Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Very friendly front desk staff and immaculate, tidy rooms. The hotel buffet offers a wide variety of choices, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, making it extremely suitable for families with young children and seniors.
The only drawback is that parking is on-street, so you might have to park quite far away to find a spot.

No me gustó que te cobran 5 eur por la toalla de playa, y que cobraron la tasa turística que venía incluida en Booking. la comida estaba bien pero varias verduras congeladas que no tenían sabor, aunque otra cosas si eran buenas

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Nuestra experiencia ha sido totalmente satisfactoria! Nos alojamos en un apartamento, totalmente reformado, al igual que el resto del hotel. Ideal para familias. Situado a tan solo 5 minutos andando a la playa. Y el desayuno es excelente!!! 100% recomendable!!!

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Bardzo miły i uśmiechnięty personel. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje kuchnia – jedzenie było smaczne, różnorodne i dobrze przygotowane. Jedyną drobną uwagą dotyczącą obsługi na jadalni była postawa jednej z pań, która bardzo rygorystycznie pilnowała zasad. Momentami sprawiało to wrażenie, jakby była bardziej „strażnikiem” niż osobą obsługującą gości – przykładowo nie pozwoliła wynieść nawet jednego banana z jadalni. Myślę, że w takich sytuacjach przydałoby się nieco więcej elastyczności i życzliwości wobec gości.
Największym minusem apartamentu była jedna wspólna klimatyzacja na wszystkie pomieszczenia. Nie było możliwości ustawienia różnej temperatury w poszczególnych pokojach, co było uciążliwe, ponieważ część osób preferowała chłodniejszą temperaturę, a ja zdecydowanie lepiej czuję się w cieple. Przez ciągle włączoną klimatyzację rozbolało mnie gardło, dlatego uważam, że indywidualne sterowanie temperaturą w każdym pomieszczeniu byłoby dużym udogodnieniem.

Durant el dia vam poder fer la nostra i abans d'anar a l'aeroport hi havia una zona de dutxes per canviar-nos i anar bé de tornada a casa.

Łóżka wygodne, jedynie kanapa mogłaby mieć lepszy materac rozkładany (nie ma problemu gdy w salonie śpi jedna osoba a nie dwie). Łazienka po remoncie, jak nowa. Sprzątanie w miarę ok, ale lepiej zawiesić zawieszkę na klamce „clean up my room”. Klima działa rewelacyjnie- w pokoju było chłodno pomimo 32 stopni na zewnątrz. Nie wiem jak głośność - ja śpię jak zabita, inni nie narzekali. Miła obsługa. Super jedzenie (dodatkowo płatne, ale opłaca się), np steki czy ryby w menu. Na basenie są zajęcia dla małych dzieci i czasem były imprezy dla dorosłych. Wokół hotelu można zaparkować, ale trzeba troszkę poszukać miejsca (w miesiącach szczytu)

Maten var rätt oinspirerad, det var ok, men inte mer. Poolen var bra, men inte mer. Utsikten var mot bergen så det bra, men inte mer. Dyrt för den standarden.

The sun beds around to pool were far too close together which was unavoidable as the space around the pool was extremely limited- we were also very disappointed that people were putting their towels on beds early in the morning then leaving the property for most of the day- this needed to be addressed and towels removed within 1 hour of them being left. As usual some holiday makers act as if they have more rights than others making it very unfair.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Receptionists/staff were very friendly. Breakfast area host was exceptional. Breakfast was 12-13 euros pp and had many options. Kids enjoyed it. Comfortable walking distance to beach. Beach area had palapas/chairs available for rent. Its one of the nicer beaches in the north, shallow and calm water, turquois and clean. Beach was not over crowded. Room size met our expectations - kitchen area, two bedrooms and sitting area adequate for family of four. Bar area and recreation area nice, 2 euros to play a game of billiards, should be free. 3 min walk to SuperMercat up the street
Room thermostat had plexiglass covering temperature controls, I expect to have full control of temperature controls if I am paying $2000 euros for a 4 night stay. They sent a worker to lower the in-room temp from the preset 22 C to 21 C, it would not go any lower. No on-site parking lot, on-street parking was hit or miss. Laundry service at hotel overpriced, they charge 20 euros for a bag that fits about two beach towels. We found a self-service laundromat (White Laundry) < 2km from hotel. In-room safe requires key deposit, it is not one of those electronic keypad safes.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026We arrived late in the evening and once we've settled we found out there was a problem with the air-conditioner. In the morning we've asked for assistance at the reception - I was really impressed - a technician come to our room in about 5 min and fixed the AC for another 5 min - my compliments! The staff at the hotel is friendly and helpful - really makes u feel at home. The 2 person room we hired had everything we need. The breakfast & dinner are 10/10 when it comes to price / value. The pool bar and daily restaurant are also awesome. The hotel itself is 600m from the central beach - 7-10 min of casual walking. The beach itself is maybe one of the best on the island - shallow clean water covered with white sand, no kelp - perfect for children. Plenty of sea beds and umbrellas (you can pay via mobile app or onsite) The bus stop is also 5 min away from hotel. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. It's excellent place for couples or families with kids.

The evenings were with a musical program or artists which were too loud. We just wanted to have some cocktails and hear the people next to us.

Menzione speciale per Aina alla reception che ci ha accolti e a Maria alla zona colazione , che con poco preavviso ha preparato un dolce con candeline per il compleanno di mia moglie.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Fantastiskt fräscht boende! Nyrenoverat, rent och fint. Välplanerad lgh, gott om förvaring. Jättefin balkong med utsikt mot poolen. Välfungerande AC. Ljudisolerat ut mot poolen. Litet kök med basic utrustning. Välkomnades med litet kit för att kunna diska, kaffekapslar, vatten mm. Rymlig, sval och fin lobby. Litet men fint poolområde med både skugga och sol. På avresedagen fick man vara kvar vid poolen och kunde boka privat dusch och omklädningsrum efteråt - utan kostnad.
Om man inte reser med barn så skulle nog poolområdet upplevas som stökigt och högljutt. Vi reste med barn, men hade gärna sluppit den höga musiken som spelades vid poolen. Annars var allt toppen!

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Personnel très agréable et serviable. Très bon accueil avec des recommandations par Violeta. Emplacement parfait à 10min à pied de la plage, ainsi qu’une facilité pour se garer devant l’hotel. L’hôtel dispose d’une table de ping pong/ billard, petit plus! Malgré le fait que le lit soit 2 lits rapprochés au moins nous n’avons pas eu chaud !! Certains commentaires parlent de bruit côté rue : oui il y a de l’animation dans les hôtels à côté mais passé 22h nous n’entendons plus rien!
Ça serait super si la piscine pouvais ouvrir une heure plus tôt! L’insonorisation des portes des chambres mais c’est vraiment un détail.

On a passé un superbe séjour avec ma famille 😊 les repas étaient copieux et délicieux, la piscine était nickel pour bien se rafraîchir et surtout la propreté de l’établissement est un énorme point fort !! Le personnel également était ADORABLE et à l’écoute Gros big up à Moundir un adorable jeune homme très poli et respectueux!

Ants were coming into the room everyday, additionally paid(not that cheep) and quite poor breakfast, everyday the same, eatable but far from delicious. Water in vending machines costs more than in an airport

Reviewed May 27, 2026Ich möchte mich herzlich bei dem gesamten Team des Hotels bedanken. Der Service war von Anfang an klasse: Frau Violeta und ihr Team an der Rezeption haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Ein großes Lob geht auch an den Küchenchef Dani. Da meine Frau eine Glutenallergie hat, hat er ihr beim Frühstück und Abendessen immer geduldig erklärt, welche Gerichte glutenfrei sind. Unser Apartment war modern, sauber und einladend. Frau Maribelle vom Housekeeping war super freundlich und hat das Zimmer stets hervorragend gereinigt. Auch Frau Maria und ihr Team im Restaurant waren extrem herzlich. Das Buffet bot morgens wie abends eine große und leckere Auswahl. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist der Fitnessraum: Er ist ohnehin recht klein, weshalb es schön wäre, wenn alle Geräte funktionieren würden. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren leider zwei Geräte defekt. Das hat unseren Gesamteindruck aber kaum geschmälert. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und kommen sehr gerne wieder, wenn wir das nächste Mal in der Region Alcúdia sind!

Reviewed May 27, 2026The pool are was great, the kids club was good and the staff were really friendly and attentive.
The rooms get cleaned really late in the day which didn’t make it easy to make use of them over lunch time for my toddlers nap. During the weeks stay we never received any clean cups/mugs. Tea and coffee facilities are offered in the room but never topped up. If the cups are not going to be replaced then something should be provided to be able to wash them so they can be reused.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Buen precio en la media pensión, correcto desayuno y cena por €22 y nos dejaron algo para desayunar en la mañana de la carrera. Te dejan subir con tu bicicleta a la habitación. Habitación grande y equipada.
Muy ruidoso! Constante ruido en la noche, no solo de actividades del hotel, también de otros hoteles de la vuelta. No es una buena opción si vas a competir en el 70.3 de Alcudia,no vas a poder descansar del todo bien! Personal bastante seco y corto. No me dejaron llevarme un plátano al salir del desayuno! 🤣
