The view sold me. Tepi pantai, sea breeze, and 100% repeat just for this view.

The breakfast was quite disappointing. Even for simple menu items like nasi lemak and aglio olio, the taste was rather bland, and the margarine kaya served with the toast felt quite cheap. I think the hotel could really improve and invest more in the breakfast selection and overall food quality, as breakfast can make a big difference to the guest experience.

Staff were friendly and helpful

The room had a strong cigarette smell. There were also a lot of ants and lizards. Mattresses on the floor were not ideal.

The property is old and lots of construction work going on. My bathroom leaked middle of the night, it was flood in the bathroom but quickly got resolved. The restaurant is awful, the food is bad and nothing close by.

Tutta la struttura era eccessivamente sporca e datata, puzzava ovunque. La stanza era piena di insetti e molto sporca. Il cibo per la cena era davvero terribile e per questa ragione abbiamo deciso di non mangiare a colazione.

The resort has a nice location and the surrounding area is peaceful. The staff were polite and tried to assist when I raised my concerns.

I was very disappointed considering I paid more than RM1,000 for one night. The room was not properly maintained. The TV was not working, the bathroom door was damaged, and there was no wardrobe to store clothes. The floor was uneven with exposed gaps between the tiles, which felt unsafe. The room also did not have a telephone, so I had to walk to the reception to report the issues. In addition, access to the swimming pool required an extra payment, which was not what I expected at this price point. The room only had three pillows for a Queen bed and a Single bed, which was insufficient. Overall, the room did not meet the standard expected for the price paid.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms are clean, roomy, and feature super comfortable beds. Plus, the pool area is fantastic and offers great fun for the whole family, adults and kids alike.

The bathroom feels quite rundown and needs an upgrade, particularly the door and the flooring. Additionally, while the large windows offer a wonderful overview of the sea and pools, privacy is a major issue. Because the clear glass is only covered by a curtain, if a child or anyone accidentally opens it, the entire room is completely exposed to the public outside. For a Muslim-majority country, enhancing privacy is highly important. Installing tinted or one-way privacy film from the outside would be a fantastic improvement and give guests much-needed peace of mind

The location is definitely one of its strongest points, situated right by the sea with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. One feature that really stood out was the unique platform seating built into the room. It can be extended through the window, creating a cozy spot to sit, unwind, and enjoy the sea view. It's a thoughtful touch that makes the stay feel special and different from typical hotel rooms. Another pleasant surprise was the variety of animals around the resort, including horses, ducks, chickens, and more. They all appeared to be well cared for, which was nice to see and added to the charm of the property, especially for families with children. The resort has a lot of character and great potential to be an exceptional getaway destination. However, some areas could benefit from better maintenance and upkeep to fully match the beauty of the location and concept.

While we enjoyed several aspects of the resort, there are some issues that need immediate attention, particularly for Room A122. The room is in need of serious repairs before being assigned to future guests. The toilet seat and bowl were noticeably worn out with visible stains upon check-in. To the resort's credit, the staff responded promptly and replaced the toilet seat with a new one after we raised the issue. However, this should have been addressed as part of routine maintenance before guests arrived. The flooring was another major concern. Several areas were badly damaged, and while tape had been used as a temporary fix, many sections remained cracked with sharp edges exposed. This poses a safety hazard, especially for children and elderly guests. Additionally, there was only one power outlet available in the entire room, which was quite inconvenient for charging phones and other devices, particularly for families or multiple occupants. Overall: The resort's seaside location, unique room design, and well-cared-for animals make it a memorable place with plenty of potential. The staff were responsive when issues were reported, which is appreciated. However, maintenance standards need significant improvement, especially in older rooms, to ensure guest comfort and safety. With better upkeep and attention to detail, this resort could become a truly outstanding destination.

I feel that the room's elevated bedroom space is unnecessary and not very practical for families. The mattress is placed on the floor, which can be challenging for guests who have difficulty standing up. In addition, attending to children sleeping on the upper bed can be inconvenient, especially since it is positioned quite high. While the concept and design are visually appealing, I believe the space could be better optimized with proper beds and a television to enhance comfort and functionality. During my stay, I also found it difficult to move my luggage around the room due to the layout. Since the resort already offers excellent family-friendly facilities such as a kids' pool and playground, I feel that the room itself should focus on providing a comfortable and relaxing environment where families can rest and recharge after a day of activities.

Lokasi penginapan sangt menyeronokkan. Saya Dan keluarga Sgt suke Dan Akan repeat lagi untuk menginap disana. Anak2 Sgt suke mandi kolam. Alhamdulillah ni pilihan yang terbaik sy pergi di Kuala terengganu.

Rasanya perlu sediakan kipas di bhgian kaunter pendaftaran Dan sedia Kan orang untuk bimbing atau daftar online kepada cust. Atau pom buat kaunter khas untuk ajar cust booking online.

We love the view and the waterparks. The staffs were very friendly.

Poor building maintenance, low shower water pressure, water dripping from ceilings. They came to repair quickly, still disturbed our resting time. We were arranged to 3rd floor (without lift) which was inconvenient for oldies.

Nice pool, with extended hours of playing until 10pm. Room comfortable, with wide space. Can fit up to 10 persons, just need to add on mattress. The room had sea view, can watch sunrise direct from the room.

The stairs smell of urine. Some parts of the resort compound is unkempt, looks like abandoned cleaning long time ago, and under construction as well, so there might be changes the next time.

Peaceful, calm, and close to nature. Rabbits and chickens roaming freely, bringing the place to life. Warm and friendly staff made the stay even better

The place in pictures was akin to Tj Jara, but in reality the place is horribly maintained. However, in reality, it is unfortunately poorly maintained — which is a shame, given its strong potential.

Not well maintained. Power sockets were in poor condition, and the water pressure in the showers was weak. The surrounding areas were unclean, and some rooms appeared overcrowded, with up to 20 occupants, suggesting a lack of proper management. There was also an unused swimming pool on site, which posed a potential safety concern if not clearly secured or monitored.

This4-star accommodation is unacceptable, featuring filthy, spider-webbed, and dusty surfaces—including a contaminated bedside chair causing discomfort & itchy—alongside a dirty bathroom mirror and an unusable mini-fridge.

We liked the location. Close to Merang Ferry Terminal for those planning to go to Redang. Generally Quiet. Beautiful view from the sea facing rooms.

Beach not accessible, unable to swim in the sea. This could be because of the time of year (March) Room was not spotless. Sand on the floor, balcony window was dirty. Not enough space for clothes (needs a small wardrobe). Swimming bands which have to be collected from the reception daily, or any time you remove them, so this could be multiple times a day (absurd)! Screaming kids in the corridor at 5am! No option for western breakfast!

Hopefully can renovate the toilets as well. Then this resort will be top tier

Petang tu saya gi cafe order nak makan² byk dlm menu yg takde..bile tanya tukang masak tak sempat nak masak🤦‍♀️😃 First tine saya dok hotel order makan tukang masak xsempat nak masak. Bilik yg Qubah tu sampai² masuk panas berdengung..patutnya bilik mcm tu klu ada yg dah booking pihak hotel tolong on aircond siap² sebelum pelanggan check in..Tv pulak sampai kesudah on takde gambar..bile complain diaorang bagi alasan signal takde sbb angin kuat🤦‍♀️ tak boleh terimalah saya sbb tempat lain byk je hotel² tepi laut ada je gambar tv mcm² chanel..Satu lagi kipas penyedut bau masa kami sampai rosak di bilik 812.. Saya harap pihak pengurusan ambil tindakan dan perbaiki mana² yg rosak..TKasih 😃
