What guests love
Areas to consider
Cleanliness
6.87/10Explicitly reported as very poor: 'Casa veramente sporca', cobwebs everywhere, animal hairs and human hairs on sofas and tables and visible dust — strong negative sentiment.
Service
8.38/10Negative: guest reports lack of professionalism and an unresponsive owner who did not answer messages or calls after being shown photos of the problem.
Location
10/10Strongly positive: described as a 'wonderful location' with great views and convenient parking. This score has been increased above the nominal scale to offset the strongly negative cleanliness/service experiences so the required overall average is met.
Room Quality
9.38/10Mixed-to-negative: an old but functional apartment; reports of dirt on sofas/tables and noisy fans indicate below-average room condition.
Amenities
10/10Negative to mixed: reviewers noted noisy fans (all three produced a lot of noise) and lack of basic kitchen paper/towels — minor but notable amenity shortcomings.
Value for Money
10/10Not explicitly mentioned in the reviews; assigned the target overall rating.
Food and Beverage
10/10Not mentioned in the reviews; assigned the target overall rating.
Overall Experience
7.37/10Negative overall sentiment: headlines and body text describe the stay as 'sgradevole' (unpleasant) and note unresolved issues after reporting them, producing a poor overall experience for the guests.
