L'appartement assez grand. Très bien situé, au calme. Des arrêts de bus tout près, un Delhaize presque à côté de la maison. Grand lit très confortable.

Attention, l'appartement est au troisième étage sans ascenseur.

The room was clean and cozy, it was bigger than i thought. I didn’t know that entire flat is included.

Everything was equipped such as cooking utensils, toilet paper, towel etc.

Nice location and walkable distance to access the metro for city-center. Well-connected. Available parking spots in front of the house. The apartment contains all amenities for a long stay for the family.

The owner was very attentive. He did us the favor of cheking-in a couple of hours before the stipulated time. The apartment is very comfortable and well located (9 metro stops, direct line, you are in the center; or a bus that stops almost at the door). We stayed 2 nights but we would have stayed longer.

The area is perfect. EU quarter is 6-7 metro stops, City center is 10-11 metro stops. Nice residential area with decent shops and with excellent transport connections.

In the room there is not any kind of cupboard to take my clothes out of my luggage.

The bed sheets were most likely used by the owner of the apartment the night before. There was a pile of laundry in the living room, the bath towels were dirty

Stairs were difficult to climb to take up luggage, 30 minutes to central Brussels, some concerns with cleanliness since cat climbed everywhere in kitchen and likely in private room too

I was lucky enough to get to stay at this property. The owner made me feel like I was home. He is a very decent person who offered everything to make my stay comfortable and easy. He responded to my requests immediately. The apartment is very clean, and it is located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood.. the view is beautiful 👌 bus stations are right down the building, and the supermarket is just a few steps away. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was super clean , and the bathroom was also in excellent condition. Thank you, Chris.

There are mirrors in the bathroom and on the front door but no mirror in the bedroom. There was a shelf unit, but no wardrobe or hooks or hangers to hang your clothes. (Only one hook on the shelf) The pillows need to be changed, but the bed is perfect. The heating system works, but sometimes it turns off by itself, and it gets back on by itself. I felt cold sometimes. The stairs to the apartment were not comfortable, but you don't use them that much I still highly recommend this property for people who are interested in getting a good deal on booking. Thanks 😊

Prompt communication. The apartment is clean. There are supermarkets and a bakery nearby. Metro station is at a walkable distance. The cat is super cute and friendly😸

It is on the top floor of the building. If you have big luggages, it might be tough.

Helpful owner who lives on the 2nd floor of the app but answers all questions and makes no worries.

Cold. Heaters barely working. Heard that it's common for Brussels but as a customer I don't care. No kettle in the kitchen. Doorbell doesn't work, owner didn't warned me, so I woke up a lady from downstair.

The location is excellent. A quiet, green, clean neighborhood. The metro very close, a bus line right on the street where the house is. A supermarket at the end of the street. The apartment is clean and has all the facilities. Of course, the bathroom is shared with the owner, but he is a quiet and civilized guy.

If you are allergic to cats... take an antihistamine with you. The cat of the house is very quiet and polite.
