chef (il burro alle arance era eccezionale), stanza spaziosa anche se arredata old style. Letti molto comodi e piumone molto caldo, possibilità di accendere la coperta termica.

Abbiamo dovuto pagare in contanti per la rottura del pos. Stanza situata al piano interrato, con due caloriferi accesi per poco tempo, stanza davvero fredda e umida. Anche il bagno era freddo.

Home cooking and very friendly hosts

Loved the location and the friendly hosts. The views from the house are spectacular, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

The only thing that was not mentioned on the site is that there are stairs down to the rooms, and anyone with mobility problems, may find that challenging.

Great location. Easy to find. Close to main roads, but still very quiet area.

da wir sehr durchnässt ankamen (🛵☔️🙈)wahr es uns anfangs im Zimmer zu kalt,die Gastgeberin hat uns aber gleich einen Ofen gebracht und die Heizung eingeschaltet,es wurde sehr schnell warm,zusätzlich gab es im Bett eine Heizdecke.😌

No tea making facility in room, and nil offered on arrival. Room was cold ,but electric underblanket available. Bed was noisy. Could hear loud music in a.m.

The room was dirty and smelly. The bed was not comfortable. Didn’t feel clean. There were dead spiders on the carpet and spiders all over the floor of the shower.

The service and food was first class. The bed was the comfiest I have slept in. Ann and Jim were very attentive hosts and really enjoyed the chats and info they gave us about the area.

The only downside was new wifi was installed and just not set up that weekend for the tv to work. That wasnt a bad thing but it meant we couldnt try out the very impressive cinema room. Maybe next time 😊

Location is perfect for exploring Inishowen peninsula, Londonderry, Inch Island bird habitat & An Grianan Fort. Breakfast very delicious. Home made baking & preserves or jams. We appreciated the food was made from scratch & so tasty.

Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Wonderful views of Lough Swilly (I think that's what it was). Easy access to Derry (if you have a car).

The views from the bedroom and breakfast room were amazing. The room was very big with a comfortable lounge and large bed. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast provided by Ann was presented very professionally and was excellent (salmon and scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, and fresh scones)

The internet was not very strong, and the room was hard to heat up.

It was a superbly situated and furnished property with an exceptional breakfast and views to die for. Ann was very welcoming and friendly and a fantastic cook😃

Hospitality is second to none nothing was too much for the hostess, I would highly recommend it for restful break away.

My sat nav brought me along way a few miles up a narrow windey road when there was a magnificent main road direct to the B&B.

The hosts were so lovely and welcoming, it was like a home from home. Room was beautiful, comfy bed, lovely view, breakfast was delicious such a treat, and the view from the breakfast room was special, Would recommend 10 fold

Everything about the property is amazing, quality of furniture, fixtures, bed linen and the breakfast was superior. Hosts were very sociable and accommodating as we were attending wedding in a nearby venue. Anne is a fabulous cook p- please don’t leave without trying her freshly baked homemade scones and orange flavoured butter- just to die for. Buttered the last one and took it home with me!

Very steep drive to the accommodation- otherwise I would have considered walking back to it after the wedding in An Grianan- but couldn’t face the climb

This is a wonderful property in a rural setting. It has a magnificent view and delightful hosts. The breakfasts are truly memorable since Ann is a professional chef. This was a highlite of our trip!

Very friendly and accommodating hosts, they went above and beyond to make my visit a memorable one. Great home made breakfast by Ann and Jim (I will probably go back for more) 😊 The rooms are very spacious and spotless clean and have great views. I had one of the best B&B in my life, only regret that I couldnt stay longer. Thanks Ann and Jim

Amazing place with an incredible view. The hosts were very friendly and caring. The breakfast was home-made and of an excellent quality. We felt like at home.

Ann is an EXCELLENT cook and has received many awards and has her own cookbook. The breakfasts were great! She also went out of her way to get information about local activities and restaurants. Jim was also very nice and helpful. The house is beautiful, the views out to Inch island and the sunsets are spectacular. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable.

We stayed 3 nights and I wish we could have stayed longer!

The breakfast was an absolute delight. Everything offered was homemade and delicious. The location of the home offers stunning views, which were visible from the inviting dining area and all guest rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable. Ann and Jim are extremely experienced hosts who offer the ultimate bed and breakfast experience.

We felt there was not any room for improvement!
