Location. Wonderful view to mountains. Wonderful garden with spring. Very helpful staff.

Washbasin in our room was too small. Studio comes with no kitchennette - just shared kitchen.

It is close to the centre of the village and also to bus stop, but it does not lie on the main road. The staff is very friendly and the apartman is quite large and well equipped.

The only thing which could be easily resolved to provide a few more covers (tops) for the pots and pans in the kitchen. There was only one huge cover only.

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! Das Häuschen war sehr sauber, gemütlich und wunderbar geräumig. Die Lage ist perfekt – alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Die Süßigkeiten am Morgen zum Kaffee waren eine ganz liebe Überraschung! 🥰

La struttura è in una posizione magnifica e molto tranquilla. Il nostro appartamento era il monolocale king ed era al piano primo, sufficientemente ampio, con la possibilità di cucinare e usare un frigo nella cucina posta al piano terra, fornita di lavastoviglie. volendo si può mangiare sia lì dove si cucina sia negli spazi esterni. Ci hanno messo a disposizione una sauna e delle biciclette. Super gradito anche trovare cioccolatini, un dolcetto fatto in casa e le cialdine per il caffè!

Všechno perfektní, Hostileka moc milá, lokace (pro někoho dál od jezera, ale ta procházka 10-15 minut je taková nádhera, že jsem byla ráda, že se každý den můžeme projít ), výhled na hory, pivo a marmeláda v lednici, sauna jako bonus. Opravdu vše předčilo očekávání, byli jsme nadšeni. Přijedeme rádi znova :))

Ubytování bylo překrásné, prostorné, voňavé, plně vybavené, s pozorností od majitelů ve formě kávy, sladkostí a chlazeného piva při příjezdu ;) výhled z oken na štíty hor. V noci absolutní ticho ;) Ceníme také posezení na zahradě v zeleni - pohlazení na duši. V ubytování je k dispozici sauna a občerstvovací koutek za velmi příznivé ceny formou qr kódu, zdarma k vypůjčení kola a deštníky. Do centra obce pro nákupy všeho potřebného příjemná procházka ;) Paní majitelka byla velice milá a nápomocná. Rádi se opět brzy vrátíme. Kraj má co nabídnout v létě i zimě ;)

Nuestra estancia en Haus Frey fue maravillosa. El personal siempre atento a nuestras necesidades, nos atendieron en todo momento con gran amabilidad y eficacia. El apartamento es bonito, luminoso y confortable. El espacio te acoje y te hace sentir como en casa. Tiene unas preciosas vistas a la montaña. Todas las estancias son amplias: el baño, las habitaciones y la cocina. Esta última además está equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar para el desayuno y para cocinar. Me encantó también el jardín, la sauna y la disposición de las bicicletas. 100% recomendable! Our stay at Haus Frey was wonderful. The staff were always attentive to our needs and helped us at all times with great kindness and efficiency. The apartment is beautiful, bright, and comfortable. The space welcomes you and makes you feel at home. It has gorgeous mountain views. All the rooms are spacious: the bathroom, the bedrooms, and the kitchen. The kitchen is also fully equipped with everything you might need for breakfast or cooking. I also loved the garden, the sauna, and the availability of bicycles. 100% recommended!

We stayed at House Frey for just one night, but we absolutely fell in love with this place! The owners are very welcoming, the apartment is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with magnificent views from the windows. It's also close to the lake, and having access to the sauna and a common kitchen/terrace was a wonderful bonus. We only wish we could have stayed longer! :)

Gute Lage - sehr ruhig und zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten im Ort. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer direkt auf den Loser ist beeindruckend. Neben der insgesamt guten Ausstattung findet man im Haus auch Utensilien, wie sonst selten in einer Unterkunft. Selbst wenn man Zahnbürste, Ladekabel oder Hausschuhe vergessen hat ... hier wurde an alles gedacht.

Die Parkplatzsituation ist anfangs etwas verwirrend. Auf dem vor der Ankunft beschriebenen Parkplatz steht ein Parkverbot von 00:00 bis 06:00. Erst in der Beschreibung am Zimmer steht dann, das man das ignorieren soll.

The apartment is well-equipped, clean, tidy, and as a bonus, it has a direct view of the mountain Loser (which may sound funny in English). The weather is cool and pleasant during the summer. The host is very friendly and helpful. Austria is probably the best place on Earth to spend your vacation.

The check-in was pretty straightforward, we booked pretty last minute and the host was available and very responsive. We loved the apartment, it was super clean, with many little thoughtful touches, making it very welcoming.

Most beautifully appointed apartment we've ever stayed in - they thought of everything! Great location, well-stocked kitchen, beautiful furnishings.

Sehr saubere kleine Wohnung mit voller Ausstattung in allen Räumen. Zentrum zu Lokalen und Geschäften in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber, die sich regelmäßig über unsere Zufriedenheit erkundigt haben.

Ich hatte selten eine so saubere Unterkunft und diese Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden und mehr noch, Kaffeemaschine, Eierkocher, sogar ein Mixer. Die Räume sind wunderschön eingerichtet, super gepflegt und qie gesagt alles blitzeblank sauber. Die Nähe sowohl zum Ortskern ist super, man kann alles zu Fuß erledigen und zum Loser sind es nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Besonders schön waren die großzügigen Räumlichkeiten und die beiden Terrassen. Die Lage ist perfekt!!

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist vorbildlich. Mann hat Alles und mehr.

Bei Ankunft war die Wohnung kalt. Die Heizkörpern waren ausgeschalten. Somit dauerte es eine Weile bis die Wohnung warm wurde. Weiters wurde der Heizkörper in der Küche nur zur Hälfte warm. Nach Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, keine Reaktion.

Sehr gute Ausstattung, freundliches Personal und sehr gute Lage, unkomplizierter Check-In. Sowohl für Paare als auch für Familien perfekt geeignet. Rundum empfehlenswert!

Sehr gemütlich, sehr schön eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht.

Leider war es bei der Ankunft extrem kalt in der Wohnung und hat lang gedauert bis es sich erwärmt hat. Es wäre schön wenn man die Heizung schon etwas vorher aufdrehen könnte.

Alles war top. Das Apartment ist super ausgestattet, es gibt eine Sauna, Fahrräder, eine gute Küche, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist auch gut, der See ist fußläufig erreichbar. Kommunikation mit Gastgeber war auch super unkompliziert.

The facilities were as described, the kitchen and the flat fully equipped (there was even a washing machine. The host was very friendly and helpful. I was asked several times, if I needed anything - but I was fully satisfied with my stay. The property and the neighborhood feel safe.

Brilliant guest house in a brilliant location. Very peaceful, clean and serene.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, well equipped and nicely furnished and decorated.

I wish there had been an answer to questions I had posed via Email through Booking.com. (When I contacted the property by phone after I did not receive a written answer for weeks, the host was, however, helpful and accommodating).

Sehr sauber und die Lage ist perfekt! Unkompliziertes Ein-/Auschecken, wenn man möchte, kann man sich aus dem Gemeinschaftskühlschrank Getränke wie Wein, Bier, Limonade (gegen Bezahlung) nehmen - sehr fein! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ubytovanie bolo super, krásne výhľady zo všetkých okien, dobre vybavená kuchyňa so všetkým potrebným. Cítili sme sa veľmi dobre a útulné, všade čisto, nikde ani pavučina. Postel bola naozaj veľmi pohodlná a velka.

Nebol tu súkromný balkón ale bola záhrada 🙂

Very well furbished appartment with everything you need for even a longer stay. Spacious with 2 bed roooms so excellent for family of 4. Splendid views from the windows - mountains on one side, gardens on the other Great equipment - even small things like coffee filters, baking paper, basic ingredients for cooking. Made our stay so much easier. Little welcome gift, especially the cold beer was nice after long drive :)

Paying the city tax through an app was a bit awkward but managed in the end, or I´m sure could be arrange differently with the host.

Very easy to check-in. Great location, not too far from Lake Altaussee (only 10 mins walk). Great view. Everything was super clean. Quiet and very comfy bed. They also provided almost everything in the kitchen. Overall very good stay and I recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy both Altaussee and Hallstatt (only 30 mins car ride).

The toilet and the bathroom (where the bidet is) was separated so it was a little bit difficult to navigate.

Absolutely perfect stay! Perfect host! We loved Lena so much, such a warm person :) Planning next year to stay here again for sure :))

It was a pleasure to stay in Haus Frey. Our 2-bedroom apartament was spacious but cosy with well equipped, big kitchen. The nearest ski slope is only 5 minutes drive away and there’s also a ski bus stop. We also enjoyed free sauna and welcome beers that were waiting for us in the fridge. The host is very nice and helpful. I can highly recommend this place, also it’s a great value for money.

A very tiny minus is that there is no door between the hall and the bathroom just the currtain instead, which may be a little inconvenient when staying with friends. But not a big deal :)

I had an amazing stay at the guesthouse! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated.
