Amazing stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the service was exceptional. Also good breakfast. The whole team was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Tae, Honney, Kungnang, and Aung were especially amazing for their kindness and amazing service. They really made my stay extra special. Would definitely come back!

J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, toujours souriant et disponible. Un grand merci à Kung, Honey, Tae et Aurg pour leur accueil et leur bonne humeur. La chambre était agréable et la piscine est également un vrai plus.

Pas grand-chose à signaler, mon séjour s’est très bien passé. Certains détails de la chambre pourraient éventuellement être un peu améliorés, mais rien qui n’a gâché mon séjour.

La posizione comoda per raggiungere patong beach a piedi, e come logistica per girare l'isola. La piscina molto comoda per spezzare e rinfrescarsi. Nel contesto qualità prezzo ottima.

La camera nonostante veniva pulita giornalmente aveva un'odore forte, la colazione potrebbe offrire qualcosina in più.

A very special thank-you to the four wonderful members of the housekeeping team, including EI MOE PHYO THAN. They were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive to every little detail. One gesture particularly touched me: I had left a rose in the room, and instead of throwing it away, they carefully picked it up and placed it in a bottle of water so it could stay fresh a little longer. This small but thoughtful act perfectly shows how much care they put into their work. Their kindness and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable. They truly deserve recognition. Beim Checkin mussten fünf verschiedene Zimmer ausprobiert werden, weil es in allen vier vorher nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen hatte. (eigentlich nicht Nichtraucherzimmer) Nachdem das fünfte Zimmer dann passte versuchte ich, abends zu schlafen. Da das Zimmer der Straße zugewandt ist, war selbst mit Ohrstöpsel kein Schlaf möglich gewesen. Ich bin mir sicher die Mitarbeiter wissen vorher schon. Zusätzlich wirkt alles an diesem Hotel sehr als wäre es ein Freudenhaus und nichts anderes. Sehr strikte Hotel Reger und man bekommt wirklich alles in hohem Ausmaß in Rechnung gestellt. Checkout Dame war äußerst unfreundlich und versucht am Ende noch mal die letzten Euros aus dem Gast raus zu quetschen. Nie wieder dieses Hotel. Wer einfach nur etwas sucht für seinen Sex Touristen Urlaub ist in diesem Hotel natürlich richtig.

Hôtel très bien placé, idéal pour profiter des alentours. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié. L’établissement est très propre et bien entretenu.

Le matelas est très ferme. La douche n’est pas très pratique et peut manquer un peu de confort. Il peut également y avoir du bruit certains jours, mais cela reste compréhensible compte tenu de l’emplacement de l’hôtel.

I had an amazing experience at Hallo Patong hotel, the location is good, close to markets and shoppings, the room was really comfortable. The staff was out standing. Thanks Ei, Moe, Phyo and Than for keeping my room cleaned and thanks Kungnang and the people from reception. I will come back!

La Camera con piccola cucina è stata molto utile, il letto grande e molto comodo con ven 4 cuscini, la piscina mediamente buona e la colazione molto misera. La posizione è molto buona e il rapporto qualità prezzo è interessante.

Avevo prenotato una camera da 36 M2 ma sia booking che l'hotel mi hanno detto che la mia era giusta. Ma se io prendo una camera da 36 M2 tu non mi puoi dare una camera da 20 M2 e dire che è la stessa cosa!!!

Breakfast staff was not rude. One incident was that I asked for coffee she said coffee is finished but when a lady came (white lady) and she asked for coffee she said coffee is available I felt like it was racism. Also breakfast was terrible no vegetarian food and so little options overall. And the room where we stayed had window between bathroom and bed so you were able to see person using bathroom what was so uncomfortable.

Housekeeping (especially "Than") & Breakfast Crew) were "over the top" accommodating.

They advertised a pool but never closed open during my entire stay (1 week) % tile floors are extremely slippery when wer.

Housekeeping and breakfast staff were copacetic - can't say enough about their friendliness and willingness to please. That alone won me over!!

Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed the entire week 😫 The pool was supposedly theil touchstone of their marketing campaign; was misleading information advertising for all of us who were looking forward to capitalizing on that particular draw.

We booked a standard room to start with small but ok until we tried to sleep the air on was rubbish it was so hot we upgraded at a extra cost the next day and was happy with the upgrade

No bar on the roof top so would have to go to the ground floor and across reception to get a cold drink and up again to the 7th floor

While we understand every property has its challenges, there were several areas that need attention. The bed was quite uncomfortable, the shower curtains were worn, dirty and need to change and there is no elevator in the second building, which is important to know before booking. Unfortunately, the service fell short as well. We experienced inconsistent communication at reception regarding a room transfer, and some of the front desk and housekeeping staff felt unwelcoming and indifferent to our requests. We truly believe that warm, friendly, and reliable service can make up for older facilities, but we did not feel valued as guests. We hope management takes this feedback constructively to improve.

Everything! The Staff was amazing from the front desk , the restaurant personnel and the house keepers were great. Swe Juan Chan and Phyo Ei Moe. Our house keeping staff treated us like family and kept everything in order.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and Bangla Road, making it a great choice for both relaxation and nightlife. The property is well maintained, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable, with especially good bed and pillows. Breakfast was excellent, with a nice variety. The rooftop pool is a nice bonus, also they provide beach towels at no extra cost. The staff are friendly, polite, and always attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, service, and good location. 😉 I would definitely stay there again. 🙂

I loved my stay here so much. I initially booked 2 days, than booked another 2 days and than another 3 days. The people are so kind and helpful. The room is really big and I asked for a quiet room and got exactly that. The rainshower is amazing, the balcony is big enough and has 2 chairs. Cleaning is everyday if you wish so. Breakfast is fantastic. The best thing about this hotel is the swimming pool on the roof. You get a gorgeous view on both sides, 1 side is the beach and you can see people parasailing, the other side is gorgeous mountain. I enjoyed staying at the pool till dark got the most amazing sunsets I’ve ever seen. Thank you for your kindness and I hope to be back soon.

The WiFi wasn’t the best. It works, but isn’t always as strong as you like it to be.

This is my third time staying at this hotel, and each time I enjoy it more than the last. Words can't express how much I appreciate them. All my requests are always granted and fulfilled; they've become like family to me. Thank you so much! 😘😘🌹🌹 I will miss you and will be back soon… Everything is conveniently located near the hotel, from halal food and a supermarket to shopping. They also offer motorcycle rentals if needed, but I always cooked myself in my room.

The location is great loads around you and the beach is only 15 minutes walk away as well and the rooftop pool is great to get a tan or burnt 🥵

I booked 2 rooms and they gave me on 2 different floors and i had to request them to make together which they were even ready to consider. They 2 buildings one has lift other doesn’t ours didn’t have so we had to climb 4 floors which was ridiculous. I’m quite disappointed tbh!

It was in a great location. Nice and quiet during the night and just a few blocks from the shopping center.

The AC was not working as well as I would like but the room was fresh enough to sleep.

Très mauvaise expérience dans cet établissement. L’hôtel est en réalité composé de deux bâtiments, mais cela n’est pas clairement indiqué sur Booking. Les photos correspondent uniquement au bâtiment principal de la réception, ce qui est trompeur lors de la réservation et de la saisie de l'adress. Les chambres standards sont situées dans un autre bâtiment, avec un niveau de qualité bien inférieur. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre qui ne correspondait pas du tout à ce que nous pensions avoir réservé dans un bâtiment sur rue. Problèmes constatés : • balcon inutilisable avec présence d’eau stagnante, odeur nauséabonde et moustiques • manque de lumière • propreté et finitions insuffisantes L’établissement nous a demandé un supplément pour accéder à une chambre correspondant à l’annonce, ce qui est inacceptable. Après 3 jours de démarches avec Booking, nous avons finalement obtenu un changement de chambre, nous avons finalement décidé de quitter l'hôtel avant la fin du séjour, car la chambre proposé était trop bruyante (l'hôtel nous avait cependant avertis, nous avions donc le choix entre les moustique l'odeur ou le bruit) Je déconseille fortement cet établissement, sauf à vérifier précisément dans quel bâtiment vous serez logé.
