Die Wohnung "Cozy Home" mit einem schönen Garten und einer gemütlichen Terrasse befindet sich in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Strand (ca. 4 Minuten). Der Zugang zum Strand ist neben dem Hotel Mariposa. Einige gute Restaurants sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ("La Flamme kreol", "Roots Spirit", "Happy Rajah", "La Bistro de la Poste"). Ebenso sind ein Supermarkt und diverse Geschäfte gut erreichbar. Der Ausflug mit Christian nach Curepipe, zum Botanischen Garten und zum Vulkankraten " Trou aux cerfs" war sehr interessant. Das Bad war sehr geräumig, aber der Zugang zur Dusche etwas schmal. Auf dem Nachbargrundstück wurde eine Gerät (ev. Waschmaschine /Trockner) fast denn ganzen Tag und teilweise auch in der Nacht betrieben, Dieses Geräusch hat uns sehr gestört.

Naheliegendster Strand leider verbaut , lieber nach Le morne 10min fahren

Nah am Strand, ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Küchenutensilien sind alle vorhanden. Geräumiges Appartement. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants nach maximal ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß Gut gelegen für Ausflüge. Relativ ruhig. Guten Kontakt zum Besitzer.

Logement tres bien équipé, à deux pas de la plage. Rien à dire, on se sent comme à la maison. Sébastien et Valérie sont des hôtes hyper réactifs, accueillants, compréhensifs et plein d attention.

The house was not clean, hairs in the shower, dirty kitchen cabinets. There was no toilet paper. The soaps in the sink and shower were old, used bar soap. The hot water in the shower changed from boiling to cold every moment, and after 5 minutes it disappeared completely. The kitchen utensils were a random collection, old and scratched. In the pictures it looks like the sea is very close, but in reality there is no way to reach it on foot.

Cozy Home liegt sehr ruhig in der letzten Straße vor dem Strand. Dorthin sind es nur drei Minuten zu Fuß und die Sonnenuntergänge mit einem Cocktail aus der Bar des Strandhotels sind spektakulär Wir hatten dir Wohnung im Erdgeschoß und konnten immer auf der Terasse sitzen und den wunderschönen Garten mit tropischen Vögeln und Blumen bestaunen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt : Jede Menge Küchenutensilien, Bettwäsche, Handtücher ( auch für den Strand) , Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, ... . Die Nachbarin verkauft tagsüber landestypischen Imbiss, eind kleine Mall sowie ein Riesen-Supermarkt sind in ca. 300m Entfernung zu finden. MIndestens fünf Restaurants befinden sich im gleichen Umkreis. Das Mietauto steht sicher auf Grundstück. An fünf Tagen unseres zehntägigen Aufenthaltes war auch die Wohnung im Obergeschoss vermietet. Davon haben wir so gut wie nichts bemerkt, da die Zufahrt von der anderen Grundstücksseite erfolgt und der Balkon der oberen Wohnung die Terasse der unteren Wohnung überdacht.

So freundliche Vermieter hätten wir gern persönlich kennengelernt und auf ein Glas Wein eingeladen.

Es ist sehr schön, sauber und sehr authentisch. Man hat viel Platz und hat eine Küche um sich etwas zu kochen. Es gibt auch eine Nespresso Maschine. Der Gastgeber ist sehr, sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen Gegenstand dort vergessen und zunächst nicht wieder gefunden und er hat alles dafür getan, um uns zu helfen und schlussendlich haben wir ihn zurückbekommen. Wenn ich wieder nach Mauritius komme, werde ich hier wieder buchen.

Nos hôtes ont été très attentionnés. L’emplacement du logement est bien situé dans un quartier relativement calme. La terrasse et le jardin sont très agréables.

We loved the peaceful garden and the clean, comfortable room. The location was very convenient—close to the beach and great restaurants.

Мне очень понравился дом, где мы проживали! Наша территория была на первом этаже, с отдельным входом и отдельным парковочным местом. Второй этаж тоже сдается, чтобы было понимание для других отдыхающих и у них вход с другой стороны дома. Дом был оснащен всем необходимым, все было продумано до мелочей и это очень радовало, мы себя чувствовали по-настоящему уютно и комфортно, как у себя дома!!! Мы были постоянно на связи с хозяином дома, поэтому при возникновении любых вопросов всё решалось очень быстро и оперативно, было получено очень много советов, что крайне необходимо для более быстрой адаптации на отдыхе))) Пляж находится в пешей доступности, но мы предпочитали ходить чуть дальше, где коса пляжа шире и комфортнее вход в воду. Отдых был замечательный! Спасибо за теплый прием и не менее теплое прощание 🥰

Хотелось бы кровать для сна побольше, для двоих человек она мала (лично по моим ощущениям), я люблю спать свободно, здесь так не получается))) В остальном все было замечательно!!

The property is neat and clean, located in a residential area. There are restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the access to the sea is really just 2 minutes walk. The house is really cozy and super well equipped. You have everything you need, even for a longer stay (we stayed 12 nights). There are plenty of pots and pans, plates, glasses, fridge and freeze, microwave and electric oven, stove, coffee machine, washing machine, mosquito repellent. :-) The kitchen, dining/living room, bathroom are is well sized, the bedroom and the bed are on the smaller side. The garden and the terrace is lovely, we did enjoy sitting outside. Seb and Val are amazing hosts and very uncomplicated! They gave us a lot of tips on restaurants, excursions and helped to sort out a little hiccup with the car rental company. Seb was checking in with us regularly to see if everything was fine and if we needed something, He was really taking good care of us.

There are three things to be aware of: - The property is in a residential area and the plots are not very large, so you will hear the neighbors going after their lives, children playing outside and having fun. But all is quiet after 10pm. The only disturbance we had during the night was from the dogs in the neighborhood. There are a lot of (friendly) strays in Mauritius and even the ones with owners are often allowed to roam the streets. And when dogs walk the streets, the ones staying at home barking at them. It's of course nothing the host can change and if you stay long enough, you'll get used to it. - While the apartment and the garden is very private, the house has a top floor with a second apartment. We didn't have a lot of disturbance from the upstairs guests as we were not a lot at home, but it would have been nice to know upfront. In that case we would have definitely tried to rent the first floor apartment instead of the ground floor. :-) - The beach close to the apartment is not really good for swimming, for that you do need to walk at least 10 minutes or best, rent a car and go to Tamarin beach or Le Morne beach. But it's lovely to go to see the sunset.

Sebastien was very responsive to our questions. We had a lovely welcome basket with biscuits, chocolates, different types of snacks and tea/coffee. The apartment was very cosy, welcoming and close to the beach. It had everything you need for a great holiday. There were instructions about the facilities in the apartment and facilities around the area. The garden was beautiful and very well lit. We would greatly recommend the apartment to other guests.

This is a fabulous little home away from home . The location is perfect for a short walk to the beach , great restaurants in the evening and a bit of retail therapy is also within easy reach on foot . The garden attracts lovely song birds and is such a special place to have breakfast in the morning . The hosts were always responsive to any query I had and showed great kindness throughout . I would definitely recommend to others and hope to be back again myself !

Great apartment right next to the beach and walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants. I felt like a local living there. It was a nice experience.

We loved the location. With close proximity to the beach and shops. There were many appliances of great quality. Spacious villa feel with veranda and garden. Very Cozy - you'll feel instantly at Home!

There were some quirks. But to be expected from a place with a homely nature. The shower door is a little tight. The pots and pans need an upgrade.

We just loved it. Perfect place to stay. Everything is near by. Hosts are super friendly with lots of good advices and always so friendly and helpful. The apartment is amazing and the little garden just perfect for breakfast. So close to the beach to see a stunning sunset every eve. We would def come back

Very homely and well kitted out. The hosts gave great advice and were very responsive. The location was good for access to the local supermarket (walking, as we didn’t have a car), and it was easy to get to the local beach. The veranda and garden also gave a nice touch, and made it pleasant to sit outside in the day or evening.

This home was really like home. All things what you need is around, beach 1 min walk, shop 3 min walk and good restaurants. The hosts are very nice. Thank you.

The location was exceptional!!! Not even 100m to quiet beach access next to boutique hotels and unbelievably close to a public beach. Situated on a quiet coastal road with little to no traffic. Loved waking up in the morning and being able to walk down to an awesome beach. So close to coffee shops, shopping centers and restaurants. Own private garden and facilities all excellent. Air conditioning and fans. Very warm hospitality from the hosts. Definitely the BnB to choose for a couple staying in Mauritius. Tamarin is a beautiful part of the island. A great space for a holiday in Tamarin.

Very nice accomodation. Best recommended. We spent there one week and feels like at a home. Garden is great for children also with a super location near by beach. Position of accomodation gived us plenty choices for smaller trips.

The name Cozy Home is definitely accurate. The apartment is spacious and cozy at the same time, with everything you could need available. A highlight is the garden with terrace you can enjoy your breakfast on between flowers and watch all kinds of birds in the trees around you. Our hosts were the nicest and most accommodating, leaving us detailed instructions, Tipps and all kinds of little surprises.
