　朝食がとても美味しかったです。特にサラダバーがお気に入りでした！ 　館内はとても清潔で、入った瞬間に良い香りがするのも印象的でした。客室やフロントも水色で統一されていて、おしゃれで爽やかな雰囲気が素敵でした。 　徒歩圏内にコンビニがあるのも便利でした。また、ホテルに入る前に利用できるシャワーや、洗濯機・乾燥機があるのも嬉しかったです。現金を入れて水着をそのまま洗濯・乾燥できるので、海で遊んだ後もとても助かりました。 　全体的に清潔感があり、設備も充実していて、快適に過ごせました。

　「よくなかった」というより、少し残念だったのは、大浴場からの海の景色を楽しめなかったことです。 　到着が夜だったため、入浴時には外が真っ暗で、せっかくの海沿いのホテルなのに景色を見ることができませんでした。さらに、大浴場は男女で朝・夜の時間帯によって入れ替え制になっており、景色の良い大浴場と小浴場が入れ替わるため、朝にリベンジしようと思ったら、景色の良い大浴場が男性用になっていて、残念ながら大きな窓から海を眺めることができませんでした。 　事前に入れ替えの時間をきちんと調べて、もう少し早い時間に到着しておけばよかったなと思いました。次回泊まる機会があれば、明るいうちに到着して海の景色を楽しみたいです。

共用部分の掃除が行き届いているので、トイレや大浴場の利用も快適でした。共用リビングで仕事やいろいろな準備もできて、ビジネス使いにもばっちりです。朝食も美味しく、スタッフも丁寧です。個人旅行で戻ってくる際はアップグレードして個室を利用してみたいです。

バンクルームの価格がもう少しだけ下がるととっても嬉しい。

Everything! Location, vibe, decor and breakfast are all on point. Onsen on the top floor is amazing and the best view of the entire coast.

良くないことはないんですが、今回海水浴・磯遊びのため泊まった者としては、、玄関あたりに足の砂を流す水道があると、いいなと思いました。 なぜなら、部屋にシャワーが無いので、直接大浴場に行くことになるので、少し気を遣いました!

Bunk kreveti su vrlo lijepi i ugodni. Onsen je još bolji, odličan pogled! Blizu plaža i 7elevena.

バス停すぐ前にあり、早起きして朝風呂のロケーションも良く、海岸までも数分で散歩も心地良く、朝食も4種類から選べてどれも美味しそうで迷ってしまいました スタッフの対応も気持ちが良く、贅沢な気分で過ごせました ありがとうございました

Staying at the Hayama Umino felt like being on a retreat! The staff is most friendly, welcoming and helpful. The restaurant serves delicious food, coffee and drinks. The facilities are a perfect way to wind down - very clean with fabulous views. The lobby area invites you to slow down with its wonderful design and smell.

Japanese Breakfast was I had was wonderful overlooking a palm tree and a part of the ocean. The staffs are super welcoming and kind. The view from the onsen bath is spectacular.

Onsen was fantastic with great views. Lobby was comfortable and had good selection of local beers to enjoy. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff was helpful in calling for a taxi for ride to train station.

My room was warm. A little uncomfortable for sleeping but not too bad. Unfortunately the staff kinda kicked me out from the lounge once I checked out. Not sure if that was necessary or not

Lobby and hangout area were super cool and very clean. Absolutely loved the onsen - it was also very clean and well equipped. The room was clean as well and the bed was comfortable. The view out the window was to the forest on the hill behind the hotel and it was so beautiful, lush, and green. Breakfast was tasty and options were fresh and well managed.

The room was eerily too quiet. I found myself wishing it was easier to adjust fan settings for the room to be louder for white noise to sleep to.

Výborná snídaně s výhledem, pohodlné klidné ubytování, příjemné prostředí. Pěkný onsen s výhledem v nejvyšším podlaží hotelu. Pláž nedaleko hotelu.

Very calm, nice and tidy place

Restaurant offering could have been wider. The staff was not super friendly as usually in Japan, but they were just probably afraid of us foreigners.

沢山空いているのに2段ベッドの上だった。高齢で怖いので下段に変えてもらいました。心良く直ぐ変更してくれましたが最初から下段にしてもらいたかったです。

お風呂のシャワーのお湯が出なく寒い思いをした。浴槽のお湯を使って体を洗いました。

お風呂、デザイン、入った瞬間の心地よさ、とても快適でした！！

ホテルは悪くないが、早朝に男性が間違えて女性の部屋に入り悲鳴が聞こえて不快だった。

The location is amazing. It’s opposite the beach. The decor is really fun really modern and comfortable. The lounging area is welcome for everyone from the people in expensive rooms through to the people in the dormitory. I ate all of my meals at the restaurant because it’s just easy and the food was good, the staff is so friendly and accommodating.

the hotel heating is extreme. It was too hot in my room. It was too hot in the lobby. It was too hot in the communal area. You can’t turn off the heating in your room so I was told to open the window but unfortunately I was next to the air conditioning unit so it was loud.

lobby is fun, relaxed and well serviced onsen has quite the view staff are nice next to beach

main manager was nice but sometimes snooty.
