The rate is too high for the facilities provided. Just imagine u have to iron your garments in the open without anything to hang on. The room is too small - u cant even put your prayer mat properly.

Timing of use of the iron board,just limit for 30 minute.Suggest that,all the room at DSH have their own iron board.

First, I was given room 210. The room was clean, 7/10. However, the AC stopped cooling after running for 2 hours. I had to go up and down four times before they finally changed my room to the one next door, room 211. This room is 0/10 — the worst. The reasons are: The toilet is clogged. The door cannot be locked. No matter how I lock it, if someone pushes the door from outside, they can open it. After I complained, they did not offer any solution. They said that half of the toilets in the hotel are clogged. As for the door, they said they would monitor it through CCTV. Give feedback

Hotel masih baru. Kedudukan berdekatan dengan tempat makan dan kemudahan lain. Mudah parking.

The noise of the road all the night. The noise from the others rooms. The photos for the room are totally different than the reality. I pay for a deluxe family room and it s not a deluxe family room. The price is very expensive regarding the quality.

Bilik yg sgt memuaskan....susah nak cari bilik hotel yg ada tempat untuk solat yg selesa. Dah repeat 2 kali...memang akan book snie kalau pergi ke Kuantan

The room is spacious, clean, and quiet. No breakfast is provided. The location is a bit isolated from convenience stores, but there is a nearby ikan bakar spot. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, a pleasant stay—I would come again.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Good price.

Can hear the noise from the street. Mould in the extractor in the bathroom. Hot water was temperamental and the room didn’t have enough toilet paper. However these two issues were rectified by the staff.

对着大路的房间，隔音有待提升。

Hotel location is very good as it's only 2km from airport and mid way between UMP university and Kuantan. It also has a Ikan Bakar restaurant below. The room is simple but clean and neat.

My room was facing the main road and the window was not sound proof. So, it was quite noisy especially during peak hours. Probably the hotel should install wooden shutters to cut off the noise.

The hotel was in a good location close to the airport. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

I was in the noisiest room I have ever stayed in. The noise from the shower in the next door room was like a jet engine that was constantly running for most of the night until about 7am. I got no sleep at all.

Lokasi hotel bersebelahan jalan utama, mudah untuk dimasuki. Pendaftaran yang cepat dan kakitangan yang cekap. Bilik yang kemas dan bersih. Kemudahan restoren bersebelahan menyediakan makanan sarapan dan makanan malam.

Kawasan persekitaran parking kereta kurang bersih (ada sampah).

Cet hôtel est infect. Nous arrivons à 20h pour découvrir une chambre sale avec en particulier des draps tachés fortement de différents fluides corporels. Nous demandons à les changer, on nous répond très gentiment que cela sera fait. Nous rentrons à 23h30, rien n’avait été changé, on nous propose alors une nouvelle chambre, dans ces nouveaux draps il y avait même du sang séché en plus du reste. Nous redescendons encore à la réception pour demander autre chose. Nous avons une troisième paire de draps, que nous devons changer nous même, en étant en contact avec une couette parsemée de taches énormes en tout genre. Juste immonde. Cette troisième couette était un drap 1 place. Rebelotte pour la quatrième fois à la réception pour enfin avoir des draps propres ET à la bonne taille. 15 min plus tard, on nous ramène notre quatrième paire. Vous l’aurez deviné, encore des taches mais un peu moins il faut le reconnaître donc n’étant que de transition à Kuantan, nous dormirons ici car cette histoire s’est terminée à minuit 15. En bref, si la propreté vous importe ne venez surtout pas dans cet hôtel qui n’a aucune idée de ce qu’est une hygiène décente. C’était lamentable.
