Absolutely beautiful and cosy little pods/chalet It had everything we needed for a night's stay, lovely and clean, nice and quiet. We will definitely book again, highly recommend

Beautiful setting and view, love the balcony. Didn’t use the log burner but would make it cozy in colder weather. £5/6 uber into village for pubs/restaurants. Easy check in/out. Thanks for letting us stay Sharon, we loved it

Really lovely place to stay for a retreat getaway feel. It was very private and quiet. You can order food delivery and there are some food places nearby, perfect size for couples.

From reading reviews I was expecting it to be immaculate. The property itself was clean such as the bathroom, but the cushions for the loungers, the cushion down the side of the bed and blinds were filthy, slightly off putting but the views made up for it

Perfect location, only a short drive into the town with lots of food and drink options. Stunning views from the lodge, honestly no complaints!

Only thing I would say is this isn’t accessible. The walk from the car to the lodge included 4 flights of stairs and some walking on uneven ground. Didn’t bother us at all, but had I have been much more pregnant than I am or had a small child with a pram etc it would’ve been a struggle (not a problem just would’ve been handy to know before hand). On arrival we also had to pay an extra £30 for our dog to stay, again not a problem but would’ve been nice to expect it considering when booking I did select a pet friendly stay and no additional charge was mentioned.

Lovely views. It was just what we wanted. The swimming pool was a bonus - very clean and accessible. Very friendly owners. I liked that it didn't feel like a campsite. Our chalet was very discreetly placed so that it felt like the views and place was ours. We weren't in the faces other users.

I don't think there's anything that can be done about this but there wasn't any nearby rights of way. It looked a lovely valley to walk but you really needed to get in the car to get walking. (One for the Ramblers Association I think). More footpaths please!

The location was absolutely fantastic. Amazing set up with incredible views from the balcony. A brilliant little cabin which was perfect for the two of us and the dogs.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, but the true highlight was the breathtaking view. Waking up and enjoying the stunning scenery every morning was an unforgettable experience. The hosts were welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility, and spectacular views. We would definitely love to come back!❤️❤️❤️

The views are absolutely exceptional. There was plenty of places to eat in the area which is a short taxi ride away. The chalet was clean, warm and modern. The owners were very welcoming and informative. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

There is a space to prepare food although it is a little small. Therefore we ate out. The bed was just a bit hard for us, but we understand that is preference.

The locations is perfect for a quiet evening away. Facilities were great. Bathroom and kitchen exceptional.

The owners dogs gave my partner a fright and one had a little nibble on her pants.

Blown away by the location and view. Woke up v early in the morning for a coffee and croissant to see deer, rabbits foxes and a wide variety of wildlife (including the resident cat) wandering the valley. Turly epic scenery. Easy access and traveling to local villages and Dales. Comfy beds and very good storage and bathroom facilities, including fridge/freezer. Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend and will look to stay again on future.

Stunning location and Sharon was excellent in communicating everything both prior to and upon arrival. Also loved the touch of putting the heating on prior to my arrival which meant it was nice and cosy having just got drenched in the rain.

Thought that the add ons, ie cutlery packs etc were a bit pricey.

We stayed in the Moorcock pod which was wonderful! On arrival we were welcomed by both Sharon & Simon who were very friendly and welcoming. The pod had everything and more that you would expect for a glamping holiday. The kitchen area is fabulous has everything you need. The over air fryer combo was a great addition. Shower room very modern with a fabulous rainfall shower. The added white company miniature complimentary toiletries were an added touch. The pod was exceptionally clean and warm with the added luxury of the wood burner which was lovely. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great during our stay so we didn’t get to use the sun loungers on the balcony but the view even with the rain was spectacular! There are lots of walks nearby on foot or a short drive away with some really tasty pub/restaurants all dog friendly which was a real bonus. Overall fabulous stay and highly recommended.

Only criticism would be that an area of the fencing around the back of the pod was broken which would be worth fixing allowing for a secure dog friendly enclosed area as advertised.

We loved our stay here, it was so relaxing and the views were incredible- so much so we booked a late check out to appreciate them more! Very clean and everything that you might need was provided! Shower lovely and hot! We loved looking out over the valley and our dog enjoyed watching the rabbits!

Incredible location and view. Very well appointed, clean and pretty pod with everything you needed for a good nights rest after a long day. But the outlook through the bifold doors to the decking was sensational. You are literally perched with a view to the fields and brook and stunning hills. Birdsong of all sorts I think I even heard a curlew, whilst watching the rabbits, sheep lambs. It is a bucolic idyll. With every comfort you could want.

Nothing though next time I would stay longer and splash out on a larger pod with kitchen. Not needed on this short stay though.

The accomodation and views were devine. We had a wonderful stay and even walked up the wonderful nearby Pendle Hill. We loved every moment of our weekend stay. Highly reccomend.

There wasn't anything to fault here, accommodation was nice and clean. Bed super comfortable! The only tiny point I have is that there wasn't a bin in the main area of the chalet, I took the bathroom bin out in the main room but I can't and wouldn't mark down for that!

Issues with water supply 2nd day, beyond there control, issue with feed from neighbours farm, but was difficult without water for most of the day, thankfully sorted early evening so decided to stay 2nd night.

The property was exactly as described. It was cosy with the log burner, and the excellent view.

Had a really good stay at Valley View Pendle. The views from the lodge were great and positioned so you can see both the sunrise and sunset. The lodge is bigger than the pictures make out too, surprisingly good wi-fi and utilities for a semi-remote location.

Not much I didn't like, everything was to expectations. Each lodge does have a dedicated BBQ area which is positioned at the back in the shade which isn't ideal. Although completely understand why they're at the back considering each lodge is made of wood.

This was such a lovely place to stay, we had a fantastic mini-break. The views are incredible, it's super cosy inside especially when it's wet and windy outside. Easy to find and a great spot for adventures - we took drives into the Yorkshire Dales which didn't take long at all. The kitchenette is well equipped, we loved the instant air fryer oven so much we bought one ourselves when we got home!

Me and my husband loved this glamping hut, the view was beautiful, the owner is so lovely, really goes above and beyond for you. It was super clean considering it is dog friendly, our dogs were welcomed with open arms which is very nice to see. It is very well designed and decorated. It felt like we were in a cabin on the outskirts of a forest looking out over the valley its super cute. Loads of walks to do, Close to shops and restaurants etc I will 100% be returning.

What an absolute gem of a spot. We loved the location as it's easy access to lots of places (vehicle or taxi) and the attention to detail in the accomodation was a very nice touch, you have every thing you need. Brilliant host! We will be back for sure :)
