Old Bank Apartment

One of the most beautiful apartments we have ever rented. Very nicely decorated, very comfortzble and complete and close to the entrance of Abel Tasman park.

Location across way from Woolworths. Property was stunning amazing large spacious living area with all the utensils, kitchen equipment and furnishings to a very high end. Compliment OBA welcome drink...yum. Soft towels and gorgeous products for washing. Netflix. All bedrooms had also stunning interiors with the added surprise of extra large screen in master. Even with central position sound was well dampened with sound proofed interior window frame. My family of 6 loved it.

Unsavoury people across way late at night though nothing can be done of this we felt secure inside with the keypad locking system.

The apartment is very well decorated. Fully equipped kitchen with different kinds of beverages provided. Location is very convenient.

Flights of steps to climb up, might not be friendly for people with mobility issue. And since it's just next to the state high way it could be quite noisy in the morning when trucks pass.

Spacious and comfortably and thoughtfully furnished. Good bathroom and excellent fully stocked kitchen. Countdown is just across the road. Very comfortable beds and large master bedroom. Washing machine and dishwasher. Everything you might need is supplied. Good car parking.

Soundproofing could be improved - not so noticeable at weekend but obvious on a. Monday morning with major junction outside

Welcoming cocktail. Stylish decor. Lavish master bedroom. Underfloor heating in bathroom. Attention to upmarket detail. 2 minutes walking to good restaurants and the grocery store.

The property is in a great location to start an exploration of Abel Tasman! It's classy and nice, and the bonus drink to start was a very nice touch!

Massive apartment in the centre of Moteuka, beautifully renovated. We two families stay very comfortably. The owner was lovely and easy to communicate with, and ensures his guests’ stay is comfortable.

Really spacious and comfortable.

As 3ladies traveling together we found that we didn’t have a wall mirror in 2 of the 3 rooms.

I liked the location, close to cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. It was perfect for exploring the Abel Tasman National Park to the east and as far as Nelson to the west. I especially enjoyed the cocktail project which awaited us on arrival. It was a fun and tantalising start to our stay. We still make that cocktail at home and call it a Motueka. Wish we'd stayed longer.

We loved the attention to detail including a cocktail recipe & a beautifully presented tray with all that was needed to make it. Our name was on the door welcoming us was a nice touch also. Much to love about the OBA with beautiful sheets, comfortable beds, luxurious towels etc. very well renovated apartment that has lovely touches of the Bank theme throughout. Lovely kitchen, the apartment is a home away from home.

Everything. The welcome's gift was great, the accommodation was super, it was even more than we expected. Thanks, we really enjoyed our stay at the Old Bank Apartment!!

An exceptional experience!. There was a welcoming basket with Belgian chocolate and drinks on our arrival. The property is great and luxurious - beautifully designed and has all the needed amenities, including a high-quality Coffee machine, super-sized TV screens with Netflix, a washer, dryer, etc. All was super clean and well organized. The beds are super-sized and very, very comfortable! The connection with the host was top-notch - we forgot a T-shirt on checkout and immediately got a message from him regarding that. Thank you, Ben, for the amazing hospitality. We will definitely come back on our next trip to the region.

It is important to note that the carpark is not adjacent to the entrance and that the property is located on the second floor (no elevator) - this might be important info for families with small kids etc, although it wasn't a problem for us at all, as the overall value of this property is amazing.

Lots of space, beautifully decorated. Welcomed with a NZ gin and tonic nicely arranged with glasses and a shaker. New Zealand Chocolate Bar provided and Milk for morning coffee. Every amenity from espresso maker to multiple TVs, air conditioners, wool blankets, washer and dryer. It was a short drive to Able Tasman.
