Reviewed Sep 14, 2023Location is great. The space inside the condo unit was also good. clear instructions for the prospective renters and the owner is also very responsive for questions. rate is reasonable based on what you get.
The parking is tricky. we were asked to pay 400 pesos for an overnight parking without issuing receipt by the property guards. Some of the room going to the unit stinks although this is not the owners fault of course.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2023Checking in and out is so smooth. The place is so nice and clean. The location is great and very accessible. The view was stunning, my kids loved it. Felt like home. Free parking is challenging but you can opt for a pay parking for convenience.
There was no internet connection, we weren't able to use the t.v.

The service. 1. Parking space. I was hoping I could reserve a parking space for our car but the lobby attendant told me to just arrange the space later but we ended up not having a parking space.

Reviewed May 5, 2023The property itself was clean and superb. Walking distance from Roxas night market and just several minutes away from malls and restos. Highly recommended. Also the owner really was super responsive to our queries every now and then. Will definitely book again soon and will recommend this place to friends as well.
We were on the 25th floor and I was kind of scared at first but nevertheless the view was fantastic.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2023What i like the most about this place is its situated at the 25th floor of the building and you can see the city light right at your window.very clean unit and complete kitchen utensils.The owner also is very accommodating.Totally worth your money!
internet got disconnected at the middle of the night till the time we're about to check out.dont know if its telco problem or just to prevent overstaying renters

I dont like the idea that it was on the peak of the building but I changed my mind upon seeing the large windows and overlooking the city, mountains and sea.
