少しwifiが遅かった、でも1泊たったの15ドルでそれ以上のものをすでに提供してくれていたので、不満には思いません

Amazing staff! They were so warm, friendly and kind! They helped us with laundry, got us an adapter plug, were just there to help us and accommodate all our needs. We appreciated them a lot! They made our stay exceptional and they deserve all the praise! We had the two bedroom villa which is huge and the two bedrooms have their own bathroom which made life very easy in the morning. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Rooms had AC and hot showers. Despite being on the road , our rooms were facing the garden side. It was quiet and we had a very restful sleep. Our apt also had a fantastic kitchen though we didn't get to use it much. Location of the hotel is very close to the Golden temple/dambulla caves. Another++++ point was it had a room for the driver which we heard was very nice and made our driver very happy!

We recommend adding more utensils to the kitchen. Nothing else.

Lo mejor, el personal, en un problema gordo que tuve, se portaron conmigo, especialmente el propietario, con una empatía y una dedicación para mí desconocidas en mi ya larga vida. La habitación muy liimpia, , silenciosa, muy buena ducha, muchísimo espacio, enchufe con adaptador pegado a la cama, muy buen aire acondicionado, muy poco ruidoso. Gran relación calidad/precio. La ubicación, algo lejos del centro pero muy cerca de los templos, es positivo para que la zona sea más tranquila y silenciosa y, si no te gusta andar, un tuk tuk te acerca por un euro. En resumen, es un hotel que lo tiene todo y que recomiendo, sin dudar.

The staff at this hotel were really lovely, they went out of their way to be helpful to us. Excellent service, and a very comfortable place to stay. We loved the Sri Lankan breakfasts too.

Quizá el desayuno podría mejorar no en cuanto a cantidad porque nos sirvieron un gran desayuno pero si calidad, aunque el personal fue muy atento y al día siguiente pedíamos fruta y todo fue bien.

只接受现金支付，如果接受信用卡付款会更好一些。 洗手间没有严格的干湿分离，如果洗澡后再使用洗手间会比较潮湿。 柜子里额外存放的纸巾可能放得久了一些，有一股奇怪的味道。 以上这些并不是什么很大的问题，如果你不介意，这个地方绝对物有所值。

This is approximately a three-star hotel, but it offers service comparable to a five-star standard. The hotel is very close to the Cave Temple and can be easily reached on foot. Although it's located less than 3 kilometers from the city center and there aren’t many restaurants nearby, there are plenty of small supermarkets and shops for daily necessities. A tuk-tuk ride to the city center costs around 500 Sri Lankan Rupees, so the location isn’t really an issue. The hotel room and bathroom are both very clean, with only minor hygiene issues that are acceptable. The only drawback is that the air conditioner is a bit noisy, but since we were quite tired from traveling, it didn’t affect our sleep. Additionally, the hot water in the shower is not very stable—most of the time it’s cold. However, given Sri Lanka’s warm climate, a cold shower is actually quite refreshing, so this wasn’t a major concern for us.

The room is little bit small but it includes everything, first there were no WiFi connection but they fixed it and provide the facility immediately, I recommend this place to everyone specially for families, this hotel is near to Dambulla temple.

Alles super sauber. Prima Klima. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Tolle Pflanze im und rund um das Haus man merkt die Pflanzenliebe hier im Haus. Um das Hotel herum gibt es eine Bäckerei und kleiner Laden für Getränke, ggf. auch gleich eine Werkstatt für Tuktuks gegenüber. Das Hotel ist vom Zentrum mit dem Tuktuk 5 min. entfernt, dort kann man essen und shoppen.

Even before we arrived in Sri Lanka, Golden Stars Hotel Dambulla provided exceptional service, helping us coordinate our travel experiences and trips. They arranged our car and transportation from the airport, organised a tour guide to take us to all our different sites, and even arranged our entry tickets and local guides, making everything completely stress free from the start. We stayed in the family house, which was incredibly clean, very spacious, and had extremely comfortable beds. The air conditioning was excellent, and the whole property felt new and freshly renovated. This is easily one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Sri Lanka and without a doubt, it has the best hosts we have ever experienced anywhere. Their kindness and support went far beyond what anyone could expect from a hotel. During our trip, my daughter fell ill while we were away from the property. The hotel immediately contacted us to check if we were okay, arranged for the local medical centre to receive us, and had a doctor waiting upon our arrival. They even brought us lunch while we were at the hospital. They offered to cover our medical and hospital bills, which we of course insisted on paying ourselves. Because of the illness, we had to completely rearrange our itinerary, and the hotel stepped in to help reorganise everything seamlessly. Particular thanks to Nuwanthi, Bandara, Pasindu, who were always available, attentive, and supportive. Pasindu even accompanied us on a trip, took us to the hospital, and stayed with us until we got home to ensure we were well looked after. This level of care, compassion, and dedication is exceptionally rare. The whole team treated us not just as guests, but like family. We left feeling deeply grateful for their hospitality. This level of care and kindness is rare. We are truly grateful to the team and would recommend Golden Stars Hotel Dambulla to anyone visiting Sri Lanka.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Как они заботились о нас, помогали с вещами, при заезде угостили ледяным манговым соком, это было очень кстати! На завтрак было просто волшебно - он очень вкусный, сытный, нашлось что поесть и нам, и ребёнку, нас встретили с потрясающей красоты цветами! От души большое спасибо за такой сервис, в этом отеле люди делают для него 5 звёзд 👍

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Very comfortable beds, air conditioning with dehumidifier mode, and a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. The breakfast is big, very tasty, and typically Sri Lankan, with options to customize. The staff is lovely.

Golden stars staff were incredibly accommodating with every need. We arrived very early and they gave us somewhere to wait while the room was being cleaned. The hotel is close to small stores and restaurants and 10 minute walk to the Dambulla Cave and Temple entrance. It’s really easy to arrange taxi and safari and Bandara from the hotel helped arrange for us. Recommend get elephant safari with Krishanta who was very good and friendly. The food was delicious and catered to our needs including changing the breakfast and preparing dinner when we asked. The room was large, very clean and had A/C that worked.

Nothing negative to say.

Breakfast was not included but we had 2 delicious home cooked dinners - prepared specially for us. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the owner even gave us a lift into town when we couldn't get a tuk tuk. The location is excellent. On a quiet road but still very close to the cave temple and only a short drive to the centre of town. The room was lovely. Spotless and beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. There was also a washing machine and dryer available for which we were very grateful! There is a little gallery of local woodcarvings in the foyer and across the road a bakery and a juice bar! What more could we have asked for? A huge thanks to everyone at Golden Stars for a truly memorable stay!

The hotel has only been operated for a couple months but it's well-equipped & had almost everything I needed. Bandara is a great host. He always tried to satisfy the guest's needs, as I asked him to help open the gate at 4am to go out for a morning hiking or when I borrowed some utensils in the late night. He arranged tuktuk for us sometimes with the better prices that we found on Pickme. Not to mention the ladies, they were so kind & caring, with captivating smiles. They made me feel so welcomed. I had the best breakfast here.

Superb hotel located very close to Dambulla Royal Cave Temple. Great standard and price/quality ratio, excellent very friendly service and tasty breakfasts. We were very pleased with our stay and can recommend this hotel to all who plan to visit Dambulla! Greetings from Poland!

Great new hotel. Very close to the UNESCO Heritage Buddhist site. Had comfy beds, decent Wifi, great Air Con, quiet, and very helpful Staff. Also provided fantastic area information & tuk tuk transport. Highly recommended and if ever I return to Dambulla I will defibately stay here 👍

Manager was so polite and kind

Nice and clean room with friendly staff the location is very close to the Dambulla rock temple about 300 meters and about 20 minutes to echo park where you can see elephants and sigiriya rock .very close to many other places from the location.the hotel staff arrange the transport for any location that you want to visit. The location is a brand new hotel and price is reasonable.The restaurant is under construction and the will arrange food for you if you request.
