The Nanee - Bhaktapur Durbar Square

Staff were excellent. Enjoyed the free morning tour.

Nothing.

Incredible concept. Sustainable, considered design. Too notch service, impeccable cleanliness, and restaurant was perfect.

Great location very close to the Square. Very new facilities with great amenities, including NH great cocktails, great dinner & breakfast. Super friendly and helpful staff. We really wished we could have stayed longer! A true gem.

Liked everything. It’s an oasis

The housekeeping staff deserve extra credit. This hotel is superbly clean and well kept. All the staff were lovely, and the room was very nice. It's a generous, stylish and friendly little hotel in beautiful Bhaktapur, just a minute's walk from the square. No doubt the best hotel in Bhaktapur!

Not worth mentioning

A localização é ótima, e toda a instalação alé maravilhosa.

Everything literally. I believe this hotel is one of the best in Bhaktapur. The staffs are extremely helpful. Room is comfy. Location is great. Food is also fabulous. I especially love the bathroom. The water temperature is adjust so quick, like too quick 😆.

The electricity cut quite often, but this is the town I guess.

Everything was good but there were not enough gluten-free options.

Great room (King suite) very modern and new. Fantastic location very near Durbar Square. Excellent restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff.

Fabulously situated in the middle of everything. Durbar Square only a minute away. Tremendously well renovated, fitting in well with the traditions and culture. Food and room spot on. ALL the staff were amazingly happy, friendly and so helpful.

The only thing missing is a lift.

Buffet très varié avec produits de qualité

The location was great. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Rinu in the restaurant and Suman at front desk. The breakfast was great!

Bathroom and showerroom are very small and no place to put towels in the shower room. It is a bit awkward when you come out of shower.

The hotel room, location, and service were excellent. The staff could not do enough for us and were extremely attentive. The hotel is a about 300 meters from the main entrance of the old city.

Modern clean and thoughtful design.

Absolutely amazing property with exceptional staff who could not have made our stay any better. We will definitely return. Highly recommended.

We loved everything

We loved the food, location close to the old city center and the staff was very helpful: we had a great time, and also the staff with Sandeep and Nirmal helped to have a great stay

Nothing I can think of

Great location, clean, friendly staff, wonderful restaurant and stay. Complimentary tour of Bhaktapur with knowledgeable guide

Everything, especially the welcoming and thank you gift gestures.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from the durbar square. Nice modern rooms, but with heritage feel. Very clean. Helpful, friendly staff. Good restaurant on site. Would recommend.

Restaurant could have had a few more traditional Newari dishes.
