Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Esta Riad é optima, muito familiar, o Soufiane é muito atencioso e sempre disponível, fez-nos entir em casa, para quem vem da Europa, Marraquexe pode ser um choque cultural, mas com os conselhos do Soufianne até as nossas filhas se sentiram comfortáveis, tudo no Riad é optimo, a localização embora não seja no centro da medina permite que se chegue rápido de Taxi o que é positivo, e o passeio para ira para a Medina ou praça central faz-se com muita facilidade e vai permitindo alguma habituação ao Caos do centro de Marraquexe ;)

Instalaciones preciosas, con todos los detalles.Camas muy cómodas. Personal encantador. Dar las gracias especialmente a Soufiane, dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo momento con una sonrisa y amabilidad.. El desayuno fantástico, variado y muy rico.... Hemos estado realmente agusto y si tuviera que recomendarlo no dudaria en asegurar q es un gran establecimiento. I’m so glad we chose Riad Palais Meryem. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The riad has a beautiful traditional Moroccan interior that creates a warm and authentic atmosphere. The beds were very comfortable, the location was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding hospitality. Every member of staff was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Sufiyan, who was incredibly professional, cooperative, and went above and beyond to make sure our family had a wonderful stay. Our children also loved the pool, which was a great bonus after exploring the city. I would highly recommend Riad Palais Meryem to anyone visiting Marrakech, especially families looking for an authentic Moroccan experience with exceptional service.

Facile da trovare, e soprattutto in un’ottima posizione per girare a piedi la città e per eventuali escursioni che hanno richiesto bus/taxi. I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili, si sono occupati anche dei trasferimenti da/per l’aeroporto e ci hanno dato tanti consigli per girare la città, indicandoci cosa visitare e dove mangiare. Colazione ottima e molto varia, con prodotti locali freschi (crêpes, pane e pancake, accompagnati da marmellata e/o Nutella, o formaggio spalmabile; spremuta d’arancia, tè e/o caffè, frutta fresca). Tornerei volentieri in questo Riad, super consigliato.

Mi è stato detto che non avrebbero aiutato a portare le valige su e che era meglio tenerle giù visto che saremo rimasti solo una notte mi sono ritrovata ad aprire e chiudere le valige per cercare le cose alla reception con un bambino di 6 mesi e una di 6 anni è normale che le valige mi servono in camera servizio pessimo da questo punto di vista per essere in Marocco 150 euro una notte è eccessivo per un poco servizio del genere ho chiesto se mi avrebbe prenotato il taxi x la stazione e mi ha chiesto dei prezzi il ragazzo della reception che io da marocchina nn ho mai sentito mi da noia essere trattata così nel mio paese e che vogliano tirarti fuori ogni centesimo in tasca .riad in una vicolo lontano dai taxi se avete i bagagli vi tocca pagare qualcuno che ve li metta in dei carretti e li traina fino all riad molto scomodo per chi ha passeggini valige e bambini

Le camere sono pulite, confortevoli e arredate con grande gusto, mentre gli spazi comuni trasmettono tutto il fascino della tradizione marocchina. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Yassine, che ha reso la nostra esperienza davvero indimenticabile. Sempre sorridente, professionale, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza, ci ha accolti con grande cordialità e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Yassin and Mohamed for their outstanding hospitality, as well as the housekeeping team, whose kindness and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable.
There was honestly nothing to dislike. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026We loved everything about Riad Palais Meryem. So tranquil and quiet. Yaseen and Mohammed were exceptional. The pair looked after us so well, they were exceptional and made us feel so welcome. Our room was exquisite so traditional. The bed and pillows were so comfortable after a busy day. The shower was great lovely hot water. The television had Netflix which we found useful. Then the traditional Moroccan breakfast was great too we sat on the rooftop terrace to eat ours it was so beautiful. One of the evenings we stayed in for dinner it was very tasty. We were served by Mohammed and we were treated like royalty. Those two young men couldn’t help us enough (where to go, where to eat, there for all your needs) they were exceptional and made our stay unforgettable. We loved everything minute staying with you. Thank you.

I traveld solo so i stayed in the single room, which is on the small side, but it has everything you need. For relaxing you can use the rooftop or lounge area downstairs so it wasnt really a problem.

Reviewed May 2, 2026It is a beautiful Riad very clean and peaceful with a very tasty and plentiful breakfast and dinner too. It is in a great quiet location but near the markets and taxi ranks and pick up for any excursions. Staff Mohammed and Yosef were excellent and very helpful to our every need. Absolutely do not hesitate in staying in this wonderful Riad.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026L' accoglienza è stata impeccabile, il Riad era bellissimo e pulitissimo. La colazione fatta al momento era buonissima e varia. La gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale ci ha fatto sentire bene. Abbiamo avuto un problemino di umidità della stanza, ma anch'esso è stato gestito molto bene.
Mi è piaciuto tutto .

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026A real dream in a Moroccon style Rijad in the Medina of Marrakech. Staff was fantastic, kind and nice. They suggest a guide who show us the Medina. He was great too. Never other choice Marrakech!

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026Riad vicino alle mura, facilmente raggiungibile dal parcheggio. Bella struttura, ben tenuta e personale accogliente e premuroso. Colazione buonissima. Camera spaziosa per una famiglia do quattro persone. Ci abbiamo cenato la prima notte ed è stata all'altezza.
La strada che porta al Riad non è proprio invitante. Accanto c'è un palazzo demolito pieno di rifiuti

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026O Youssef e o Mohamed são muito atenciosos, educados e disponiveis. Pequeno-almoço muito bom! O jantar tipico marroquino é muito bom! Riad bonito e extremamente limpo. O terraço está muito bem arranjado e até tem aquecedores a gás para ambientes mais frios. Quarto muito confortável, limpo, com águas e biscoitos disponiveis. As toalhas de banho ótimas!

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026Wewnątrz wszystko nowe, bardzo fajnie urządzone, piękne i przyjemne wnętrza. Obsługa bardzo pomocna i przyjazna - bez najmniejszych zastrzeżeń. Wielki plus za codzienne dokładne sprzątanie, wymianę ręczników itp. Śniadania obfite, bogate, świeże i smaczne, choć niestety codziennie takie same. Można bezpiecznie zostawiać rzeczy w pokoju. Fajnie zagospodarowany taras na dachu. Z tego miejsca można obejść całą medinę, dojść w najważniejsze miejsca Marrakeszu. Dość blisko da się dojechać taksówką z lotniska, więc spacer z bagażami nie jest uciążliwy.
Otoczenie riadu jest bardzo słabe. Ogólnie Marrakesz czystością nie grzeszy, ale obrzeża mediny są jeszcze gorsze - można się zrazić dochodząc do drzwi wejściowych - za to za nimi inny świat. Słabe wytłumienie między pokojami. Duża wilgoć w łazience i nieprzyjemny zapach w szafce. Ogólnie nota 9.5 byłaby właściwsza ;).

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026Todo súper bien, un lugar muy bonito, bien localizado, es verdad que hay que meterse por una calle estrecha pero no da miedo, SÚPER limpio, vi como las señoras de la limpieza limpiaban una puerta y me quedé flipando con la dedicación. El desayuno es tan completo que cuesta acabárselo y está buenísimo, todavía lo echamos de menos. La atención de Mohammed muy buena, y la habitación muy bonita, todo el Riad tiene unas molduras árabes muy elaboradas. Leer un libro en la terraza fue mi momento Zen. Me encantó que todo en el baño huele a flor de naranjo. En fin, muy buena elección.
Mi única sugerencia es que el agua de la piscina podría estar climatizada, me quería bañar con mi niña pero estaba muy fría.
