Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Etwas in die Jahre gekommen und leider extrem hellhörig. Frühstück mittelmäßig (wir hatten auf Bali dieselben Menüs in besserer Qualität). Aber alles sauber und Anlage grundsätzlich nett gemacht. Personal extrem hilfsbereit und bemüht. Sehr guter Service!

Er was weinig reuring in en rondom het hotel. Je hoort regelmatig honden op de achtergrond en omdat niet alle honden hier een eigen thuis hebben, vond ik dat soms lastig om te horen en te zien.

The rooms were thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. The accommodation was also conveniently located close to the market area. The breakfast was delicious, and watching the sunset from the pool was an amazing experience and definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026The hotel was very clean. The view from our balcony was amazing and we even watched the sunrise one morning. The staff were lovely and very helpful. There is a nice beach bar called Chill Penida within walking distance which was good as the hotel doesn’t offered food or drinks.
The doors to the balcony were not fully secure as there was a gap which meant you could hear noises from outside.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Nettes kleines Hotel mit unglaublich freundlichem Personal. Sehr hübsche und saubere Zimmer und gutes Frühstück. Traumhafter Blick aufs Meer. Fußläufig gibt es einige Restaurants, in denen man essen kann. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit, sie denken mit und helfen, alles bestmöglich zu organisieren.
Beim Schwimmen im Pool sollte man aufpassen, da er stark gechlort ist.

Es gibt zwei tolle Restaurants in der Nähe, ansonsten muss man mit dem Auto oder Roller fahren. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wiederkommen.

Les petits déjeuners sont délicieux et copieux Et surtout le personnel est adorable. Toute l équipe est au petit soin pour les voyageurs Levé et couché de soleil depuis la chambre ❤️

Cattivo odore in bagno in base alla marea, nonostante l’aspiratore. Colazione molto buona ma con poca scelta da prenotare la sera prima.

Super vriendelijk personeel, supermarkt aan de overkant (ze hebben zelf geen barretje, maar ze vullen wel de koelkast met drankjes)
Het zijn maar details: water uit douche is amper lauw (wel lekker harde stortdouche) en de locatie is wellicht niet ideaal als je, zoals wij, geen eigen vervoer hebt. Er liggen wel wat restaurants in de buurt, maar het is niet het meest levendige deel van het eiland. Dus je hebt overal een taxi voor nodig. Maar zoals gezegd: details Heerlijke tijd gehad ♥️

Rondom hotel niets te beleven. Zou het fijn gevonden hebben als je wat te drinken of iets kleins te eten kon bestellen.

Balayımız için yaptığım rezervasyonda buradaki okyanus manzaralı suiti tercih etmiştik. Ödemesini önden yaptık ve check-in sırasında bizim ayırttığımız suitin oda numarası yazılıydı. Daha sonra oteldeki arkadaşlar bizi bambaşka bi odaya götürdü biz de seçtiğimiz odanın bu olmadığını suit için para ödediğimizi belirttik onlar da orası dolu başkası var sizin odanız burası diye aradan herhangi bir odayı yanıt verdiler. Korkunç derecede kaba tavırları vardı. Uzun uğraşlar sonucu paramızı iade ettiler ve biz saatlerce yeni otel aramak zorunda kaldık. Kötü bir deneyimdi tavsiye etmem.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026The reception team was exceptional. The manager went above and beyond, making sure that we were comfortable and happy. They made a perfect design on the bed, wishing us a happy honeymoon. We had an amazing room, Suite with Ocean View. Watching the infinite ocean at night, and the sunrise from our bedroom window was a lifelong memory. The sound of the wond on the rooftop was relaxing, but there is the option of ear plugs. The breakfast is a la carte and big portions.
There is nothing that we didn't like.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026La chambre était très belle et très propre, et même plus grande que ce qu'on pensait. L'hôtel en lui même est magnifique et permet d'avoir vue sur le lever du soleil. La piscine est aussi parfaitement entretenue. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux (surtout les Avocado Toasts et le Smoothie Bowl) ! Les membres du personnel étaient serviables et très gentils. Ils nous ont notamment aidé à réserver un taxi en négociant le prix pour nous. Il y a une supérette à proximité de l'hôtel ainsi que plusieurs restaurants et warung (je vous conseille le warung Twins 88). En bref, c'est un très bon hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité-prix !

The highlights were definitely the incredible views and the stunning sunrise spot right at the property—waking up to that every morning was unforgettable. The crew was exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our time here. We also loved the convenience of having breakfast delivered directly to our room, which made our mornings feel very special and relaxed. The location is excellent; it's very well-positioned, and there are plenty of local warungs and convenience stores just a short walk away, making it easy to grab whatever you need.
The only downsides to keep in mind are that the hotel does not currently offer laundry or bar services, and they do not serve lunch or dinner on-site. However, because there are so many dining options close by, the lack of food service wasn't a major issue for us.

Außerdem gibt es ein paar nette Restaurants um das Hotel herum. Uns wurde gesagt, das es manchmal etwas laut sein kann wegen der Straße, aber wir hatten damit gar keine Probleme.
Das Bad war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch voll im Rahmen.

There’s not a restaurant on site but you can order food from Penida Chill which is only down the road and they deliver to your room. Even though this is a seafront location there is not a beach for you to visit. Stray dogs fighting late at night but the hotel does make you aware of this and provide ear plugs.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Nos alojamos en la suite con vistas al mar y es una pasada despertarte y ver el amanecer, los 3 días que estuvimos, todos nos levantamos para verlo, la estancia estuvo genial, todo estaba limpio y el trato fue excelente.
El ruido que hacía la cama al moverse y por la noche se levantó aire un poco fuerte y sonaba toda la habitación y se veía algo deteriorado, entiendo que esto puede pasar al estar tan cerca del mar.

Bij aankomst kregen we een welkomstdrankje, personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben wel een scooter gehuurd aangezien het te ver lopen was naar restaurants/bezienswaardigheden. We verbleven 2 nachten op Nusa Penida, maar hadden graag langer bij Alana hotel willen blijven!

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Hele vriendelijke staff. Makkelijk om scooters te huren en ook goede scooters mee gekregen voor de pittige wegen op Nusa Penida. De faciliteiten waren goed. Op loopafstand een paar plekken waar je lekker kunt eten en poolen. Het zit niet echt in het centrum, maar het is een goede uitvalsbasis om zowel de oost als west kust te gaan verkennen.
De wind kan best veel geluid maken s nachts, maar ze leggen oordoppen klaar voor geluidsoverlast van wind, honden etc.
