the location is perfect clean and tidy as in the pictures the hotel beach is awesome the best snorkeling spot in dahab the staff are so friendly and helpful ali from housekeeping is the best he is for real super ali whenever you need anything he is there (without him the hotel would fall apart) saleh jamil from the pool bar was so friendly and welcoming mohammed from the reception the night shift guy was a great help also fatima karam the manager was also there keeping an eye on everything

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. From the moment I arrived, I could feel how peaceful, warm, and welcoming the atmosphere was. But what truly made the stay special was the staff. Every single person was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They all went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed, and you could really tell that they cared about making sure we had a great stay. It’s rare to experience this level of warmth from an entire team. The food was amazing, especially the breakfast and dinner, which truly felt like they were cooked with love. There is a relatively limited variety for dinner, but it is justified by the very high level of quality the hotel maintains. The beach seating is beautifully arranged in different styles, making it easy to find something that suits different tastes and preferences. The room was relatively spacious, and honestly, the beach setup and overall experience were even better than I expected from the photos. The beach is perfect for snorkeling. I also went diving with the hotel’s diving instructor, and the experience was excellent. He took great pictures of us and everything felt professional, comfortable, and well organized. Overall, this is a place where you can truly relax, feel welcomed, and enjoy every detail. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and special stay.

The only small downside was the weak Wi-Fi coverage,

I stayed here with my children, and honestly, the reality was even better than the photos online. The resort is peaceful and beautiful, with a warm, family-like atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind, generous and helpful, especially Mrs. Fatma who made us feel at home and made sure everything went smooth. The whole place was exceptionally clean. The beach has a rocky entrance at first, but there is a lovely swimming area, and it’s also great for snorkeling and diving. Everything about our stay was smooth, relaxing and memorable. We really enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend it.

The food had limited variety, but everything was fresh, delicious and perfectly cooked.

The ambiance, the quiet, the sound of the sea and stars falling in the night, peaceful, how beautiful is, bed it was impressive comfortable,

The shower, a little too small/oldie and it was no hot water. Even they was so kind to wait for us for late breakfast, they should improve quality of juice in the buffet, coffee choices if small machine not available the sachets was quiet horrible, and to make it a little more appetizing overall, more like direction to healthy yummy presentation.

Everything was perfect with my stay at Daniela The staff was amazing and so helpful especially Moemen at the front desk he was such a delight and made sure he did everything in his capacity to make our stay more enjoyable. The hotel over all is clean and quiet and has an amazing view of the water and the mountains.

La colazione e la cena molto buone.

La distanza dal centro paese e la mancanza di una navetta a disposizione rendendo necessario il pagamento per ogni spostamento di un taxi. Una maggiore manutenzione migliorerebbe la struttura anche la creazione di una passerella per raggiungere il mare e la barriera in modo agevole.

emplacement magnifique quoiqu'excentré vs Dahab city; bel architecture et la plage directement au bout du bar extérieur.

équipements vétustes un peu partout (prises non branché, douche cassé, peinture qui s'en va, etc...) et hôtel défraîchi, dommage car le personnel est tres gentil.

Location and the stuff room and good view

The cleanliness was very poor. They should have replaced all the bed sheets with fresh ones from the start. The breakfast was very limited and lacked variety. We even asked them twice to clean the bathroom, but it was never properly cleaned. Overall, it was a bad experience.

My stay at this hotel was incredibly peaceful and enjoyable—one of the most delightful travel experiences I’ve ever had. I never expected such beauty, tranquility, and kindness, combined with such serene atmospheres. The staff at the hotel were extremely respectful and friendly, especially Mr. Saleh, whose warm and helpful demeanor truly stood out. His exceptional assistance and kindness are among the main reasons I’d love to return to this place. I also cannot forget the receptionist, Ahmed, whose constant smile and respectful attitude made my stay even more memorable. These moments at the hotel were truly unforgettable. Thank you so much for everything!

The place was going through renovations, so it was like a building site. They were working on top of my vranda so I didn't have any privacy. They also making noise from early morning all-day long

The beach is amazing, very private. If you are a diver its great as it has a diving center & very close the canyon & blue hole dive sites. The hotel spot is very quite & relaxing which we really enjoyed

The room can be cleaner (floor, surface & covers) and the room service can be better, the jacuzzi should be operational. Also a room TV would be nice. Also the price should be cheaper considering its not close to downtown

I had to keep asking for coffee sachets at breakfast.

The place is amazing, and it seems like it had been renewed recently. Abd El Rahman, at the front office, is the right man in the right place, a very nice person so helpful and welcoming, and was always there to help.

It is a better than wonderful place for relaxation and very relaxing, and the staff was very cooperative. It is a good choice

Breakfast was very poor , Pool was very dirty with lots of floating piececs so we couldn't swim...I spoke to the hotel menager twice ....(is name was himan )nothing change even after 2 days in a row Air-conditioning system stop cooling for the last2 night. Hotel maintenance is very bad,it's a shame.... Our family is going on holiday to Sinai 4 times a year. Good luck 🤞

The hotel has a bed bug infestation!!! I've booked 2 rooms one of them had bed bugs. Then switched to another 2 rooms and both were heavily infested with Bed Bugs I've spent the worst hotel night of my life time trying to clean the bed and avoid the bites throughout the night. I advise you don't book in this hotel before you make sure they managed this problem

It was a great experience with the Daniela Diving center. Ibrahim the dive instructor was great! We all felt in a good hands. Also felt that safety is highly important. Everythings with a smile. The hotel itself has a really nice area and view. Stuff was wonderful and helpful. Diner and breakfast were reallynice and varied so we didn't had to go out to eat. A good thing after a long diving day. Don't miss the beautiful sunrise from this place!!

Need a little attention to room maintenance.

great location, quite, privet beach, wonderful stuff, diving school inside the hotel which makes it very convenient, bar, pool and overall we had a wonderful vacation

The shower didn't have hot water, despite I asked to fix this every day. In the middle of the stay the shower hose broke and we couldn't use the shower head at all. This too wasn't fixed. Also, after every shower there was a huge puddle left in the bathroom without any way to get rid of the water. So, the shower was just a disaster and my kids just refused to use it and didn't had shower for the whole stay. Very frustrating and the biggest pain point of the stay. Very disappointing that despite all our request and complains it wasn't fixed for the 6 days of our stay...

Nice hotel with an amazing diving school. The facilities are beyond what you expect for what you pay. The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean & the receptionist is very helpful. The diving school is extraordinarily good very nice instructors and informative.

The breakfast is okay but nothing special. The dinner for a fee is rather lackluster, how ever Dahab is 10minutes away and there are more than enough restaurants there.

The breakfast was limited options not many to choose from. The staff was super friendly and kind. They offered dinner and lunch for extra charge but their prices were reasonable. They were pet friendly and everyone was super nice and accepting of my dog which was amazing. They offered shuttle service for extra price to go to downtown Dahab to explore since the place so far from anything.

My only issue with this place was the cleanness. The pool was constantly not clean and I had to call someone to come and clean it of these little frogs that kept on being there. I just expect for a place like this to prioritize cleaning and maintaining the cleanses of the place.

Everything was dirty, especially the toilets. No hot water in the shower (also in other rooms that I have checked with) Staff was ok.. weren't too nice with a lack of cooperation, different answers from different employees. Pool was dirty. Food was alright, nothing special.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, at all hours. the hotel was cleaned and cared for. breakfast was very good and sufficiently varied. Location was perfect for our needs- close enough to pop into Dahab town, and far away enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. Hamed, the driver, was especially helpful and caring. As was Ihab, at the reception. We will definitely come back again, and will recommend this lovely resort to friends.

The "hanging out" area close to the sea, didnt seem to recieve as much attention as the areas close to the pool.

The staff is the biggest asset of this resort. Genuinely good people greet you with open arms and a real smile. Sunset at the pool bar is a treat with Umm Kulthum in the air. Real Arabic coffee at breakfast and great reception and dive center staff. Can’t wait for another chance to be there.
