The terrace is a very nice place to sit, and the bedroom is really comfortable. Super pleasant host. Pretty convenient location with a few nearby cafes and an easy walk to the train station and bus stops. A good Carrefour supermarket about 15 mins walk.

Shower floods so gave up. The kitchen extractor blew the electrics. The very large living room feels a bit under furnished and has a tiny TV which accentuates the slightly odd feel. Lighting could be improved - mostly very harsh bulbs, and some missing. Quite dark inside during the day.

Omar was an excellent host. He explained everything nicely and even provided me with things I forgot. He was always responsive and was of great help to me throughout my stay. I will be visiting again, and I'll definitely be staying at MA Studio.

They did not allow to checkin late but still accepted my reservation and charged me a full amount as no show fee. When I arrived at the location and called, they did not pick up the call. There were no instructions to checkin by myself. So be sure as there is no late checkin and you will be looted if you try that.

L'appartement est bien agencé et doit pouvoir être fort agréable, surtout le patio/terrasse, quand le temps est meilleur. Le parking est aussi très utile et le quartier pratique avec une voiture.

MAIS pour l'instant c'est dommage le lieu n'est pas fonctionnel et beaucoup de choses manquent (téléviseurs sans connection, évier et lavabo bouchés, pas de cafetière, ustensiles de cuisine insuffisant, pommeau de douche manquant, pas de produits d'entretien, luminaires déficients, cuisinière à gaz ne marche pas, bouilloire, télécommandes) ou sont mêlés cassées (vitre de la baie vitrée de la chambre cassée + mauvaise étanchéité = courants d'airs + grosse infiltration d'eau quand il pleut) Une remise à niveau et des réparations seraient nécessaires. Il n'est même besoin de travaux pour fournir au moins les produits de base pour le nettoyage, savon, torchons, éponges, sacs poubelles... Ce message envoyé à l'agence immobilière est resté sans réponses.

Great locationd and spacious apartment, the agent waited me 1,5 hour to hand me the keys personally... I recommend it more than any Riad in city center

Seul l’hôte était très accueillant qui a tout fait pour tuer les cafards mais le propriétaire est très irrespectueux et qui a tout fait pour ne rien rembourser! Logement extrêmement sale!! Cafards ! Et pas qu’un seul ! Des cheveux et des bouts d’épluchures d’orange sur le lit! Toilettes très sale Les draps sentaient le sale! Ils n’avaient pas été lavés ! C’était incroyable sale et infecté de cafards. Avec l’intervention de Booking, il a accepté de rembourser 50% de toute la semaine que j’avais payé . Je suis écœurée du comportement du propriétaire avec sui je n’ai communiqué que par message … Voyez les photos !

Ce logement est très beau très propre et bien situé et rez de chaussée. Parfait pour se détendre. Mais autant l'entretien propreté est parfait, l'entretien du matériel laisse à désirer. Pas de lumière, portes coulissantes défectueuses. Ouverture sportive des portes du frigo bouilloire présente mais cassée..

A spacious and comfortable apartment, very clean and conveniently located close to shops and a shopping mall. The owner was excellent, friendly, and welcoming, always willing to help with anything we needed.

Location, facilities, wifi, ac , shower. All exceptional. Easy check-in.

My flight was two hours late which was inconvenient for Omar.

The apartment is in a great location — about 45 minutes’ walk from the city center, 10 minutes from a shopping mall, and just 1 minute from the bus station. It’s clean, the bed is very comfortable, and it truly feels like home.

I had a great stay at MA Studio! This is one of those places where you could stay for a few days to enjoy and relax, because it has everything you need. Big spacious living room, kitchen with everything, beautiful terrace and a nice and very comfortable bedroom. Unfortunately I stayed only one night as I was transiting Marrakech. The location for me was great, close to the CTM bus station where I had to be the next day and close to a supermarket where I could buy everything I needed for my journey. I had a late check in, but the host was very nice and welcoming.

Confortável, sem luxo, porém compatível com a região onde está localizado. Mobiliado, dois banheiros. Muito próximo à estação de ônibus e trem o que favoreceu viajantes. No térreo, ideal para quem tem mobilidade reduzida. Anfitrião muito simpático e prestativo.

Dificuldade para encontrar, o próprio porteiro do local vendo o endereço no booking afirmou que não era lá. O numero que consta é de endereço postal. Faltou água no início da noite, voltamos de passeio e só conseguimos tomar banho próximo a meia-noite,bem como não tinha água em torneira ou sanitário, o anfitrião tentou resolver, mas para nós viajantes atrapalhou bastante.

Few noise from neighbours at night but as I sleep deeply it was alright

A big appartement, comfortable and cozy.

Agreed and confirmed to meet and check-in at 14:00 however ended up at 15:30 after many calls and whatsapp texts only to received a respond that his car was broken in 150km distance. At 16:00 checked-in, finally. Entrance located next to a small convinient store as it is very difficult to allocate the address. Ecxept the 2 hours waiting, its a nice place to stay. Marrakesh was at 40 degrees celcius and got my nose bleeding from the heat outside while waiting for the host to come. Bring your OWN toilet roll and face tissue.

Really excellent place. Such a nice courtyard washing machine and everything truly feel at home.

No toilet paper, washing up liquid or dishcloths Fixing the courtyard locks would make you feel more secure.

I actually booked the apartment for my sister and her friend, they really loved it, Omar was so friendly and flexible in terms of check in/out, thank you sir.

The location was ok, and the apartment is ok.

The caretaker was communicative and supportive. However, I found the 200 Dirham late check-in fee unnecessary, especially since I had informed them of my arrival time in advance. Additionally, there was a delay and a bit of defensive in providing me with an electric iron, which impacted my outings with friends during the first few days.

It's a whole cozy apartment near the city center and train station. I loved the terrace — perfect for enjoying tea or coffee in peace. I wish I had stayed here for more nights. Big thanks to the host for the help!

The place was clean and comfortable, I liked the style. It has a terrace to enjoy. It's inside a building compound. A plus: it has 2 toilets.

You have to walk long inside the compound to find it. I had to wait long for the host to hand the keys, to avoid this, inform him with time about your arrival time

The terrace was nice. The kitchen was well equipped. It's close to the train station. And the owner was very kind.

I wanted a private room and didn't realise I had booked a whole studio to myself with working kitchen, kettle, stovetop, microwave, 2 air cons, dining table, comfortable bed, complimentary body wash and shampoo, outdoor space and more. It was all a great time and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Oh, also I cannot forget the washing machine which was soooo handy after I had just come off a weeks tour and needed to wash my clothes before the next destination. No wash detergent included but I went to a nearby supermarket and bought a cheap single packet. Overall loved the stay, and if I was staying as a couple it would've been even better value for money. Very affordable and nice spot.

The only slight downside was the location didn't have many cheap restaurants around or many in general. This spot was better suited for a transit purpose (near the airport, bus station, train station), but not so much sightseeing (was a 15-20 min walk to spas, better restaurant selection etc). But it was great for the purpose I needed (resting and washing clothes before going to airport next day)

This is one of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Omar is extremely responsive and accommodating. The apartment feels like a little oasis, and its location is perfect—especially for traveling between cities, with easy access to both train and bus stations.

Excellent place to stay. Warm and friendly host who guides you through the do's and don'ts of Marakesh. Any question I had he would respond within minutes with genuine honest and helpful advice (from getting a taxi to where to shop!) The apartment is clean/functional and has everything you need for enjoyable stay. Comfortable great big bed. There is a nice outdoor area to dry clothes and spend some time in. Highly recommended. Best host I have had on booking.com

It’s clean, there’s 2 bathrooms, one patio area which is super cool, the living room and bedroom are big and the location is near the airport which is very convenient. Most of all the host Omar is amazing, he replies back quick and keeps in touch with you throughout your stay and went beyond by printing the boarding pass for me as I didn’t realise the airport at Marrakech require a paper boarding pass.
