Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Uudehko asunto, selkeät ohjeet
Lemmikkimaksun suuruus kohtuuttoman suuri.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026A very beautiful, bright, and clean apartment with all the amenities and an excellent location. It offers great value for money. Check-in was easy, and our stay was very enjoyable. We felt at home and would be happy to come back in the future. The small balcony was also a lovely bonus.
The only downside was that the dishwasher hadn't been emptied, so we had to look through it to find what we needed, and one glass in the cupboard was dirty.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Central location, clean and well appointed, great bed.
More thick curtains as current system of blinds and three thin curtains for 4 panels wasn’t enough. It was still sunny at 11.30pm! Lack of free outside parking a nuisance. I didn’t want to pay quite a bit extra for basement parking (not necessary in summer) so parked in the street. I used the Easypay app so could pay for only what I needed. Parking on the street free all day Sunday and before 8 am and after 6pm on weekdays. That worked out cheaper for me so not claiming this is for everyone.

Reviewed May 12, 2026Location was good. We could walk to the town centre easily. The airport bus stops near the hotel.
We checked out as we had booked for a day excursion. Rather than lug our suitcases we thought we would keep it at the hotel and collect later on return before going to the airport. The receptionist asked us to pay to keep our luggage at the lobby. This was unusual. We just took them with us to the shop were the excursion started. They kept it for free. The elevator at the hotel was down one day. It got fixed but had us worried as we were on 4th floor with some big suitcases. The bed was small. The washing machine did not have a manual in English. Small irritants.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026Definitely the location and the sauna inside! The apartment was quite nice and had all the utilities. The owner was always available to help.
Unfortunately, I had trouble finding the apartment. The booking customer service wouldn't answer me at all, and I spent 30 minutes in the basement (completely dark, so I didn't feel comfortable) trying to find my way, despite the information. Once I did, I had trouble getting in and out of the apartment. I had to knock on the nearby doors to ask for help, as no one was there. Luckily, a gentleman helped me, and then I was able to contact the landlord, who was very helpful and helped me.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026The apartment has everything you need and is in the center of Rovaniemi, where you can catch any bus you want near. For the price you pay, you really get a lot. The last night we had luck, when the clouds were gone and we could see Aurora just next to the Arktikum museum, 10 minutes of walking from the apartment.
As mentioned from other guests, more or less all the bathroom is wet, when you take a shower, there are no courtains or shower cabin to block the water. Also the workers in the next building start to work and make noise in the morning and during the day.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026Asunto jonka saimme oli siivoamatta, petivaatteet kasassa eteisen lattialla, verhot irronneina yms. saapuessamme klo 19.45. Yritin tavoittaa henkilökuntaa soittamalla tuloksetta ja laittamalla wa-viestiä. Lopulta puheluuni vastattiin juuri ennen klo 20.
