リラックスして過ごすことができました。また、隣接の施設での結婚パーティー🎉がよくあるようで、多幸感あふれるホテルだと思いました。

Staff is very nice and police specially Mohamed my tour guide to Pyramids I had a great experience with the hotel. Booking a car to the Pyramids was easy and well organized. A special thanks to Mohamed Ayman for his excellent English, professionalism, and kindness. He was incredibly helpful and made everything simple. Highly recommended!

Tienen todos los días espectaculo hasta entrada la madrugada... solicité cambio de habitación pero se negaron alengando que estaba todo completo cuando se veía claramente que el nivel de ocupación era bajo. El nivel de inglés no es lo suficientemente bueno como para hablar de cosas con cierta complejidad.

Staff is very friendly and tries to help. Rooms are big and garden is nice.

Noise due to the play ground close to the hotel and loud events every night. Minibar was not filled, despite asking several times. Cleaning of the room must be improved (long black hairs everywhere).

Very nice where to stay and also the food was quite good, the stuff super trained and kind specially Mr Mohammed Aymen that helped a lot for setting up us in the best way to be able to work with Italy. He was also super helpful for the check out considering also the problems with the connection to internet.

The room was not that clean we found some used tissue and chewed chewing gum plus some long air round the room.

Clean and well appointed room and bathroom with a super hot shower. Very helpful staff with good English. Our rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed as frequently. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Clean pool with plenty of seating. The location was perfect for our work location needs.

Requesting the mini bar to be filled. Limited breakfast, with the same choices being served daily. Noise from the adjacent leisure complex that often went on to after midnight. Inability to make international telephone calls from the room. TV with only Arabic channels.

1.Staff have poor knowledgeable of english causes terrible misscommunication issues. 2.the breakfast was sane everyday with very very less options 3.the restaurant serves most of fst food options and not a good health options for lunch and dinner

Breakfast is just okay. Can be improved Location is best for those who have to come for work in Tenth of Ramadan It is going to save your commuting time to city Wonderful balconies with room

Break fast options required more for vegitarian options. Also required change in the daily menu. I have stayed approximately 26 days and it was daily same menu in the breakfast. There was no change . management needs look in to this.

Hotel was selected because of its location since I had work to do in 10th of Ramadan and didnt want to travel daily from Cairo. Location if you have work to do in 10th of Ramadan is perfect. The hotel team was helpful, rooms big and clean. Looked quite new. Bonus was Carrefour in walking distance to do grocery.

No smoking signs were not respected by some of the guests and you could smell cigarettes smoke in corridors. After claim the staff deal with it.

more options for breakfast would be better, but its just ok.

the shower its complicated to set the water temperature you like, its or hot or cold...not easy to set youre prefered temperature with the crain

It was nice to be able to enjoy a fresh and delicious breakfast every day.

There was nothing disappointing about it, I just wished I had a longer stay at the hotel.

Location, very distant from 10th of Ramadan city center. Some rooms are noisy until 10pm due to a fair with attractions just behind the hotel
