The location is a little far from the city center, but Riyad is the capital and too big a city. So eventually it doesn't matter where you are staying, you have to travel far distances.

They didn’t have towels in the rooms and were made available as soon as we asked. A very strong air freshener is used which can be an overkill

Reviewed Feb 10, 2023One of my worst hotel experiences ever. From check-in to check-out. Unfriendly staff who didn’t even speak basic English. I was called on the first day and the receptionist was practically shouting at me to check out even though I had booked the room for two nights. Nobody cleaned my room despite me hanging the ‘service my room’ sign on my door knob. Hot water didn’t work properly so I had to take a cold shower. The fridge wasn’t switched on before I came into the room. I would advise people to avoid this hotel.
