Diamond Palace Lords Plaza Nepalgunj

Comfortable bedroom at an affordable price with kind staff — everything you could want for a short stopover in Nepalganj

Would benefit from a good gym - but that’s just nitpicking.

Had a great stay! General Manager Bharat Malhotra was exceptional—offered free airport pickup and drop-off. Spacious, clean rooms, good breakfast, beautiful pool, and plenty of parking.

Overall a great hotel, but the bathroom needs improvement. The flush system is annoying, and the high tub should be replaced with a modern walk-in shower. A remodel would make the stay perfect.

Service de navette cher

The location is good. The breakfast buffet was also good. The rates for rooms were very value for money

The rooms were a bit on the smaller side

The staff was super friendly - even when we made a mistake regarding the transit service, they remained courteous throughout. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary - it was one of the best if not the best we had in the whole country and absolutely en par with a high-end hotel we had in Pokhara which charged 10x as much per night as the Diamond Plaza. We got upgraded as the originally assigned room was too loud for us due to a party happening outside. The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and with all the amenities one could wish for.

Pool was nice

Unclean and power didn’t work

Very cordial and helping approach of Front line staff,

Every thing eas prefect,

Location

The promises given by staff for renting the car but at last moment they did not manage

I was impressed by warm hospitality of staff. Location and facilities are the best. Staffs are very polite and perfect.
