Appartement avec grand balcon donnant sur la ville. Emplacement très agréable car dans une rue vivante toute la journée et soirée avec des ambiances assez différentes. Appartement spacieux bien agencé

One of the reviews said this was soundproof, but it was not. We heard all the noise from outside all throughout the night. Also I don't think there was any pictures of the bathroom. It was a little cramped and there was no separate shower stall, just a showerhead connected to the sink next to the toilet.

La posizione della struttura è molto comoda, in una zona ricca di locali e ristoranti. Si arriva facilmente (fermata sotto casa) anche con bus dalla stazione dei treni. Dalla vetrata la vista della città è piacevole. Aria condizionata e Smart tv in camera.

Se si pernotta di sabato, è abbastanza difficile dormire per via della vita notturna nella via dove si affacciano le stanze da letto; gli infissi non isolano. Lenzuola bucate e asciugamani della doccia non presenti (erano tutte asciugamani per le mani).

Prima apartement in een bruisende locatie. Geen last van het geluid buiten gehad. Prima bedden en ruimte genoeg om te bewegen. 12 minuten loopafstand van de metro, echt Prima te doen.

Let op, je zult wel met je koffers 4 verdiepingen naar boven moeten lopen maar dat is een eenmalige inspanning 😀. De douche die in de wc en wastafel staat is in het begin even wennen maar daarna prima te doen.

Savininkui pastaba kad gavome patalynę su skylėmis, tai nebuvo labai malonu, bet visumoje viskas neblogai.

El alojamiento es tal cual a la descripción, es amplio y tiene todas las instalaciones necesarias para una estancia agradable. Viajamos en un grupo de 4 personas y tiene 3 habitaciones para estar más cómodos. La atención del dueño fue estupenda ya que estaba disponible a través de wsp para cualquier pregunta, nosotros contáramos para poder dejar las molestas antes de la hora del check-in. Los aspectos a tener en cuenta es que está ubicado en una zona en la que los fines de semana hay ruido ya que los restaurantes están abiertos hasta tarde, se encuentra a solo 10 minutos caminando del centro de la ciudad y el baño es estilo coreano lo que significa que no hay una división entre zonas, está todo junto. También que hay que subir como 3 plantas hasta el apartamento con escalones irregulares. Nosotros disfrutamos mucho de tener nuestro espacio, recomendable 100% si viajas en grupo de 3-4 personas. Además de que ofrece unas vistas preciosas de la ciudad a través de la terracita.

The place is just as nice as on photos. It's located right on a hipster street of Busan, full of cool restaurants and cafes.

Be aware that the building does not have an elevator and the apartment is on the third floor.

it is very spacious and it can fit 6 people perfectly! the location of the stay is also good because it is close to a lot of restaurants and shops. the area is located at jeonpo which is a place where a lot of youngsters go to when they want to hangout with their friends so we were able to explore the area. the subway station is just a 10-minute walk and it is quite safe. there is also a bus stop next to the property so it is easier to take the public transport. the property provides a water cooler so we didnt need to buy any mineral water. there is also plenty of towels provided. they also have a tv with netflix so after a tiring day, you can just relax while watching tv.

there is no elevator and the stay is located at the 4th floor so as a group of tourists with many luggages, it was quite exhausting to climb up the stairs.

위치도 근처 식당도 카페도 많은 곳이라서 좋았어요. 도착전에 난방을 따뜻하게 해주셔서 들어가자마자 집 처럼 포근했어요. 수건도 다른 일회용품들도 모두 넉넉하게 준비해주셨어요. 사진과 다른 곳도 많은데 이곳은 사진과 똑같아요.

location is awesome, many restaurants around, won’t feel boring at this distrust . nice place for the traveller who is first time to korea.

No elevator, as there are many restaurants and bars , not so quite during the night

La casa grande, attrezzata con tutto, frigorifero, microonde, dispenser per acqua calda/fredda, fornello ad induzione, che però non abbiamo utilizzato. Bagno grande, 2 camere da letto. Posizione ottima, la sera si poteva uscire a piedi, nel centro della movida. Buon collegamento dalla stazione con bus 85 che ferma vicinissimo.

La posizione era buona, nel centro di Busan; è una zona molto movimentata e giovanile, ci sono molti locali dove è possibile provare cose tipiche del luogo. Vicino all'appartamento ci sono anche dei convenience store (CU e GS25). Il panorama dà sulla città e, soprattutto di sera, è molto bello. Nell'appartamento c'era tutto (ciabatte -anche da doccia-, bagnoschiuma, shampoo...) e anche un distributore di acqua purificata (sia calda che fredda) ottima da bere. Le attrazioni turistiche sono un po' lontane a piedi ma basta prendere l'autobus o la metro; sono ben collegate e organizzate. Lo consiglio vivamente.

El apartamento está reformado en casi toda su totalidad, a 7 minutos a pie del metro y situado en una zona con bares y restaurantes.

Los cojines son muy malos, había alguna humedad en el piso, cocina, cuarto más cercano a la cocina y encima del aire acondicionado estaba sucio, es un 3/4 piso sin ascensor y la escalera deja mucho que desear

The property was clean and spacious, we each had our room (party of 3). The location was quite near 2 subway lines, making it easy to travel by public transportation. There are also quite some choice of quality restaurants/pubs around the area (a small Italian place stole our hearts - their mushroom risotto was excellent). The host was nice and followed up on our needs during our stay (nice extra, Netflix was available).

It is worth noting that the location is up a hill (on top of the 4 floors) which means that you will need to do a bit of exercise everyday if you go out. It was not a big issue except on the first day (when we chose to use public transportation from Busan Station with our luggages).

It was a nice and clean apartment. The apartment was in a central location. It was about a 7 min walk to the nearest subway and it was near restaurants. The host was flexible and allowed us to get early check-in.

The apartment is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator.

Great location, close to train, lots of restaurants and other retail.

A few more dishes/knives in kitchen would be good. Larger towels would be good for the shower.

Clean and neat

Noise from outside could be heard due to bad window insulation Sink in toilet was stuck, water flow was very slow and water pressure for shower was very small. no lift bad staircase up to L4 with heavy luggages Landlord was not flexible, not allowing for early check in despite several times of request.

We noticed the temperature at the apartment was too low/too cold for early April and we tried to set the air conditioning to warm up the place but it happened very slow. We stayed for five nights and just the last evening and morning it was okay (it wasn’t cold). Fortunately we had warm clothes with us as we were travelling in South Korea in late March-early April. Also the bathroom could’ve been warmer (no floor heating) and one window in the kitchen didn’t close properly. Still our overall impression was that it was a good place to stay (value for your money).

Location was great - in the cafes/bars district. Terrace with rooftop views was also really good.

Although lots of towels, all very small.

Very stylish and well furnished apartement, great location in the middle of a vivid area full of restaurants bars and shops. Subway station in walking distance. Very friendly host, who will help you out with any inquiries and is answering quickly. Bluetooth music box available in apartement. 3 rooms, 2 set beds and 1 foldable bed in the room upstairs. Highlights of the apartement: Floor Heating in the main living room offers great comfort. View from the balcony is great.

Please let the host know if you arrive with 3 adults who want to sleep separately, or it might lead to some misunderstandings concerning the amount of bed sheets. Thanks to the friendly host we were able to solve the misunderstanding very quickly though.

Upn4 floors with no elevator

It’s a good place to stay, near seomyeon station. 5-8 min walk from jeonpo station exit 8. Place surrounded with many Japanese food and a good crowd at night. The place was very nice, clean and pretty spacious. Has a living hall with table and chairs, refrigerator and a microwave. Everything was provided , we are very happy with the Airbnb. Thank you :)

Only thing about this Airbnb is it is located on the 4th floor. If you have small luggage is easy to carry up, having a big luggage will be quite inconvenient. Other than that it was an amazing place to rest and stay.

This apartment is well located. Close to lots of restaurants, bars and coffees. The place is very clean and confortable for 4 adultes with its two double bedrooms. Owner is very kind and responsive. We have really enjoyed our stay at Mute Stay.
