La ubicación, la limpieza, camas y comodidades. El apartamenro 5 tiene una terraza hermosa sobre el acantilado.

No funcionó la calefacción en plena Borrasca Leonardo, con lluvia, viento y frio. El check in es a las 15 y la respuesta fue que el personal de mantenimiento finaliza su horario a las 15 😌 Innumerables llamadas y mensajes para intentar resolver el problema. Muertos de frío, mojados, helados en el apartamento. Tuve que autogestionarme todo: probar el apartamento 3, que tampoco tenía bien la calefacción, y finalmente luego de 4 horas nos fuimos a otro apartamento, limpio, pero NADA comparado con lo que había pagado. Está en calle Nueva 11. Tuvimos que mudar todo el equipaje, en pleno temporal. No aceptaron ningún tipo de reclamo, ni extendieron el checkn out. No saben atender al turismo. Esto, en un hotel no sucede. Me permitieron 2 horas más de parking que costo 25€. Muy generosos. Un horror. No deberían estar habilitados para el turismo. No saben tratar con gente, menos en medio de semejante temporal. Dias previos tampoco sabian asesorarme si cancelar o no el servicio. UNA EXPERIENCIA PARA EL OLVIDO. No me pasó en ningún otro lugar de España.

Puerta de la ducha quitada y puesta en un rincón de la ducha. Faltaron objetos de limpieza que deberían estar disponibles según información. Hacía frío durante nuestra estancia y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba Mandamos mensajes a la propiedad y no recibimos ninguna respuesta

Het was er koud (de deur naar het fantastische balkon stond open bij aankomst), de verwarming maakte heel veel kabaal, de douche liep niet door waardoor er een overstroming ontstond helemaal in de slaapkamers. De bedden waren lekker maar er waren alleen dekens en geen dekbedden. Het gehele appartement was mooi maar letterlijk en figuurlijk kil.

Tmavý, chladný pokoj, nic nefungovalo. V kuchyni tekla voda bokem z baterie, byla rozbitá. V koupelně byla také baterie rozbitá, zůstala nám v ruce, ve sprchovém koutě chyběly jedny dveře, celý strop v koupelně byl plesnivý. V obýváku nesvítí světlo.Nejhorší na tom bylo to že nefunguje topení. Celou dobu pobytu jsme měli 16 stupňů. Seděli jsme v zimních bundách, spali v mikinách a pod 2 peřinami. Když jsem potkala personál na chodbě a řekla že mám problém, jen kývnul rameny a řekl sory. Žádali jsme výměnu pokoje, nebo vrácení peněz a bylo nám řečeno, že tenhle pokoj jsme si vybrali, tak je to ok. Ostatní pokoje byli prázdné, takže možnost byla.Schválně jsme si připlatili aby jsme měli hezký pobyt a bylo to strašné. To jsme si mohli koupit noc ve stanu a vyšlo by to nastejno jen místo 81 euro by to stálo 10. Je to o zdraví ,v tomhle na fotkách krásném apartmánu.

Absolutely stunning spot/view from the deck. Pretty spacious apartment with very high ceilings. Super-de-luxe showerhead within a well-decorated complex. The apartment even had a beautiful ceiling painting connecting the two bedrooms and the bathroom.

The warm water was pretty warm, but not cosy hot, and it wasn't much either for the two of us; I doubt it would be enough for four. Heating the warm water toa higher temperature, and mixing with cold, could be an easy fix for both issues. When I turned on the heater quite a bit of flaky dust came down from the vent (November 2025), it needs cleaning.

Im Großen und Ganzen war die Wohnung sauber, bis auf kleine Ameisen im Bad. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es einen Brand im Restaurant im Untergeschoss. Rauchmelder sind nicht vorhanden bzw. haben nicht funktioniert. Der einzige Rettungsweg in dem sehr alten Gebäude führt über das Treppenhaus, durch das wir in sehr starkem Rauch mussten. Wir haben eine Ersatzwohnung bekommen, die aber nicht gleichwertig war. Eine entsprechende Erstattung wurde nicht gewährt. Auf mehrere Anfragen wurde seitens des Vermieters überhaupt nicht reagiert. Sehr enttäuschend, hier wird nur Geld gemacht, Gästeservice Fehlanzeige. Aufgrund der fehlenden Sicherheitsvorkehrungen im Brandfall und der Tatsache, dass Gästeanliegen einfach ignoriert werden, kann die Unterkunft nicht empfohlen werden.

Super clean and comfortable apartment in a great location. Beautiful views from all windows. Very short walk to bars, cafes, restaurants and of course the bridge. Aircon in all rooms. Great bathroom & shower. Very happy with this booking.

Very small issue - the tap in the kitchen sink leaks badly and quickly floods the counter. Needs a small repair.

Alot of the reviews have mentioned the water in the bathroom does not drain. That issue still exists and does not seem fixed. Cant take a proper shower with the water not draining

Im Sommer ist es sicherlich spektakulär wenn man die Terasse mit dem grandiosen Blick auf Rondas Brücke und die Schlucht genießen kann. Bei uns hat es leider geregnet. Das Bett war gut.Es gibt einen Aufzug in die 1. Etage.

Die Wohnung war ungemütlich, spartanisch eingerichtet und wirkt kühl. Kein schönes Licht, vor allem im Bad. Keine Haken für Handtücher. Alles ziemlich lieblos. Parken ist ein Problem.Msn muss ziemlich weit laufen.

The location was great and the property was nice in a quiet street, the room itself was clean.

However the room was very very cold through the night even with the heating on. It only got to about temperature when we left in the morning. The bathroom never got to temperature so we did not take showers. They also never responded when we asked for a few more minutes at checkout, it ended up being fine but a quick response would be nice.

Fui con mi mujer y mi hija y solo había sábanas y mantas para el dormitorio..el sofá cama carecía de vestimenta para cama.. la tele no funcionaba y el aire funcionaba a ratos..por ek precio que pague y el sitio donde estaba esperaba más..y el sofá cama en el salón con las ventanas sin cortinas opacas,de noche la luz de la calle y tal como amanece luz del día.. imposible dormir

PERO LA MAMAPARA DE LA DUCHA ESTABA ROTA Y NO HABIAN QUITADO LA PUERTA ROTA NI UN PERCHERO QUE TAMBIEN ESTABA ARRANCADO. POR LO QUE INCLUSO ESTABA PELIGROSO DE QUE SE CAYERA Y PASARA ALGO MAS. The location was excellent. The apartment was well sized and the kitchen was well set up with cooking facilities.

Tal y como ponen varias personas en los comentarios (incluso en febrero del 2024), la televisión no funciona y el grifo de la cocina no se puede usar porque inundas la cocina si lo abres. Pero lo que más me molesta es que he intentado hablar con el propietario por los mensajes de Booking y por WhatsApp y no contesta. He estado dos noches y me voy sin que me haya contestado a ningún solo mensaje. El que tiene tienda, que la atienda. La respuesta me deja loca... pues contesta, así de fácil. Yo creo que ya sabes que la televisión no funciona y que el grifo pierde agua y que la calefacción no va como debería ir. Por eso no contestas mientras estamos ahí. Pero bueno, que el ChatGpt da muy buenas respuestas.

Excellent location! Nice apartment. Facilities were adequate. Good clear arrival instructions.

Repairs needed to be carried out! Shower door broken, bathroom tap broken, wardrobe doors broken, leaky kitchen tap. No communication at all once we arrived and pointed out the issues.

The kitchen was very convenient and well equipped. The apartment was very clean and well maintained, and the location is excellent - just a few minutes’ walk to the city center.

There was nothing we didn’t like - everything was great.

다리 바로 앞이라 테라스에서 절벽 아래가 바로 보임. 겨울인데 난방이 좋았고 더운물도 잘나옴. 실내가 깨끗하고 현대적임.

Nell’appartamento 3 ci hanno accolto: capelli lunghi neri ovunque, persino sotto le lenzuola, la tv non funzionante, le salviette del bagno sporche, il rubinetto della cucina perdeva acqua, ma soprattutto il riscaldamento ci ha lasciato al freddo tutta la notte ( fuori c erano 4 gradi) Contattato più volte, l host si è sempre negato persino quando è stato contattato da Booking x il nostro reclamo.

The apartment is spacious, beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and has an amazing terrace. It is in a perfect central location. Would definitely stay again.

La ubicación del apartamento es espectacular. Vistas impresionantes al Tajo de Ronda. Es precioso y merece muchísimo la pena pasar al menos una noche en la Casa Palacio Santa Pola.

We loved this property, the view and location were absolutely amazing, our sons had the apartment right beside us…was an amazing experience and the views were incredible, the cleanliness of the accommodations was beyond reproach… I would recommend and return in a heartbeat… loved Ronda so much ❤️

The location was great, and the apartment and the building were very beautiful! The view was also stunning and as pictured.

There was no soap to wash hands, no sponges to clean dishes, no cleaning products to clean the kitchen after use, and the dishes in the drawer were dirty from past guests. This made us question the cleanliness of the apartment. Also, the shower floods the bathroom within 1 min of taking a shower, and we had to keep turning off the water to allow it to drain. I’m confused since I’ve looked at past reviews and this has apparently been a recurring issue for awhile.

La ubicacion, es un edificio historico,junto al puente nuevo y con una vista al tajo preciosa. El apartamento es muy espacioso.

That view!! Wow, what a view from the terrace area. Absolutely beautiful. We stayed in the loft apartment and it was spacious for the 2 of us. Great shower too. Ideal and good value. Very short walk to both bridges and the centre. We parked at the free parking on the outskirts which was a 7min walk. We were able to check in early too, thank you.

Having some tea/coffee/sugar would’ve been a nice touch.

The view from the terrace was everything! It was a large size with seating for 4. Inside the apartment was beautifully furnished and very clean. The location was excellent for walking to all the sights and restaurants.

Superb location, very close to all the main attractions! Apartment was big, spacious enough for 2 couples.

Apartment in itself was fine. However, upon arrival we noticed that the tap in the kitchen was broken (water would go everywhere when turned on), the TV was not working, and a chair was broken as well. We informed the host about this but never got a proper respons, which is definitely not OK in my opinion. Therefore, I would not recommend to stay here eventhough the location is hard to beat.

I paid for a good view through the windows, but through the windows I could see the wall of another house. The property was not presented that way. The glass shower wall was damaged.

Amazing setting on the gorge in Ronda with French doors out onto incredible views, and ideal location in center of the city. Huge one bedroom unit. When tourist crowds got too intense we retreated to the apartment where we could take in the beautiful location in peace, but without missing out on experience of the location. Also the location in the moorish quarter provided access to the very hilly, less crazy section of town where you could see the history in less crowds, shady streets with breeze to stay comfortable.

With size of apartment an oven or washing machine would give all the facilities you could want.

The location is great, the flat is very spacious and the staff is very responsive. We were able to leave our stuff in the flat earlier than check in.

You can hear everything from the neighbours! Especially shower or when they are using the bathroom, so our sleep was interrupted. Some of the lights were also not working.

Everything you need for a quick stay

Don’t bother getting an apartment that doesn’t specifically say it has a terrace. We got an apartment with small windows facing a cliff. We thought there would at least be a shared terrace or something but even the restaurant downstairs was closed

No water, no tea/coffee or anything. Thought this was a bit mean compared to other places we stayed at for less money. Shower drain backed up and flooded the bathroom.

La situación

Location for this apartment is fabulous. The building is charming. Apartment was small, would be a stretch for 4 people, however, equipped well and we spent most of our time out in beautiful Ronda. It’s amazingly modern considering the age of the building. Very clean and beds very comfy.

Was not clear when we booked which apartment we had been given so that would be good to know Management company very helpful. Parking was an issue as was very busy but they gave us several options and we made it work
