Reviewed Dec 12, 2025I loved the space. The house was true to the photos on the website, and even better. The location is quiet and super safe. The host is so sweet and very accommodating. The entire experience was smooth.
I have no complaints about my stay at the guesthouse. It was absolutely beautiful.

Reviewed Nov 17, 2025Really nice and incredibly well-appointed apartment, with very comfortable beds and quality linens, and every kitchen implement and modern cooking appliance on the market, all in pristine condition, was a bonus. We loved the greeting by the owner's 2 beautiful and friendly dogs, and the big selection of teas & coffee, and provision of milk, water and rusks was an unexpected treat! We will definitely stay there again.
Slight traffic noise from the highway, and the gravel approach road is bumpy.

Reviewed Oct 19, 2025We enjoyed a lovely stay while at a conference in Bloemfontein. Initially we thought the place was too far from our conference venue and too close to a fuel station along the N1 highway but it is a lovely drive to this place. We really enjoyed the semi-rural feel and furnishings. I was initially a bit concerned with the proximity of the place to a fuel station along the N1 highway but my concerns were misguided. It had everything we needed including friendly dogs that my kids adored. We will definitely consider staying at this place again.

Reviewed Sep 23, 2024Fantastic place. Just perfect. Our plans got altered due to the recent snow fall in KZN, as such we needed new accommodations. We called ahead only 2 hours before arrival and everything was ready when we got there. Host was very friendly and there was good communication on how to get to the house. The house itself is huge and very nicely decorated. It is well equipped and maintained, and very clean. Although we were only passing through, the stay was very comfortable. The electric blankets were also an added bonus. Would defintely recommend.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2024This is really good value for money! We enjoyed the options of Netflix and YouTube and the 2 bathrooms. The layout of the little cottage is ideal with the 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the lounge which gives everyone privacy and we enjoyed the self catering . I can recommend this accommodation and we will definitely stay there again.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2024We had a very short stay, as we arrived late & left early the next morning. We loved the décor & the hosts were very friendly. The kitchen is fully kitted and everything was very clean. The hosts have thought of all the little extras. We would recommend this place.
Ideally this place is suitable for 4 people. We are a family of 6. The beds were comfortable, but the sleeper couch was too small for 2 adults, so one of our adult teenagers slept on the couch, which still worked well for a stop over. Wifi was extremely slow - we could not really get on.

The only thing I didn't like was that the road leading to property is/was a bit rough as it was wet and it rained when we were there (no fault of our hosts)

Reviewed Jan 7, 2024Beautiful, comfortable and spacious. Air-conditioner makes all the difference in hot Bloemfontein. Smart TV was a big bonus and kept the kiddies entertained. Under cover parking also very welcome. Even though close to the highway, it was very quiet and we had a good night's rest.
Dirt road leading up to the guesthouse is not in a very good condition, but very drive-able if you go slowly, even in a normal car. Nothing to complain about, we enjoyed the stay!
